Sir,

I have an account in pnb nagarnausa a/c : [protected]. It is a family pension account. Branch code is 272800. Address is : punjab national bank nagarnausa, nalanda. The bank is recovered some amount from my pension. Now it is completed and extra amount is recovered. But bank is not stoped and not giving the excess amount. I have contacted the branch, and customer care from last 3 months but till now i didn't get any result. My pension is already too less and in that they are continuously cutting the ammount.

I am requesting you to do something and resolved this issue.

    Hello sir,
    My self jyoti kumari
    And my ac no. [protected]
    Mastercard ending in 5493

    I purchased himalaya ayurslim fat burn 180 capsules + ayurslim sliming tea 2 pc... 640 rupees from amazon on 30/12/2018 and done full payment by debit card and i received but order was returned due to some technical issues on 13/01/2019 and now amazon is saying that refund has been send to bank. So contact customer service and file charge dispute they had given me a no. Refund reference#75503729015026216292082
    But customer service is saying they can file nothing like charge dispute and can only check if money came to your account or not.
    Same behaviour by branch also.

      Today i withdraw 50000/ when i count the money i noticed that a 500 rupee note has colour stains so i give it back to the person who is sitting at withdrawal counter. He said he will not exchange the note and said many inappropriate things like"tere bs ki hai to badal wa k dikha de"
      I am a college going student and this incident totally terrified me

        I ordered a product from amazon which i found damaged so refund of amount rs 489 was initiated fromm amazon on 15 feb 2019 and it was to be added to my account by 22 feb 2019 but its 27 feb 2019 i had not recwived the refund and i called pnb customer care and told them about this and gave them reference number for payment made by amazon for refund but they told me that we cannot do anything to check from this reference number and so please solve this issue fast refrence number for refund is[protected].

          I am a law abiding citizen of India, and my Residence is H. No 40 Gali No. 2, Shiv Kunj, Sant Nagar Delhi 110084.
          Sir I am compelled to complain that amount Rupees upto 5 Lakh (5, 00, 000/-)within 10 days has been stolen from by father’s (Shri Swarn Kumar Sudan)account, Mukherjee Nagar Branch account (PNB Account No.- [protected]) PNB Debit card No. ([protected]) (SBI Account No. - [protected]) SBI Debit Card No. ([protected]) by means of different-different transactions in ATMs machine by someone else without our authority and consent. The illegal transaction occurred in Bharat Nagar, Britannia Chowk, Shop A6 NN Towers, Bawana Khanjawala Chowk, BOI Sant Nagar Burari, Mayur Vihar, Tri Nagar, BOI Opp Tata Work Shop, ICICI Sant Nagar etc Delhi.

          My father is seriously ill and paralyzed thereby cannot move properly.

          Please do the needful and Get our hard earned money back

            Hi,
            I am sourabh gaba from delhi. I made a deposit of rs. 40, 000/- into the 'cash deposit machine' on 25-feb-2019, time 15:26 at the atm kiosk located at the pnb branch: krishna nagar, delhi. After depositing the money the cdm machine responded "the machine is out of service" and i didn't get the receipt of the deposited amount. Got the receipt of "machine out of service" instead. I gave a written application to the branch manager...

            I ordered a jutti of rs.424 from flipkart and payment by debit card after that i cancelled my order and flipkart refund my money of rs.424
            On 12 february 2019.
            But the money refund by flipkart is not credit in my bank account. Plzzz help..

              I did the payment of 6900 on 11th feb 2019 for my credit card bill but they say they dint received it the amount is not even refunded to my account i did the payment through pnb mobile banking, i did the mail complaint to the pnb credit card department and even to the mobile banking department but no body is giving the response even i wrote an application and submitted to the branch also but they also not given any response

                When i try to fill aiims exam undergraduate (Mbbs) but payment failed due to some issues i don't know but i pay 1500 inr for filling aiims exam ug form online and my payment not goes to aiims they write payment unsuccessful due and money deducted from my account of 1500 and not return and gave tracking id cpn8125986 when i complained to branch they said i can't do anything. So pls how can get our deducted money.

