My name is vikas babu and i had ordered "bosch gsb cordless drill" of rs. Amount 7299 in amazon on 17 augest 2019
And i return the item on 19 augest.
Amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number
75260829238032601201482 and told me to fill charge dispute form but pnb bank doesn't have online refund issue option in there dispute form. So

    My name is rishabh hindol and i had ordered realme 3 pro mobile phone of rs. 12999 from amazon on[protected] and after[protected] i returned this order due to personal reason. And on[protected] amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number 75260829238032601739838 and told me to fill charge dispute form but indian bank doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent. Thanks you.

      Sir i wanted to add money to my paytm wallet on 29 august 2019 but the transaction was unsuccessful & i didn't get money in my paytm wallet whereas the amount of 1100 was deducted from my bank account it's already been 2 days & still the money is not credited or refunded.
      So i request you to please take a immediate action and add more to my pnb account.

        My name is phaniraj v akshanta, a/c no.[protected]. I have recently shifted to mysore from mumbai. Am maintaining the account at mumbai as i have to receive some funds from a couple of sources. My complaint is periodically i get messages on utilising the debit card no.[protected] that "for security reasons your debit card is being blocked until further action, contact your branch". This is for online transactions but it works at atms & pls machines. Also, when i operate bhim or phonepe, the transferrable amount gets limited to rs.20000 & sometimes nil for a couple of days - subsequently i get the message that i have exceeded the amount permitted or the number of transactions allowed. Tired of this. Kindly do the needful.

          I have to receive a refund of cancelled TRAIN tickets (Cancelled by ME) which i booked from RAILYATRI when queried from RAILYATRI they told that they have refunded the amount and gave me arn number and asked me to contact my banks customer care and giving them arn to track my refund. But when i called, the customer care executive didn't knew about arn and simply asked me to contact BANK. Now BANK is saying to contact and RAILYATRI is saying to contact BANK.
          I want my money back and pnb should track the status.

            Dear sir,

            I anil kumar is from my a/c loan lodged a complaint regarding the same and got the feedback that money will be refunded with in 07to 45 days, they provioded me the complaint no. As well[protected] but till the date (20/08/2019) no action has been taken by the bank every time they say please check in next 7-working days. But not reflecting. Then next 45 days.

            So kindly tell me what to do. I have called several times in thier call centre and also forwarded mail to general manager crm..

              I placed an order amounting rs. 2596 with myntra on 15th july (This was a collective order of four separate items: rs 576 + 912 +286 + 822). I canceled the order on the same day and received the refund amount of three items out of the four (Rs 576 + 912 + 822). As claimed by the myntra support the refund for amount rs. 286 was successfully processed long back (Along with the other refund) and i was supposed to get the amount by 23rd july, but i haven't received it yet. I tried lodging a complaint with the cgrms form on the pnb website but the link does not work. I contacted the pnb customer care with the provided bank reference number:[protected]As provided by myntra) but the customer care executive bluntly refused to help as he said the bank reference number is of no use and nothing can be done with that number. And the myntra people are telling me repeatedly to contact the bank team with the ref. Number. Please help as i dont know what to do.

At the time amount was deducted from my account, after 24 hours, my payment was declined and could not reflect back in my account. Now i asking about my refund? The refund is rs. 219/-. When will i get my refund back in my account?

                    The shortfal rec - mmsinwa[protected]. Txt deducted the amount from the account by 2 times. And call was disconnected while asking for this deduction from the customer care executive.
                    If i am unable to understand this transaction and what kind of charge it is, who will answer.
                    This is the ridiculous and irresponsible solution from the pnb.
                    Kindly let me know why this is being happened....

                    Hi pnb, today i'm received a call from pnb metlife call center ([protected]) and a girl (Ms. Deepika) says hello to me by asking that "are you talking mr. Anish goel" before i give my answer, she'll started by telling me about pnb metlife plans and after 10 second i just asked her that "where did you called" and she said are you mr. Anish goel & i just denie then she asked my name & i asked her why you want to know my name and than she used a bad language and before my answer she just cut the call.

                    So guys, this is how pnb metlife staff behaved on call just like an uneducated peoples and use cheap tricks and abuse peoples.
                    I'm not pnb metlife customer but in future i'll sure that me and anyone of my contact never-ever being a part of pnb metlife.

                    I'll surely put this on all social media and youtube chennal, so that people's know about pnb metlife customer service.

