The call was disconnected in between as i was telling you the flat is on father name and we need to transfer the flat on mother name & rebooking the loan is not the solution . 1:- As is assume first we will need to transfer the flat to mother then only rebook can be done 2:- rebooking is not the solution because it will take all the processing fees and insurance fees again and other charges or let me know if no charges are included while rebooting from the backend it's fine with me just to change the co-applicant on loan, 3:-Prathmesh from legal had been told to take a letter from Society on letter head so we will provide the noc to transfer the title .Even after providing the same, you are not providing the NOC . Dear Sir, This is in respect of captioned matters and we refer to various meetings and con-calls we had with you. We say that we are hereby conveying our no objection for transferring Flat in name of your mother Savita.B.Rathod. Please note that our no objection is subject to terms and conditions of loan agreement and other ancillary documents. Also note that our no objection will not hamper our charge over the subject Flat (D-204). On transfer of flat mentioned above in name of Savita.B.Rathod you will make her applicant to the loan application.
