[Resolved] Punjab National Bank [PNB] — ATM cash withdrawal not successful

I have done a cash withdrawal on 10th January 2025 around 9:30am from ICICI Bank ATM for 5000rs from my PNB debit card. However, cash did not came out from ATM and my account has been debited.

I have raised the complain for the same in 13th Jan with complain no. I[protected]. And till today when I have followed up with customer service they are saying complain is under progress.
It been almost a month and no update as of now.
Please consider my request on urgent basis and do the needful.