                      This person has been called to me regarding policy renewal due payment and said for 5% Discount is giving on the total amount. Please pay & he said i will pay by mobikwik so just asked me to share the credit card number and OTP. As he opened my policy last year June 2018 so i trusted on him. That's why i have done the payment 68500rs. But after 4-5 days i asked for receipt. They have said the payment has been declined and now he start saying i will pay when money will returned in mobikwik. After 2-3 times call to him everyday he start changing date will give on next to next. After 1 month he transferred 19500 RS through bank transfer. But next 49000 RS he had not given to him.

                      when we had visited to PNB METLIFE Noida branch than his manager said simply i was restigated to him. But here is the question how do we know they are not working with PNB. For 49000/ he is changing the date everytime. now he is not picking my phone.

                        Sub. Complaint against a staff of your branch for misconduct
                        Ref: saving account

                        Dear sir/madam,
                        I am an existing customer of your esteemed bank at the branch office at ashoknagar bearing saving account. I have been associated with the bank for long time now and i consider myself as a loyal customer of your bank since i do all my transaction from your bank.

                        I am lodging this complaint very dishearteningly against one of the staff of your bank at the said branch office. His name is *virendra pal* and as per my knowledge he is currently working as cashier in your branch office. Kindly note the following said incident that was happened with me and you will be the judge of it.

                        On 17/08/19 when i had gone to the said branch to deposit my cash as intimated to me by him that the deposit of money after 2:30 pm is not allowed to be accepted by us. Following his instruction i decided to deposit my cash in "cash depositing money" in the bank but due to some technology upgradation the machine was not accepting the old currency notes, as a solution of which i approached the cashier asking him to exchange my new currency to old currency so that i can deposit my cash in "cash depositing machine" instead of helping me out in depositing cash considering the urgency he refused upfront to exchange my currency notes, on again asking for the solution he replied not to help with full of anger, this disrespectful and un helpful behavior of cashier disheartened me a lot leaving me with only option to leave rather than argue with such a atrocious person.

                        Having said that, i hope your bank will take appropriate disciplinary action against that employee and ensure that employee will behave well with the customers.

                        I will be grateful if appropriate action on my complaint will be taken at earliest.

                            I am use freecharge app my money is nor refund my account.

                            As per the telephonic conversation had with you on your number [protected], we would like to inform you that the payment of rs.1944/- against order id fcea[protected] was automatically refunded through payment gateway to your respective bank/card on 26-jul-2019.
                            We have also verified the same with our payment partner and confirmed that the amount was successfully refunded.
                            Hence, request you to get in touch with your bank for the refund amount to reflect in your bank/card account with the below given details and raise a dispute with your bank:

                            I got this mail 6 days back.
                            My refund of Rs 94 has been process succesfully on 31th july 2019 and the refund refrence no. for the transection is[protected] i do not receive the refund with in 5 bussiness days and my bank and bank custmer care both are denied for refund conformation so please help me

                              My refund from online shopping site myntra has been placed on 4th feb, 2019 hasn't yet showed into my bank account.
                              Myntra had given me the reference numbers of the transactions & suggested to file charge dispute at home branch but everyone was like i dont know go to that counter and repeat & doing nothing to locate my refund.

                                I placed an oder for supply o[censored]sha ebony neo gas stove with amazon vide order no.[protected] dated[protected]. The payment was made through debit card of punjab national bank. The amazon could not deliver the item and refund of amount was passed on[protected] under refund id[protected]. The amount has not been credited to bank account till today.

                                Please look into the matter and expedite the credit of refund amount to my bank account.

                                The same complaint was also made on 5 August, 2019. But no action has been taken till today i.e.[protected]. The Customer Care of both Punjab National Bank and Amazon had been contacted on phone a umber of times. But the matter still stand unresolved.

                                  I purchased tshirt from paytm on 10th august 2019 then i cancelled my item they initiated a refund on 11 aug but uptill now my money is not credited to me. I called paytm customer service they told me that they already initiated refund and now i am seeing in my account section for refund in paytm it is refunded. But my money is not still credited to me. So please kindly help me with this issue when i will get my refund for reference no.[protected].

                                    I have deducted amount even though transaction failed on 11th aug while swiping pnb debit card. Complaint raised through phone banking customer care center. He give complaint number is sr. No. M[protected]. But while i am checking in online it shows error. Till now i didn't get any email/ message from pnb regarding this. Can you please help me to get my amount back.
