Punjab National Bank [PNB] — Amount not credited to the merchants account so I paid cash to Merchant. | |
On 14 July 2021, I did a transaction of Rs 575 for purchasing goods from the Merchants shop, I did the transaction from my Amazon app by scanning the QR code that is linked to merchant's account in Punjab National Bank . Amazon shared the Bank Reference ID :[protected] after successful transaction. Till now the amount is not credited to the merchant's PNB account and as per the BHIM customer care and the HDFC bank from where the amount was debited, they all told that the amount is credited to the merchant bank i.e. in PNB. But PNB has not credited the amount, and the PNB customer care person are telling that they have not received the amount. I have also shared all the relevant documents with the PNB customer care through mail but still they are not willing to look into this and saying they have not received the amount. I have also attached all the relevant documents to this complaint request. As I have paid the amount of Rs 575 in cash to the Merchant due to amount was not debited to his account so, request you to refund the amount and credit the amount back to the source (HDFC Bank account) from where the amount was debited.
