I ordered a battery from amazon costing 490 inr for some reason i had to return it and wanted amazon to refund my amount of the same... My refund was initiated by amazon on 9th of january it's reference number is 75503729011026113252068 but my account has not been credit till now... It's a issue with bank... Kindly help me to get my refund amounting 490 inr...

Ye Ek fake site hai ispe apni koi complaint mat register krao kal mene apni complaint register krai thi or inki taraf se mere ps fake call aya or mere account se 26000 rs debit ho gye...plz koi bhi apni complaint idhar register mat krao ye log apki Mehnat ki kamai lut lenge...

    I purchased virgin coconut oil and castor oil ₹683 from amazon on 03/01/2019 and done full payment by debit card but order was cancelled on 4/03/2019 and 5/03/2019 and i got 139 rs in my card, i din't get refund of 544 rs, now amazon is saying that refund of 544 has been send to bank, so contact customer service and file charge dispute they had given me a no. Refund reference #[protected].
    But pnb customer service is saying they can file nothing like charge dispute and can only check if money came to your account or not.
    Same behaviour by branch also. Please provide my 544 refund.

    but after some time when i check the passbook where i got money is reverse from recivers account with same utr no. or amount is cut from account . or its not credited in any bank acciunt

      I have purchased 600 uc cash and the amount was deducted from my bank account but i have not received the same in game
      Either refund me the amount or provide with uc cash
      In game name rinkiaakpapa
      Transaction done on 19.01.18 9:30am
      Transaction was done via net banking of pnb and the amount got deducted and after a few minutes on the processing page transaction failed message appeared
      Kimdly resolve at the earliest.

        I had made an imps transfer to an account which is being maintained with punjab national bank. Details of payment is mentioned as below...

        Beneficiary details :
        Bank name - pnb bank
        A/c name - protected
        A/c no. - protected
        Ifsc - punb0691500

        Remitter details :
        Bank name - hdfc bank
        A/c name - protected
        A/c no. - protected
        Amount - rs.15000/-
        Date of txn - 26/12/2018
        Txn ref no.[protected]
        Mode of txn - imps

        Further, i had been informed that pnb authorities have received an email in which it is stated that the said transaction is wrongly processed and they were requested to stop the transaction. Subsequently, acting upon that email they denied the beneficiary to withdraw the amount.

        Further i (Remitter) informed pnb authorities that we have not sent them such email and not someone on my behalf. The transaction was made willingly in order to make the payment to said beneficiary and there is nothing wrong in it. So, i requested them to please release the amount to the beneficiary as soon as possible.

        I sent three reminder on their email imps. [protected]@pnb.co.in and [protected]@pnb.co.in but they are so comfortable being idle that they find it difficult to reply on my query. They are overwhelmed with the thoughts that they are government employee and so care about none. Further i also made a complain on their website which ref. No. Is [protected]

        Anyway, i am hopeful that i would get my query resolved through this platform.

          I ordered a gap henley t-shirt from myntra.com with order id :[protected]-0856503 on 6th of january and i made the payment through my pnb debit card now according to myntra refund terms and conditions the amount is refunded within 7 to 10 days if it's paid it's paid through online banking and i cancelled the item on 6th jan itself, so when i talked to myntra customer care they said the amount has already been initiated from there side on 7th jan so it should reflect in my account latest by 16th jan and it has been already more than a day and i haven't received my refund yet.

            I ordered a gap henley t-shirt from myntra on 6th of january and paid through my pnb debit card but i had to cancel that order for some reason and cancelled it on 6th jan itself so i was supposed to get refund within 7 to 10 days i. E. Latest by 16th of january but it's already been more than a day and i haven't received my refund of inr 992 and when i talked to myntra customer care executive he said that it has been already initiated from their side on 7th jan itself but it's still not reflected in my account till now.

              I am using punjab national bank debit card. I have made three transaction of rs. 500 on 11 january 2019 by union bank atm but only two amount has been received by me. The mid transaction of amount 500 has not been received through atm as atm showed that your time was declined but amount has got deducted from my account then i contact pnb customer service on the same date 11 january 2019, they said that your complaint is registered now and you will received your amount within 7 days but till date i have not received my amount so i again contact pnb service on 17 january 2019 and they said that they need 3 days more. Totally worse service. I am very disappointed.

