Dear concern,
I am the customer of Punjab National Bank having an account. I did a transaction through ATM on 09.01.2019 for Rs.5000/- but amount not received due to server error. The amount was deducted from my account. So I did a complaint number SR A[protected], over the phone on Punjab National Bank customer care on 09.01.2019 and it is not yet resolve despite many reminders on call to customer care.
Please help.

    I purchased two shoes rs-786 and rs-673 from myntra on 20/01/19 and full payment by debit card but oder was cancelled on 20/01/19 or 21/01/19and now mantra is say that refund has been send to bank so contact customer service they had give me a reference id[protected] or[protected] but customer service is saying they can file nothing and can only check if money can to your account or not. Don't know what to do

      I purchase one plus 6t mobile phone of ₹37999 online from amazon india on 24 jan 2019 and paid full amount through debit card but order was cancelled on 25 jan 2019 due to one reasons and now amazon is saying that refund has been send to bank and contact customer service and they told file charge dispute they had given me a refund reference no.# 75503729027026547424350 & order no.#[protected].
      But the bank customer service and bank branch is saying they can file nothing like charge dispute and can only check account balance and transactions.

      Please help me.

      In transaction section,
      it is shown that " NO ELIGIBLE 'FROM ACCOUNT' FOUND FOR THE USER" As a picture has been submitted below.
      what should i do so that i continue my transiction ????

        I ordered the product from amazon but due to continuous delay in reaching of product i cancelled the order.
        I claimed for the refund and the claim process had started on[protected].
        The amount of rs 7497.90 was to be refunded within 5 days to my bank account (Punjab national bank) but it is been 10 days now, there is no refund.
        I am continuously calling amazon for assistance they cleared me that they have initiated the refund and suggested me to approach to pnb for refund.
        I now started sharing my grievance to pnb pertaining to the refund but they are saying we cannot do anything even they are not taking the arn or the reference number to check the details.
        I requested them to tell me how to raise the transaction dispute but again they rejected to provide me the detail to reach the solution.
        I request them to solve the issue as soon as possible and i also demand stringent action from government so as for the hassle free services to the customer.

            But customer service is saying they can file nothing like charge dispute and can only check if money came to your account or not.
            Same behaviour by branch also.
            Don't know what to do

                Dear sir,
                I had a very experience from pnb and that is why i am writing this complaint. I have to pay 2 days interest of my take over loan amount unnecesarilly in both bank because pnb delayed my cheque for one day and remaining days are weekend off for hdfc.

                After all verification from pnb my loan was approved by 31st jan 2019 (Thursday). I requested relationship manager to do the final process after 2 days because that saturday and sunday are weekend off for hdfc. But he urged me to do that on that day expecting loan can be closed in upcoming day. But next day executive who comes to bank didnt reach the bank by evening.

                  transfer from bank account to ppf account (status showing: suspect)

                  On 29th jan 2019, i transferred an amount of rs. 1000 form my pnb savings account to my ppf account (Both are in same branch). I transferred it using net banking. The amount has been deducted from the savings account but is not reflected in the ppf account.
                  In the transactions window this transaction is shown with a status 'suspect'. I talked to call center people and they told me to visit the branch, and when i went to the branch...

                  Sir, i have purchased two time at rs 249. But amount were deducted and purchase were failed, so please support me and kindly refund my money on the date of 31st january at time 10:25pm so sir please refund it. I don't know how the amount were deducted but purchase were failed so i try my second chance then again same thing done and the total amount deducted from my account were rs 498 so please help me and supporte me and refund my money

                    I visited to the sbi bank atm to withdraw money from my pnb atm card, i entered 10000 amount first and the transaction was declined, again i tried with 10000 amount, again the transaction got decline. Then i tried to enter small amount 5000, again the transaction got declined.
                    As soon as i came out of the atm without any money, i received the message of amount deduction of 25000 from my pnb account.
                    Please let me know how can i get my money back.

                      Purchased uc cash via in-app purchase of pubg mobile on 31 january 11:53 am via internet banking. Costing rs.1874 for uc credit of 1800.

                      My account has been debited for the same amount but no uc cash was credited to the game. It shows in my pnb account that the money went in times of money limited.
                      Its a huge sum of money and i'm worried for the same....

                          Dear sir i have recharge my no.of an amount of Rs. 35 Through UPI. But it was unsuccessful. As on date 23 dec. 2018. So I again recharged it via sme process. Now it was successful. On the same day i registered my complaints for refund of my unsuccessful recharge debit. Customer Care executive said me wait for one month to resolve this issue. You will get refund within one month. I wait for it for onw month. But issue not resolved. Now customer Care executive says that there are only one one transaction showing to me which is successful to recharge. now your complaints has been closed. But I have a statement of two transaction on the same day. Which is enclosed herewith. Please see this statement. &resolve my issue.

                            Dear sir, i ordered a product from amazon using my debit card costing rs 1364 and for some reason i had to return it and wanted amazon to refund my amount of the same. My refund was initiated by amazon on 22nd january, 2019. It’s refund reference number is 75503729023026439962792 but my bank account has not been credited till now. It’s an issue with bank. I have confirmed with amazon and they are saying that they have successfully processed the refund. But pnb customer service is saying that they can file nothing like charge dispute and can only check if money came to my bank account or not. Same behaviour by branch also. Many times i called customer services of pnb and also visited home pnb branch but they denied to take complain and process of charge dispute file. Kindly provide me proper solution and guide bank to locate my refunded transaction.

                              Kindly find enclosed herwith the attached files, the matter is self explanatory with the complaint no. Sr a[protected] on dated 06.01.2019, on the issue i have made request so many times since 27.12.18 to the the third party i. E. Filkart but their c s refuse to return or place my order again as they did not get the amount.
                              Besides that as far as my complaint no. Sr a[protected] pnb customer support directed to me to complaint here to resolve the aforesaid matter.
                              Therefore please resolve the issue at the earliest for the sake of bank as well as customer support.
