Complaint marked as Resolved Till now not resolved my issues.
Dear Sir/Madam,
I had an old account with PNB Branch at overseas Branch, Panchkuiyan Road.My account number is -0502100400000617.I was not doing any online transactions through my savings account because threshold issue and as per Bank officials my threshold issue will be resolved in the new Financial year but till now not resolved now.And second issue was with me that I had submitted my KYC application for change of Address at the branch on 23rd March, 2026 but till it will not be not updated till now.Such a premium Bank like PNB how much time is required to update this issues.
Please request you to resolve the above written issues as soon as possible so that I will manage my transactions smoothly as I am working at Eicher Ltd and I am not presently looking after Delhi NCR regions and I am not frequently visiting the branch to rectify those things.
