[Resolved]  Punjab National Bank [PNB] — Amazon refund not credit in bank account

Dear sir/medam, I ordered an item from amazon of worth rs 699/-INR, The last date was mentioned as 1st October 2021 for the money to be credited but 8 days have passed by and I didn't get my refund, being an aspirant 699 rs is a huge amount for me plz resolve this issue as soon as possible
