Dear sir/mam,
This mail is in reference of my complaint of my policy number 22324926.
I submitted a written complaint at your noida office dated 18th december 2018 and i have received your reply by letter dated 06th january 2019.
Firstly i want to inform you that i am not agree with your reply and surely will not allow company to save fraud employees and cheat innocent client by the help of your policy wordings and rules, regulations.
I have studied and concerned properly all the things with my legal consultant and assure you that i will go to consumer court.
This mail is my intimation for that i am taking this matter seriously and going to respective all legal department n media.
Here once again i am giving all details of my complaint in reference to policy number 22324926. If still company not take genuine steps then i will forward this matter to insurance ombudsman and consumer court.
I request you to please go through my complaint as given below-

"i received maturity amount of my recurring deposit of state bank of india which was in name of my wife in september 2018. I went to punjab national bank niti khand indrapuram branch to start a new fix deposit (Fd) and there ms. Ranjana was met as bank employee and gave me details about fix deposit rate of interest, time and total maturity amount.
She told that a new type of fix deposit started by bank in which you can deposit any amount for 1 year to 10 year and you will get 10% interest yearly. She assured that amount can be withdrawal after one year. She also said that you will get free insurance cover under pradhanmantri bima yojna.
I gave my consent as yes to fixed deposit and she asked me to give photocopy of my all documents, photograph and gave me a form to sign by saying that it is form for new fd.
I am only class 8th pass and not enough comfortable in english language so i just signed that form and gave all required photocopy of documents and cheque of amount rs.1, 44, 000/- only. Even this mail is also typing by my legal consultant from my given written statement in hindi.
After completing all formalities ms. Ranjana started regular chating with me and my wife and build a close relation with my family. She has secured a strong position in faith of me n my wife. We were believe her very much.
One day she called me n my wife and said that we will receive a call from bank about fd details means our name, date of birth, address and all are correct or not and you just say yes for each and every thing.
After few days we received a call from bank and we did same as she told us. At that time we were not aware that it is a welcome call from insurance company regarding policy. But when it was told by that caller that it is about your policy which i purchased then i asked ms. Ranjana about this then she told me that it is same and there is no difference in all benefits what ever she told. She told that she is there to look after all and gave assurance that my money is deposited in punjab national bank fix deposit.
Till that time she was just like our family friend and we believe her a lot.
But this was total dishonesty and cheating and fraud with me and my family.
After one year when i called ms. Ranjana to withdrawal my money then she said that deposit all papers with cancel cheque and money will transfer in account.
I gave my all papers to her with one cancel cheque at same branch of punjab national bank, indrapuram, ghaziabad.
After that she told to wait for 15-20 days but money was not transferred then she told to give a written letter and i just wrote whatever she told me and gave that letter to her.
But again she cheated me and not submitted any request to withdrawal my money and said that she tried a lot but company is doing fraud and she is going to leave this job soon. She told to go to noida office and submit complaint there.
Whatever she told i wrote same in a letter and submitted that in noida office on 18th december 2018.
This is all what done with me in this case.


Dear sir / mam,

In this whole matter there is proper evidence of cheating, fraud and mis-selling and i did not signed any policy proposal form. My signature was copied.
More over i am just 8th class passed but in policy form it written graduate.
I am a driver in my company where i work but it written proprietor and my salary is not as much written in form.
Agent details given in policy paper is wrong. I have never met shruti jaiswal (Name given as agent) and her mobile number is also wrong.
I did not filled any policy proposal form and i assure you that i can prove all the things where ever and when ever it is required.
I request you to please look this matter and do proper investigation before giving any decision and please return my hard eared money asap.

I make a humble request to everyone to look this matter and solve my problem asap.

I have good faith in name of punjab national bank and hope that you will not break my faith.

    Maine bank se baat ki ar bola reference no check kr k uska status btane toh costomer care waale bolte ki reference no nhi check krta last 5-6 call k baad maine phir call kiya ar reference no check krne k liy request kiya toh she said ki y reference no glt h. Maine phir amazon ko call kiya ar unse bola ki bank n y bola ki glt reference no h toh amazon waale n bola ki mam yha se refund initiate ho chuka h agr bank aisa bolta h toh aap dispute fill kigye y last option hota h.