                      I transferred money from the bank to my petym wallet but they did not come in my wallet, but were cut off from the account.
                      Paytm refunded money within 2 hours,
                      (Refunded amount of rs. 8000 and rs. 8000 to punjab national bank vide their reference no[protected],[protected]..
                      But the money has not been refunded in my pnb account yet. Please tell how much time it will take to refund..

                          Bank is regularly sending credit card statement while i have no pnb credit card and also never used any card from pnb.

                          I complained to thier customer care by mail and phone many times but no resolution. Even complained to their ho, zonal office but no body cares.

                          Please help at the earliest

                            I am not getting msg alert service like balance enquiry, otp etc i am only getting msg your mobile no. Is not registered but mobile is registered saying bank agent. I also get message your message alert service has been enabled. I want to seeding adhar no. Online but not getting otp that cause i am not able to linking adhar no. With bank a/c. So

                            Fradulent transaction of 39, 998 made from my pnb account which was linked with paytm and transaction made on the gateway of paytm on date 30/10/18, chasing and struggling from 3 months to get my money back. I informed bank within 5 min when OTP generated and msg of that otp deflect on my phone, which was not processed by me.
                            I am suffering lot to get my hard earned money back.

                              Dear Sir/Mam,

                              I am MD Amir i have my account in Punjab national bank, moga Punjab On 1st February I withdraw 10000(Ten Thousand Rupees) from PNB ATM from Bhopal Parihar chowraha but the ATM got hanged and the money didn't came out. i had registered a complaint of 10000 Rupees which got stuck in ATM machine during the transaction, I immediately call customer care of Punjab national bank they told to wait 24 hours to register complain. after 24 hours i called and they gave me Complain no, M13978973 and respond that I'll get back the amount in 7 working days, But now they are saying that my request is in process its already too late.
                              Its my humble request you to solve my problem, tell me the alternative or to check the video coverage of that day so that i can get my money back.

                                I purchased lava captain lite (1100 arond from amazon on 06.02.19 and done full payment by debit card but order was cancelled on same day 06.02.19 and now amazon is saying that refund has been sent to your bank so contact customer service and fill charge dispute form. They had given to me reference number[protected] but customer service is saying that they can file nothing fill charge dispute form and can only check if money came to your account or not.
                                Now don't know what to do.

                                On 14.2.2019 my credit card was unauthorisedly debited by Rs.3849. no OTP was received and I got the message on my mobile that my crard has been debited with Rs.3849(EB0804) AT GURUGRAM COMMUNITY MATRIMONY. It is strange that card was debited without any OTP.

                                  I booked 5 tickets through irctc in last 4 days through my pnb account. 4 of them got cancelled but i haven't received any refund yet. I called customer service on 1st day they told, my account details are not shown there so they registered my complaint for such. After 2 days when i called same thing happened they sent a mail regarding reply. Today i called again same happened and they sent mail for reply. I tried to contact my home branch but no one's picking call.
                                  What should i do even customer supervisors are of no help only solution they have is, wait. It's been almost a week and every single time they told me same thing.

                                  I have done transaction of amount 251 on[protected] via phonepe. Amount debited from my account but not credited in receiver's account. Please help me to get my money back and give information when i will get my money back.

                                  that error is :ppf a/c not linked. pan number is not updated in GBM .

                                    Hey i paid my father policy 20721488, after that i came to know that from this year only policy holder can pay the policy amount but i paid two tyms

                                    And i submit one application with all the relevant document to the branch of pnb metlife office sector 63.
                                    Now my father got a call three days before that the amount is settle down against your policy on 6 feb 2019.
                                    So i just want to know which date transaction they settle down and if they settle down 4 feb amount then they have to pay back me amount of 7 feb.in my account.
