I am applying for a loan of 15 lakhs, i was asked to pay insurance of 60thousands against it by the branch office. Instead of which i suggested for term insurance plans. Which was not accepted by branch. I need to know the reason. I know that it is possible and adequate to take term insurance instead however branch office is not accepting.in such case whom shall i address my grievances.
It was informed in the branch that insurance amount and the company which is providing insurance against home loan will be decided by pnb housing branch, why do i cannot take insurance of my choice??
