Punjab National Bank Housing Finance [Pnbhfl] — not allowing me to apply pmay subsidy

I have applied for loan before 1.5 years. But pnb is not applying my pmay application before full disbursment as per their internal norms. I have written so many mail to their customer care, nodel offer, executive officer but nobody provided any policy document. I am frustrated and mentally tortured. My loan number is hou/pun/1117/458777. Please ask pnb to apply me pmay since i am eligible.
