Hi team,
On 29 april i requested for my loan closure and after numerous call on customer care which they disconnect most of the times.
They took 16 days for just providing the letter and which i have paid accordingly with one day more interent and updated them via email.
I have made all my dues on 21 of may and now they are not responding my emails and i dont have any relation ship manager where i can call.
And on email i get automated response everytime we will work on your query.
Its been 1.5 months i havent been able to close the account.
I have sold this property and need my documents.
Plz help me to resolve the above issue.
