I applied
the
said
loan

the State
Bank
of
India
for the
sole
purpose
to
foreclose
the
present Housing
Loan
Account
running
with
your
Branch.
While
submitting
the application
for
issue
of
foreclosure
letter
as
well
as supply
of
the
list
of documents,
I was
appraised
by the
concerned
official
of
your branch that
all
requisite
formalities
for
issue
of foreclosure
letter
and
supply
of list
of documents
will be
completed
within
21
days
as
per
banking
noffns,
since
I
duly
submitted
the application
forthe
same
and also
deposited
an
amount
of
Rs.
17701-
alongwith
the
said
application,
vide
Transaction
ID:

doted

it
is
also
not
out
of
place
to
mention
here
that after
21
days
of
the
submission
of
my aforesaid
application,
I
personally
visited

several
times
and
requested
to the
concerned
officials
for

of foreclosure
letter
against

housing
loan account
by
informing
the
fact that
my
sanction
letter
dated
24.01.2023
issued

valid only
for

months from the date of
issue. However, no heed
is
being
paid
to
my
requests,
despite
rny
several visits to
your
branch. In
the
light
of the aforesaid it is
being
informed to
your

with
hard
hearted
that
something is
being
cooked up against me with
malafide
intention to deprive
me
from
the
foreclosure of
my
aforesaid
home

by availing
the facility
of the term

lower interest
rate.
