My name is hemanth kumar j from bangalore, providing all the documents, after scrutiny my documents they said i am eligible for 12lakhs lap, hence they asked to pay the processing fee for the further action. I have paid a processing fee- with commitment of refund if the loan is not processed. Thereafter i did not get loan also then what is use of taking processing fee with very very earned hard money. After that inspection of my home, office, audit and panel valuation were done.

After that i was trying to contact your branch office to know about the loan status over phone, always neglecting my phone calls . I don't know the reason. And your representative is not informing me the status yet..today suddenly my hard earned money has been deducted ..

It's very unfair. Hence hereby request you to refund the processing fee at the earliest
please please refund my proceesing fee its not good at all...please make as soon as possible..otherwise i will complain to national greivence complaint ...

Updated by hemanthroyal no response from PNBHFL housing .regarding MY proccessing fee refund ...so iam going to complaint NPA ...because frm 1 month i am trying to get back fee ...no response ...because its hard earned money..i am in really problem condition..
