I have applied and got plot loan from chennai roayapettah branch, while we were discussing about loan. The relationship manage manjunath promised me to negotiate the loan processing fee. But after loan dispatched the remaining processing fee amount also got deducted from my loan cheque without my knowledge. I have enquired the same with him couple of weeks before who said he has raised one request for approval and will update me within two days. Now he is not responding to my mail and not picking my phone calls.
