My mobile number is [protected]. A refund from amazon.in was initiated on 22nd jan 2019. But till 30th jan, i did not get any refund. I request you to help me
The reference number is 75503729023026441112279. My account is in pnb bank. The bank people said they have nothing to do with the reference number. They were asking to contact amazon.in but amazon is telling contact pnb....

I am karan jakhar s/o ashok kumar. A/c no: [protected]. I purchased a laptop from amazon using my debit card on 20 jan 2019, but due to some reason i cancelled the order same day. The refund was initiated by amazon on 21 jan 2019 but i account isn't showing any credited amount.

Kindly find enclosed herwith the attached files, the matter is self explanatory with the complaint no. Sr a[protected] on dated 06.01.2019, on the issue i have made request so many times since 27.12.18 to the the third party i. E. Filkart but their c s refuse to return or place my order again as they did not get the amount.

I purchased generic faux leather jacket at (1999) from amazon on 22/01/2019 and done full payment by debit card but order was cancelled on same day 22/01/2019 and now amazon is saying that refund has been sent to your bank so contact customer service and file charge dispute. They had given to me reference number 925897 but customer service is saying that they can file nothing file charge dispute and can only check if money came to your account...

Hello this is dev arora am living in sector 15 vasundhara ghaziabad u. P i want to open a account in pnb bank vasundhara ghaziabad branch. And pnb bank is said adhar card is mandatory for saving account otherwise we"ll not open a account but supreme court is saod adhar is not mandatory for open a account
I want to know supreme court order is mandatory or adhar is mandatory for account...

My account was closed in 15 jan 2019.
My refund of 11999/- was initiated in 16 jan 2019 from amazon.
Amazon has also given reference number, yet pnb branch and customer care is not helping.
I contacted the amazon they said money is sent to bank, but bank is denying any transaction of 11999/- paid to them.
Bank is also not co operating.

I ordered a alarm clock watch bail twin ring... On9 january 2019. I paid amount on my pnb debit card... But because of some reason it was cancelled by seller... I got the msg that my would be refunded till 3 to 6 business days... My complain is that i didn't get my refund yet... This is regarding the issue of refunding the amount of inr 2053 to my bank account. The customer care whom i contacted haven't been able to satisfy my queries and i tried calling to toll free number for next time no one picked the call.

I purchased tshirt from amazon on 28/10/2018 and done full payment cash on dilivery but tshirt is not good then return the tshirt then amazon is saying 'your refund for the order[protected] of rs.307 has been processed successfully on 11/27/2018. The amount should reflect in your account by 12/03/2018.'

In this branch only those services provide, which are directly related to personal income (घूंस) by the employee and दलाल middle men.
The performance is very bad. My cheque of the same branch cleared after a week.
My FD renew request is pending from 15 days.
Due to countryside no one made a complaint except me and the resolution of complaint is nil.
Very very bad performance by manager and employee....

I am senior citizen and a customer of PNB bank since more than 30 years.
I deposited a check to be cleared at PNB bank well before the due date and for which I received a message of non clearance. I talked to 4 different customer representatives (Prince, Aishwarya, Shreya) to know the reason for this, they showed such a negligent attitude towards me and didn't satisfy my concern. When I asked to talk to their supervisor they disconnected....

What I have to inform you that according to 26AS of PAN - AEBPP6954P the TDS of Q1 of FY[protected]AY[protected] amounting to Rs. 3188/- (Already deducted by PNB, Krishna Nagar Branch of Lucknow City) has not been deposited by PNB in the Income Tax Department. Resulting that I have suffered paying excess Tax to clear...
