[Resolved]  Punjab National Bank Housing Finance [Pnbhfl] — pnbhfl not reducing roi as per rbi rate

I have taken home loan from pnbhfl a year ago approx. And i have chosen floating roi so that my roi will be adjusted as per rbi hl rates.
My current roi is 9.65% and current rbi roi is 8.35% for women so i have contacted pnb to reduce my roi as per current market rate but they simply denied and informed that maximum they can do will be 8.8% (For that also they asked to pay rs.1500+tax) and also they agreed that to new customers they are offering 8.35% but for existing customers they will not change it.
When i asked that in this case i will prefer to transfer loan to another bank then their representative agreed and said "you can do that but we will not change" and for that you need to pay closure fee as well.

It seems that pnbhfl motto is to get new customers only and once you enrolled then they dont even care for existing customers as they already get processing fee money.
They increase roi rate in rbi increases but dont decrease when rate decreases.
