Marked this mail on 07/08/2016, but till the time we have not received any single mail from your side.. After that 5 times mails i have already send to your concern department but same as usually no revert.

I am writing this email in reference to the home loan that I applied with your bank with Application No. HOU/KAR/0616/292251.

We want to cancel our home loan with immediate effect due to some unforeseen circumstances and reasons.

I also request that you return all the documents I submitted to you with my application as soon as possible.

We regret for the inconveniences caused.
Your generous consideration and most friendly attention to our notice herein are much appreciated indeed and we look forward to receiving your earliest feedback.

My last mail was on 21/08/2016 and that mail was: -

Dear Team,

Still we are not getting any revert from your end.
And also we have not received any kind of written confirmation regarding for my loan closure.

I am not understand how many reminder you required such a small things.

NOTE:- Provide me, My loan closure documents on priority basis:-

Like
1. NOC OF MY LOAN
2. SOA
3. MY PDC
4. INTREST CERTIFICATES etc.

AND CONFIRM ME THE DISPATCH DETAILS.

And also pending my refund which they have not refund to me back..

Pls take this matter and resolve asap.
