Hello All,
This is regarding t0 the service provided by PNB till date which let to mental torture. Below are the issues that have happened till date and no action or response from any one - Bank, customer care, Nodal officers, Ombudsman, RBI and HFC. Need immediate action as I am proceeding legally now. - In the month of June 2023, the interest was changing internally and as per RBI guidelines it should be 3 month or 6 months. Bank internally changed the interest rate and tenurity from 8 % to 10% and tenure from 25 years to 30 years without intimating the reason for changes. No proper answers received till date. I need everything that was charged extra from the bank and their shameful activities. - When asked to reduce the interest rate as per request, they asked me to pay Rs.2000+ for conversion. It was not reviewed till date- What a worst Nodal officer or higher department they have. - I requested for preclosure and loan transfer and it was delayed. When I visited the bank to escalate- Sowmya from Bank (PNB Marathahalli) Did not provide an explanation and they said "the internal team will call me within 2 working dates and no response received till date. Abhishek from Bank (PNB Marathahalli) was pathetic and arrogant towards us telling us not to close the loan or I will be charged extra. This is not the response that any customer should receive from the bank. Another day with cheque received from other bank on pre closure- Abhishek from Bank (PNB Marathahalli) was again rude, pathetic and arrogant stating i cannot do the transactions or he will not take closing request 18th and asked us to come after 1st of August and provided closure amount of 49 lakhs. After we visited the branch with cheque the bank charged Rs.49, 59, 000 and it was never informed to us. I had to pay with forcefully by the bank and it was not as per RBI guidelines. I need the extra amount which was charged illegally. - Post clearing all the dues from the bank and they asked me to wait for 10 working days to collect the documents and when I visited the bank to collect the documents- they did not have the 5 of the original documents listed in LOD. They are asking to wait as they don't know why the documents are not in the bank. They had to check with a 3rd party. I paid all dues and I need my original documents which were provided to the bank for Home loan in next 2 days(23d Aug 2023) as promised by bank.- Strict action to be taken on the Bank representative- Sowmya for not providing proper response and Abhishek for rude, pathetic and arrogant for treating customers at worst. Need apology letter for the same.
I need a response as I am proceeding this issue legally as there is no proper response from the Nodal office, Ombudsman, RBI and HFC. The official letter will be sent by lawyer on this. I have copied: Nodal officer, RBI and HFC on this email for reference on resolution.

Kindly provide proper response and resolution asap before going to consumer court.
