Dear sir,
With due respect this is to bring to your kind attention that i hold a bank account in punjab national bank, 2 kld 365 head sriganganagar rajastan-335707
In my pnb bank account 25000/- (15000 + 10000) is debited through atm on 14/05/2019 at 8:05 am. My pnb atm card was in my pocket at that time. I didn't share any password or otp. I registered fir in mukherjee nagar new delhi at the same day and submitted it in pnb bank branch 2 kld 365 head rajasthan along with complaint application. As well as i submitted online complaint through customer care number. I call customer care many time related to this. They are not giving satisfactory answer. I meet pnb bank manager branch 2 kld 365 head many time. They are saying bank headquarters is not replying the mail. I waited more than 3 months for refund my amount back in bank account but i don't get till not. For this detection pnb bank is full responsible.
