My name is sriganesh. I have applied for balance transfer and top loan at pnb as few months ago but it has not been processed. Reference no is ref/hou/ban/0717/407506 & ref/nhl/ban/0717/407819. I am following with krishnamurthy m r for processing fee refund but i am not getting ay update from me even after several reminders. Please help me to get the amount back from him.
