Punjab National Bank Housing Finance [Pnbhfl] — Foreclosure process not approved

PNB housing finance team is delaying to provide foreclosure letter, why do they take morethan 45 days to provide foreclosure letter. Now a days systems are more faster to process any type of loans, but do their system are very slow in processing to close loan?
I have paid all my EMI genuinely and the same i am expecting from bank side. Money is most important matter for everyone and not only for banks. Already i have paid a lot to my bank. I am following with customer care team daily for providing a closure letter. PNB will not receive check from 24th till 4th of next month. Again there will be delay now. My loan account no is NHL/HYD/0918/584849