      I have ordered two products from amazon one is pomo-z men's faux leather hooded biker outerwear jacket on 15 october 2018 and another one is mpc cute fashion baby girls popcorn net dresses for frock on 10th october 2018.
      I return both of these products and i don't receive the refund amount yet.
      So please resolve my problem.
      Amazon have been given two references number of both of these products for refund and the reference number of mpc cute fashion baby girls popcorn is[protected]
      And the reference number of pomo-z men's faux leather hooded biker outerwear jacket is[protected].
      Amazon says both of these refund has been issued on 10 nov 2018.

        Many transaction i have done with amazon. Nvr happend this issue first time this is happening don't know why.? Many times i talk to amazon customer, bank, bank customer care. Bank says talk to amazon.. Amazon says talk to bank.

          Dear Sir/ Ma'am, I had made a online transaction on 12th feb 2018 with ICAI but transaction get failed and my account debited with such amount. and i have not received any refund from bank till date.when my transaction on 12th feb get failed then I had contact to ICAI and they said that your money is refund into your account within 7-10 days, and now you do your new registration, and then i had made transaction again with ICAI and this time my transaction was successfully completed, but my money is not refunded in my account till date.
          And i had also contact with my branch for this transaction many times, but i am not satisfied with the branch response.The transaction amount was 6569.26.

            I purchased an us polo tshirt from amazon on 03.03.19 and done full payment by debit card but order was cancelled on same day 03.03.19 and now amazon is saying that refund has been sent to your bank so contact customer service and file charge dispute. They had given to me transaction id 74332749063906277479364 but customer service is saying that they can file nothing file charge dispute and can only check if money came to your account or not. Same behavior by branch also.
            Now don't know what to do.

              Sir/madam
              This is second time i m putting up complaint against my mother's pension case. My father expired in september 2018 and till today march 2019 the pension is not started. When we go to bank the dealing clerk did not talk to us and directly says talk to manager. If she is doing dealing hand why should we approach manager all the time. Yes if we feels that she is unable to do than we will go. She is very inpolite and rudely says i don't know. I called in bank and manager says i m busy talk to somebody else. Kindly let us know how do we go every day bank we can call the bank and the status. Kindly look into the matter and hope you will resolve it to earliest.

                  An amount o[censored]sd 11718.00 was requested on 1 feb 2019, to send to my account in usa.

                  Received the following email on 13 feb 19, but till date usd has not been credited to my account.

                  ""dear customer,
                  Request for outward remittance submitted by you is under process.

                  Amount : usd 11718.000
                  Manager pnb's offering"""

                  I called the telephone numbers in india as given in the email received from pnb, but no satisfactory answer was given.

                  Please advise, where is the forex which was requested on 1st february 2019.

                    Today around 12 pm i transferred 4000 through paytm upi from punjab national bank to kotak mahindra bank and transaction shows sucessful also amount was debited from pnb but amount not credit to reciever bank (I. E. Kotak bank)

                    In the renewal of my current FD of sum 146654 they have deducted sum of rupees 1898 of yearly.
                    I borrowed home loan from PNB housing finance for 16 lacs and within this 24 months tenure they increased the rate of interest 4 times stating macro economic situation which other banks are not facing only PNB is facing this.
                    They are very unprofessional bank, I never recommended them .

                      My mother smt. Kaushalya rani gulati, family pensioner accompanied by me went pnb branch at 11/12 west patel nagar, new delhi-110008 today at 3.45 pm for kyc. At counter no. 10, mr. Rakesh kumar sharma, manager misbehaved my mother and throw kyc papers in front of her. When i presented the kyc paper he asked where is mother present her in front of me. She can hardly walk due to age and prolonged illness, she very toughly stand from her seat and walk towards her seat. Then he asked her name and throw papers saying that in aadhar card and voter id name written is kaushalya gulati and the account name is kaushalya rani - go and correct the aadhar card and voter i. D. I requested last kyc was done on the same documents and now why you are refusing. He was not ready to listen anything. Kindly get her kyc cleared so that she could draw her family penion. Why not mr. Rakesh kumar sharma went to see her on her seat. I very toughly presented my mother from a1b/25 janakpuri, new delhi to pnb west patel nagar, new delhi for kyc. Request to clear the kyc at residence and necessary disciplinary action against pnb manager mr. Rakesh kumar sharma for his rude, insulting and misbehavour with elederly senior family pensioner citizen.

