[Resolved]  Punjab National Bank Housing Finance [Pnbhfl] — interest rate difference for new and existing customers

Hou ban[protected] like have been requesting bank to reduce my interest rate to lower to 8.35% as several other banks are already offering this rates including pnb who offer this rate to new customers but not existing customers so we feel cheated and bank is not bothered about old customers. If only getting new customers is so important it is better to. Move on to other bank who can offer low rate of interest and better customer service.
