Punjab National Bank Housing Finance [Pnbhfl] — outstanding statement

I have requested for loan closing outstanding statement on 18th nov and without any call and mail they have closed my request when i have mailed on 2nd then also they not respond again i have mailed on 8th dec again no responce then i have given reminder on 22 dec then they have send the mail that you have pay money and give the written application for this they are behaving like they are making joke with me.
Please take proper action on this and help me to get my statement asap.