              yes you said right amitash1 the pnb banks service is downward at very fast it seems they make fraud after the issue of neerav modi i have a account on pnb banks and whenever i am going to the my pnb homebranch they that their is some problems arise for issuing the debit card that why i am temporaliy don't use the pnb bank services and i prefered you that after solving this case of reversed amount you wil open the account on kotak mahindra bank .. kotak bank gives a best services to the customers ... PUNJAB NATIONAL BANKS IS FRAUD NOWADAYS THEY FOOLISH THE CUSTOMER A LOT

                I am using my atm card for the withdrawl of the anount.. But suddenly service says time out and amount is deducted from my account but i mam still not recieve the cash from the atm... And then i am call to the bakregarding that issue the told me a time that within 7 days the amount will be reversed but still not recieve amount deducted on 11th january 2019 and now it is 19th january 2019 it is totally disrespectfull service for customers by the banks

                I think you are right Ksp12. Hope, they entertain their customer well otherwise don't know what will happen ?
                you just simply registered your complain on nch also so they will also help you the pnb banks not listening to the customers because they don't know the value of the customers ... it is totaly a fraud customer service by pnb banks
                and i am also tell you that they will not refunded your amount easily after you not take strictly action towards it

                  I purchased redmi note 5 mobile phone ₹10299 from amazon on 30/12/2018 and done full payment by debit card and i received but order was returned due to some technical issues on 8/01/2019 and now amazon is saying that refund has been send to bank. So contact customer service and file charge dispute they had given me a no. Refund reference# 75503729009026056222114..
                  But customer service is saying they can file nothing like charge dispute and can only check if money came to your account or not.
                  Same behaviour by branch also.
                  Don't know what to do

                      Iam harikrishnan. B. My debit card expired in the month of nov 2018. I didn't receive new atm card till 19 dec 2018. I went to bank on 20 dec 2018 and completed the form for debit card issuance. They asked me to wait for 14 days to get new atm card. I went to bank on 15 th day 17 th and 18th day repeatedly. They told me that my card has not arrived. Today on 16 jan 2019 i went there to ask about my atm card. When they searched on their software...

                              I placed an order worth ₹2845 on 4th jan, amazon cancelled my order and initiated refund on 5th jan, today it's 15th jan i didn't get my refund, amazon provided me a reference no and asked to file a charge dispute but pnb is saying there is no term like charge dispute to be filled,

                                Myself pallab routh, having a account in pnb bhagwanpur branch, purba medinipur 721633 (My castomer id eec0288885). I am here for 6 time to get my atm, they don't even provide me but they can do it. I requested to my bank manager to continue my process but he don't do that. He gave me so many time for wait. I thing it's a one type of harassment by mentally. Here the castomer value is totally zero.
                                During the conversation with manager was very bad experience.

                                My order number[protected] of Amazon is cancle on 05/01/2019 and amozom refund balance to bank on 05/01/2019 but balance not credit in my account please credit my refund of 849 ruppe in my account [protected]
                                I was my transaction of water bill payment via mobiqwik but my payment failed and amount debited from my bank so please my amount sent back too my account without further delay

                                  My name is manish puri, i bought product from amazon.in there i bought shoes and i'll return this item but my refund is not initiate and i was called amazone team they says we already done on 5 jan 2019 and they give the reference no for give the bank after transaction reference no. Is 75503729006025974705021. This no. Is given by bank from amazon transaction and i'll complain in pnb customer but they do not solve my issue so i hearly requested you please solve this.

                                  I purchased miraz tyre ₹1519 from amazon on 31.12.18 and done full payment by debit card but I'll return the item and now amazon is saying that refund has been sent to your bank so contact customer service and file charge dispute. They had given to me reference number 75503729006025974705021 butu customer service is saying that they can file nothing file charge dispute and can only check if money came to your account or not. Same behavior by branch also.
                                  Now don't know what to do.

                                    Sir i want say that i have cancelled a head and shoulders shampoo at 6january 2019/ they had given me a refund refrence no. 75503729007026001700513 that is my refund refrence no. And they have said to me to submit a charge dispute file and they have said that they are not able to do anything my refund amount was 440 ruppes. Sir please help me my refund money is not coming in my bank but they are saying to me that to contact to the bank but bank is also saying that thing so what i do.

                                      Sir, i have a account in pnb uchchain branch, bharatpur, rajasthan. Bank has deducted 88.50 rupees from my account on 13 jan 2019. I have 203 rupees in my account but i sjocked when i saw that 88.50 rupees deducted from my account. When i check, then i come to know that bank has deducted qab charges. Bank never informed me about this previously. So i request u to refund my rupees. And please inform me about this before deducting balance. Thank u.
