I am very disappointed.. So many times i sent emails, visited virar branch, talking with a loan agent.

I just want to reduce my loan tenure to 15 years.. Now its 43 years.. I don't know how it becomes 43 years..???

I want it to be 15 years only... I will pay emi whatever it is. I have money in backup.. You can check my bank statements.. Attached in the previous mail.

How many times i have to send the same mail again.. Now i am frustrated...

I am kindly requesting you to please accept my request and do the needful
