Hello,
I was going for an online transaction for ajio site through phone pay but due to some network issues transaction got cancelled. The payment status on ajio and phone pay site was showing as failed but the respective amount was debited form my bank account.
It was on 09/09/19
Kindly look into the matter and let me know how is this going to resolve and when will i be able to get my amount credited back into account

    My name is (md sakib pravej) and I had ordered (boat rockerz 400) of RS.Amount(1499 ) in Amazon on 31 August 2019
    and after cancel this order due to personal reason. And on 31 August on same date
    Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number
    [protected] and told me to fill charge dispute form but Indian Bank doesn't have such policy. So
    please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent. My card number is ([protected]){Card no is not
    mandatory you can enter it if you want better chances of recovery}

      I have purchased sennheiser 275s earphone on 26 august and returned it on 29 and got message from amazon that my refund has been initiated. But it\’s almost 7 days but i haven\’t got any refund from them. I called amazon and they said that we already provided you that and provided me reference code for the same and ask me to call my bank (Pnb). I called pnb and they said we can’t do anything with that reference code. Ask about your payment from pnb. I need help.
      Now pnb saying to me, we can't do anything with that reference no.

      Sir I paid electricity bill of any rs 1171/- on 2nd aug 2019 through Paytm but the transaction failed. The patty initiated the refund and sent to PNb on 05 aug 2019 vide reference number 30001092189217189628098. My ATM card number is [protected].
      Pls settle the claim and refund my money.

        I purchased bedsheet 299 rs from amazon & done payment by upi transaction.. But i return bedsheet.. On 1 sept amazon refund amount of 278... Refund reference #[protected].. But it still not credited in my account.. I contact amazon cstmr care they said they refunded but bnk not credited my account.. I cntnt pnb cstmr care they rply amazon not refund..

          I was purchased an american tourister bag on 10th august which costs 549rupee & return it on 30 august refund not received my bank and
          According to amazon company they refund money on 3-4 working day but
          Now after 7day no money refund to my account i was contact to amazon costumer service they provides me
          Refund reference no. :[protected] kindly refund my money

          I purchased bedsheet 299 from Amazon and done full payment by upi transaction... But sometime I return bedsheet... On 1 sept Amazon refund amount 278 in my account...refund reference #[protected]...
          But it is still not credited in my account... I contact Amazon customer care they says they refunded but bnk not credited in my account ...

            Dear sir,
            With due respect this is to bring to your kind attention that i hold a bank account in punjab national bank, 2 kld 365 head sriganganagar rajastan-335707
            In my pnb bank account 25000/- (15000 + 10000) is debited through atm on 14/05/2019 at 8:05 am. My pnb atm card was in my pocket at that time. I didn't share any password or otp. I registered fir in mukherjee nagar new delhi at the same day and submitted it in pnb bank branch 2 kld 365 head rajasthan along with complaint application. As well as i submitted online complaint through customer care number. I call customer care many time related to this. They are not giving satisfactory answer. I meet pnb bank manager branch 2 kld 365 head many time. They are saying bank headquarters is not replying the mail. I waited more than 3 months for refund my amount back in bank account but i don't get till not. For this detection pnb bank is full responsible.

            I baught a shoes from flipkart but that was unfit for me. I returns but shows that refund has been already exist on account but I cannot get refund. Then he provide me refund reference number but it is invalid (such a [censored]) what's happning can't understand but still I did get my Rs.1699.

                I have ordered @home nilkamal king size bed on 13 august 2019 and same day i have cancelled that order and after that next day 14 august 2019 flipkart have already initiated my refund amount which is 32900. And according to them amount will be credited in my account by 26 august 2019. But still not received my refund amount.

                Flipkart gave me the refund id:: rfnd_D5KOAT47UMK2dv with reference number (ARN):: 30004692269225110271497.

                Now please check and return my refund amount asap

                And amount is still not received yet

                  With regards to the subject, i had made a purchase on amazon.in and the order was cancelled. Amazon initiated a refund to my pnb account and sent a mail regarding the same but i have not got the refund yet. I called the pnb cc but they were of no help. The pnb complaint page is not taking my complaint and therefore i was not able to lodge a complaint. The amount to be refunded is rs. 898.00. The authorization code (Refund reference number) for the transaction is[protected]. Kindly do the needful.

                    On 1st september i made a request of withdrawal at ATM but the cash has not dispensed but the amount has been deducted. And I also complaint online to customer care. But to till date no any resolution has been made. Saalo customers ke paise churake apna bank chala rahe ho, chutiya bank. Tabhi to merger ki situation aa gyi tumhari. Chorr government ka chorr bank.

                      I booked four tickets ₹1160 from trainmanon13/08/2019and done full payment by debit card but order was cancelled on 13/08/2019 and now is saying that refund has been send to bank. So contact customer service and file charge dispute they had given me a no. Refund reference# 30004692269225100196969
                      But customer service is saying they can file nothing like charge dispute and can only check if money came to your account or not.
                      Same behaviour by branch also.
                      Don't know what to do

Mr. Aman bank employee cut charge rupee 118 for this and made no due certificate. Sir but no charge for noc for saksham purpose in all the bank. Mr. Aman misguide and cut charge. Please take necessary action....

                        On 1 september 2019, i made a request to withdraw rs. 15000 from pnb atm and the amount has been debited but the cash haven't received. And i also complained to atm customer care online then he said the money will be back on 7 days. The same case has also been done 3 years back same amount and same bank. But we could not get resolution to the complaint. So i request you to all please transfer your account to some other bank.

                            I ordered a product from amazon on 21 august 2019 due to some problem i return it to amazon and then amazon said the refund amount rs 210 will transfer to your bank in 5 to 6 days so on 26 august 2019 the mail came from amazon that the amount is transferred to your bank and the refund reference no. Is # 75260829239032631950057 but when i make a call to bank customer care regarding this issue he said i didn't help by this reference no. And ask your merchant (Amazon) and amazon said i already refund it the fault is from bank side. So please help me regarding this

                              I am requesting for re issue debit card bcoz old debit is card broken and i was call on pnb customer care and his block my broken debit card and he saying visit your branch and apply for card then i was visit at branch and he is saying your staff visit on monday for make your card bcoz card maker staff is on leave then i was again visit at the then saying you visit friday.
                              So please think about it and we are not free man i am working in company.
                              And i see your bank local staff rudely behave from every visited person and not given proper knowlede of customer.

                                      My name is phaniraj v akshanta, a/c no.[protected]. I have recently shifted to mysore from mumbai. Am maintaining the account at mumbai as i have to receive some funds from a couple of sources. My complaint is periodically i get messages on utilising the debit card no.[protected] that "for security reasons your debit card is being blocked until further action, contact your branch". This is for online transactions but it works at atms & pls machines. Also, when i operate bhim or phonepe, the transferrable amount gets limited to rs.20000 & sometimes nil for a couple of days - subsequently i get the message that i have exceeded the amount permitted or the number of transactions allowed. Tired of this. Kindly do the needful.
