Punjab National Bank Housing Finance [Pnbhfl] — Loan Foreclosure letter not received even after 4 months

I request your help in this regard to get my documents as early as possible.

Updated by pankajtiwary1976 IHello Sir/Madam, I Am Pankaj Tiwary, This is with reference to my existing Home loan account number:- HOU/LUC/1015/244738 On 27th January 2023 I have raised request for pre closure letter and List of documents through PNB Housing Lucknow Gomti Nagar Uttar Pradesh Branch. I was informed that it take 21 working days. Now it is 11 April 2023 but I have not received my requested documents. I am making consistent follow up with customer care but looks like they are purposely making delay. They are saying waiting for approval, update me shortly: till now no time lines share with me. Why so much time is required to provide two documents. It is totally harassment from PNBHL This is a harrasment which i am facing last 3 months. I regret why I had taken loan from Pnb housing which is just want to exploit his customer. In future i will not recommend any one to take loan from Pnb housing. I request your help in this regard to get my documents as early as possible. have given application