                        This is to inform you that after so many communication with pnb helpline service ([protected]) my grievance are not handle at appropriate level.

                        Sir i had make an online transaction with icai on 12th feb 2018, but transaction get failed due to poor server problem and consequently my account debited with rs 6569.24.

                        After getting response from pnb helpline platform i had interacted with icai but they also refused to accept my grievance as he told me your transaction does not complete that's why i am not receiving your money.

                        Sir i want to know about where my money is transferred then i can eligible to fix charge on any person so i humbly requested to you please take the matter at appropriate level.

                            Dear sir,
                            My mother getting family pension from pnb under a/c no.079400 [protected]. But at present my mother couldnt recognise any of the family member due to she had gone through major neuro operation last feb due to brain hemerage. She lost her memory and even paralyzed she cant get up from the bed 24/7 one person is needed to take care of my mother. She is staying with her daughter in chandwa tehsel marheen distt kathua from the last 1 year. Her treatment is going on by dr rajpal neurosurgeon in pathankot and even aurvedic treatment from one dr from bambiyal. When my sister approached bank to get some money for my mother treatment, bank refused to make the payment becoz they want my mother physical presence there. Bank manager asked we will get only that amount which has been approved by my mother doctor. But its very difficult for us to bring my mother every month for colecting pension from pnb bank bc road rehari. As earlier i wrote she cant recognise any one and even cant get from bed.

                            As per my knowledge circular issued by rbi in nov 2017 for pension holder who are disabled and senior citizen, its bank responsibity to hand over that pension to the concerned person.
                            Its my humble request that pls consider our case sympthatically and given pension amount to my sister so she can continue the treatment for my mother.

                                  1. The fake policy is provided by person named pankaj verma for pnb met life. Instead of providing medical policy he handed over saving policy to my old parents.
                                  2. Now they are not refunding any of the payment even their executive confirmed that one installment can be returned.
                                  3. Totally unethical behavior of customer care executives. Harassing my parents.
                                  4. Need the amount to be refunded as soon as possible. I am following up from past 3 months and they are not responding even.

                                    Dear sir,

                                    Pnb a/c -[protected] levy in qab charges.
                                    I am maintaining a saving bank account with your rani bagh branch delhi, when i recently check my passbook details through pnb app, i was shocked to note that the bank had deducted 1098 towards qab charges where as my account balance is 2727, its up to the minimum balance of 2000 under the guidelines.

                                    In this connection it may be mentioned that as per rule 4.1 printed on the passbook issued to me on[protected], a minimum balance of rs 1000/- is required to be maintain and i was piously complying with the same though i could not operate the a/c for quite some time

                                    I was never informed by the bank of the above change in the bank rules either orally or in writing, except for the above letter and i am maintaining the minimum balance of rs. 2000/- since then

                                    Had i been aware of their charge's of the minimum balance, i would have certainly complied with the same instead of waiting for the bank of debit 1098 rs to my a/c in the regard and cry at a later date before the bank
                                    I request you to please look into the matter and revers the qab charges levied illegally in my above pnb account under advice to me.

                                    I have purchased a product from amazon. And returned it, they have initiated the refund on 8 feb but still it hasn't been reflected.
                                    The amount was of Rs. 280
                                    [protected] reference no.

                                      I buy from amazon and after return the product but my refund is not recived in my account i call to many time to pnb customer and amazon customer care and say go to pnb branch and give solutation from bank branch my refund inicited on 01/01/2019 but not recived i go to branch but bank officier not help me what i do and my refund reference no is 74332749002900101030604.

                                        I purchased a gift from amazon on 14/02/2019 and done full payment by debit card but order was cancelled on 16/02/2019 and now amazon is saying that refund has been send to bank and they send me reference code #75503729050027164308181 and said to contact customer and fill charge dispute form. I have contact to customer care of bank but they did nothing.
