My a/c no. [protected]
I had made a pre-payment of 400000/- on 14th jan 2017.
The amount from bank got deducted on 16th jan 2017
I received a mail from pnb on 17th jan 2017 that the tenure has reduced from 201 months to 161 months. But it never reflected in the system.
I tried to call up the pnb mumbai branch several times on[protected]/81/82/84 but no one pickups the call. I raised a complaint on customer toll free but there was no action taken by pnb.
At last today after calling 10 times at branch no i was able to be in touch with the pnb officer. He informed me that the 4 lacs rs. Is showing as excess amount. And i received a mail stated my account has been adjusted. But the date reflect of 15th march 2017 instead of 17th jan 2017
This is a ridiculous service after 3 months of follow up it has been understood that the money has not be adjusted at all.
Moreover; i had requested for deduction in roi on 14th jan 2017 today it has been understood that the bank has received the conformity but has failed to sent a mail for acknowledgement. It is 3 months now. Who is going to bear the loss?
And the worst part; once i received the mail i need to duly sign and submit the copy to branch physically. The pnb office only operates from 10.30-4:30 pm in this digital world why i need to approach the bank?
I had to again raised new request for roi service no "mum/0317/00390". Let us see how will pnb provide service. I am very sure their service will be horrible. It is better to get transfer your loan where there is better service.
