My home loan is going on with pnb housing _ Ahmedabad Mithakhali branch.

I have requested for foreclosure letter to close my home loan
2 weeks gone and 3rd week started still I am.not getting

I think it is very hard job for pnb housing employees to prepare foreclosure letter that's why they delayed
Pnb housing staff is full of attitude not able to give ansers
No reply on mail
No reply on calls, so my concern is if I have requested for letter and I have paid 855 rs for that then what is your issue
And who will bear the excess amount of interest ??
