[Resolved]  Punjab National Bank [PNB] — Not getting the refund money

My name is Soumik Misra and I had ordered " JGD 5 Pin Mini USB Cable (35 CM) USB 2.0 Type A to Mini B Cable " of Rs. 149 in Amazon on 29th August and I cancelled this order due to personal reason on same day. And on 29th August Amazon initiated the amount to my bank but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this refund reference number
'[protected]' and told me to fill charge dispute form but Punjab National Bank doesn't have such policy. So
please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent. My account number is '[protected]' and my UPI id from which I had paid the money is : rivu.[protected]@oksbi
