Sir i am ajay singh rathore. I am a pnb customer. My a/c no. Is [protected]. Branch location is 72 inf brigade morar cantt gwalior madhya pradesh.
Sir, a refund of rs.1296 has to be credited in my account by 10 july 2019 which was processed by myntra on 27 june with bank reference number[protected].
But till now the refund is not credited in my account.

    I purchased a bus ticket on redbus and paid using amazon pay with my pnb debit card. I cancelled my ticket and i was to get rs. 309 refund. Amazon gave a transaction number and said to provide this to pnb to track my refund but pnb is denying that it cannot track the refund. Now i am stuck between amazon and pnb and i don't know how to get my refund.

      This is regarding refund of rs3600 which was credited by amazon.in in my pnb savings account no [protected], the refund is made via google pay upi [protected]@oksbi. Now the amazon.in has credited amount of rs3600 successfully with transaction reference no[protected] on aug 2 08:43 am, still not reflecting to my bank account even after several business days. When i contacted amazon, they asked me to contact bank as they have successfully credited the amount on 2 aug via google pay upi [protected]@oksbi. Even i complaint to
      Please look into the matter and do the needful as soon as possible as i have been waiting for past several days.

      Please look into the issue and resolve this issue soon as possible.

        My account debited money with fraud. Iam complain pnb bank but bank not respond my complain. And cancelled my complain. Pls help me.. Bank has cancelled my first complain. I have withdrawal 500₹ through atm but after 10 hour withdrawal my account debited 50000₹ through any other fraud. Hacker hack my atm detail and debit and transfer amount to other account. I informed bank but bank not respond my complain..

            refund not reflected in account statement

            Booked an irctc ticket on 4 august 2019 from paytm and paid by means of pnb debit card. The respective amount was deducted from my account but booking failed due to internet connection failure. So paytm refunded the amount and gave refund reference number (Rrn) : 30003892179216134837989. The refund is still not reflected in my account after 5 days. When i called pnb customer care and provide them the rrn, they say they don't know what is...

            Mene ek mi ki battery mangai the jo sahi see work nights kar rahi the tho mene usko wapas kar diya aur money refund karne ki kaha 12 din baad mene call kiya amazon ke customer care number par aur baat ki unk executive se mene unko apni problem batai ki money refund night hua hai tho unhone mere help ki.
            Mujhko charge dispute provide kiya gaya tha amazon ki taraf se aur unhone kaha tha ki pnb customer care number par call kar k charge dispute karne ko bolo aur unhone transaction i'd bhe diya that par pnb customer care executive ne bola ki charge dispute no. Mach ni hota aur bola ki amazon walo se baat karo.

              I recently purchased crucial 8gb ddr4 ram from amazon and after returning they refunded the amount but th amount hasn't been reflected in my account yet.. I contacted customer support of both amazon and pnb.. No one is helping..

              The bank is telling me to contact amazon and then the amazon is saying they fully refunded the amount and i should contact bank... What is happening?!!

                  My self anita kumari primary holder of the account number [protected]
                  On 7th of august at 7.28pm i did transaction ie upi money transfer to other account through phone pe application for the amount of rs 24000 inr. The same was unsuccessful and the amount debited from the account and it's not reversed back into the account till now. I
                  Called many times customer care made them aware of the issue and the complaint was registered vide complaint number m[protected]. But no execution regarding this reflected into my account till now. It was an emergency i hardly need that amount, if transaction failed than it should be right away reversed back into the account. But despite of this amount got seized for unknown number of days. And also the email help desk of pnb is very unresponsive and poor.

                      I placed an order for supply o[censored]sha ebony neo gas stove on[protected] to amazon.. The amount was paid through debit card of punjab national bank. The item could not be delivered due to loss of item in transit. The amazon has sanctioned the refund of rs. 4350/- vide refund id[protected] dated[protected]. The amount of refund has no far been credited to my saving bank account from which the payment was made. You are, therefore requested to kindly look into the matter and credit the amount of refund to my bank account.

                        We are the customer of punjab national bank khanpur branch, branch code is 238000. They are always refuse to do any work same day. If one person want to do a work at this branch, he/she will return two or three times. Even a passbook not update same day. My old father has already return 2 times. Nothing will be done here. They are not co-operative at all. My mother have a saving a/c in this branch, since last two years we are trying to issue a atm card but not received yet further visiting 4 to 5 times in the branch.

                        Not only me 40% to 50% customer harass everyday. But the have no place to tell against that branch.

                        The server is not responding and we are not able to dononline transaction.Neither we can send the money nor we can receive it.I want to know when will server become available

                          upi not working

                          My punjab nation bank upi payment is not working from past 3 days. I have tried checking my balance, syncing the servers but nothing is working. Other users are not able to send the money to my account through upi payment. Please look into the matter as soon as possible. I have some pending payments to be received. It is causing very inconvenience....

                          servers not responding

                          I am a customer from agra facing problem server not responding on most of the occasion hampering my online transactions. On one hand our prime minister is encouraging on line payments but we are facing serverproblems from such a big bank like pnb. Kindly ask your technical team to be updated every time to keep server working all the time. Make expeditious measures to resolve the reoccurance of server failure.

                            The amount was deducted from my account but it was refunded back.
                            It happen 3 times.
                            No amount has been refunded.
                            Look after this matter.
                            It has been more than 7 days and I should get compensation for this.
                            I had complained it to customer care but I did not get any response from the customer care and bank.
                            It seams to be helpless.
                            Please help.

                              My name is akshit bansal and i had ordered eyeglasses of rs.1903 from coolwinks.com on 14th may 2019 and according to offer the company refund my all amount. And on 2nd july 2019 coolwinks initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Coolwinks sent this reference number :[protected] and told me to fill charge dispute. I call in pnb care but i didnt receive any solution. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.

                                I withdraw the 1000 rs in punjab national bank atm machine located in ramnagar basai road gurgaon -122001 atm id is - d7334200 at 11:25 a. M date - 29/07/2019... There is one 500 currency is damaged... I show the currency in atm camera... And ask to atm guard how to change the currency... He totally decline... He told me... You should go the nearest punjab national branch and you change this currency... Then i go to nearest branch... Situated...
