Dear sir,

I purchased a book from amazon on 15.092019 and due to some reason the order didn't get confirmed and the amount got deducted from my account so amazon started my refund on 16.09.2019 they also gave me a refund reference number which is #75260829259033211740905 but the bank is telling me that there is no refund in my account
Kindly look into my matter and resolve my issue.

    I ordered a phone from amazon and due to some reasons it was cancelled. I paid using my pnb debit card and refund was to be credited into it. But it's 6th day since my refund is initiated from amazon and i didn't get mt refund.
    Refund refrence no is 75260829259033212272072.
    I called amazon and they said that the payment may be stucked in bank but they have passed the fund. So please look into this matter and initiate my refund.

      I was issued a debit cum atm card today and was ensured that i would get the otp within half an hour but didn't get it even after six hour and i am not if they will make tomorrow also. I am dire need to withdraw my deposit but i am helpless. I will ensure not deposit money now in this bank furthur. Also i noticed below that debit card is not given so i have to select credit care though my trouble is with the debit card

        After my father expired, an account was opened in my mother's name - panmashri, with saving account no-[protected] on 20th june 2019 at pnb nazafgarh (Ifsc code - punb0151900) for the purpose of pension and other banking needs.

        However, since 3 months have gone by, still the account has not been activated. On enquiry with branch manager, he conveyed that it has not been activated from karol bagh branch.

        Sir, i have visited more than 25 times to the bank to solve this, but in vain. Moreover, bank told us that they have mailed in e-veda also.

          I cancelled a order on amazon on 12 sept which i paid through my debit card, of rs 2227 and amzon has initiated the amount but i did not received it till now as i was said 2-4 business days maximum, i contacted amazon service centre they said we have initiated it call bank and give ref. No. But bank is denying completely that we dont have to do anything with ref. Id nor requests initiated by amazon its amazon work contact them.

            My payment has been declined by the bank during the transaction on PaytmMall app.
            Rs 699 was deducted from my account but not yet refunded.

            You keep telling wait for some days(see images and dates). I think your some days means some months probably.
            Earlier it was registered and the same process keeps going on for weeks and even then you are not replying to my emails nor phone works.
            I want a deadline and phone number of your executive.

                I purchased football keeping gloves recently on 23 august 2019 and i paid hy charges through online transaction but they cancllled my order due to dispute in my order. But i didn't get my money back. Then i contact customer service they said they will return money in 2 or 3 days now they are saying ask bank for your refund.. And my reference no. Is 20190829.
                Please kindly help me to get back my money as soon as possible.

                  मेरा पंजाब नेशनल बैंक में बचत खाता है जिस पर मैंने एक atm card जारी करवा रखा है जो 01/09/2019 से कार्ये नहीं कर रहा है हर बार गलत पिन नंबर दिखता है।पिन नंबर रिसेट करने के लिए मैंने जब [protected], व् 5607040 नंबर पर sms किया तो ये सन्देश आता है कि आपका फ़ोन नंबर रजिस्टर नहीं है जबकि मैंने बैंक में कहा तो वो कहते है कि आपका फ़ोन नंबर रजिस्टर है। 10/09/2019 को मैंने बैंक में प्रार्थना पत्र देकर पुनः अपना फ़ोन नंबर रजिस्टर करवाया था लेकिन आज तक वाही सन्देश आ रहा है कि आपका फ़ोन नंबर रजिस्टर नहीं है और ग्रीन पिन नहीं आ रहा है
                  इस कारण से मुझे आर्थिक समस्याओं का सामना करना पड़ रहा है।

                    I tried to transfer rs-25000, from my united bank of india, mobile banking app to panjab national bank, account 3 sept 2019, the transaction was failed but rs 25006 was deducted from my ubi account, when will it return to the source? The message of account debit is attached with the complaint, please investigate the matter and solve the problem as early as possible.

                      Bought food from Zomato online, they told me the branch has closed and they gave me both a reference number and told me the refund had been intiated. It has been a month, 13th of August I got a text saying that the refund has been intiated: RRN NUMBER: 300046922119220182695936

                      I have yet to get my refund deposited in my Punjab National Bank Account, which was used to pay the ammout.

                      It was for the amount of 433.10.

                        I purchased earphones via amazon and returned them and the refund has to refunded by 5 september 2019.
                        Amount refunded was to be of 1099.
                        But it has not due to certain reasons.
                        When enquired with amazon customer care they told to file charge dispute.

                        But the pnb customer care says there is no such thing and the branch had also said same.
                        They don't have file such thing as the charge dispute.

                        I submitted complaint here and within hours my money has been credited to my account. Thank you RBI and this forum. It is very fast and easy option.

                        I ordered a suit on 23 august, but i cancelled the order on 31st august. But still even after 10 days i haven’t got my money back. Amazon said they have refunded. Please help me out.

                          Sir I have buy a product from Amazon using UPI payment and I have cancel order myself but refund not received, after 6-7 I call Amazon customer care he told me the refund is send your Bank with reference number#[protected] but bank told refund is not recieved this reference number so I can't receive my refund please solve my problem. I think Amazon is fraud so please refund my money.

                            We have opend the above mentioned account on07.03.2019 with rs.15 lakh.
                            The interest amount is credited in my account no[protected] as follows:
                            18.03.2019 broken period 8938.00
                            26.04.2019 ist quarter 26100.00 (Actul interest is rs.32625.00)
                            After deduction 10% tds)
                            At the time of opening the account, we have completed all the formalities, included
                            Submission of pan card and adhar card.
                            It appears the system has charged 20% instead of 10% tds.
                            Kindly arrange to refund the amount at the earliest and update my account for
                            Future reference.

                                Purchased mini fan ₹699 from amazon on 22/09/2019and done full payment by bhim upi but order was cancelled on 31/09/2019and now amazon is saying that refund has been send to bank. So contact customer service and file charge dispute they had given me a no. Refund refrence#[protected]
                                But customer service is saying they can file nothing like charge dispute and can only check if money came to your account or not.
                                Same behaviour by branch also.
                                Don't know what to do

                                    I purchased a pair of converse on the 30th of august 2019 but since i had given the wrong address i cancelled it right away. The refund process was completed in the same day itself and the money was supposed to be reflected back in my account within 7-10 business days. Today is the 10th of september 2019 and i still haven't received my refund so i contacted the customer service and they told me that the money was supposed to be transferred back to my account yesterday. If anything i would really like to know the status of my refund.

                                      My name is Rohit Chhetry and I had ordered product of RS. 319 (AUXTER polyester large black Gym bag ) in Amazon on (24 aug 2019) and after (01 sept 2019) I returned this order due to personal reason. And on (01 sept 2019)
                                      Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number
