Sir, i have a account in pnb uchchain branch, bharatpur, rajasthan. Bank has deducted 88.50 rupees from my account on 13 jan 2019. I have 203 rupees in my account but i sjocked when i saw that 88.50 rupees deducted from my account. When i check, then i come to know that bank has deducted qab charges. Bank never informed me about this previously. So i request u to refund my rupees. And please inform me about this before deducting balance. Thank u.

    Punjab national bank [pnb] — charge dispute

    I purchased coat of ₹779 (₹ 25+ 774) from amazon on 02.01.2019 and done full payment by debit card of 774 but order was returned on next day after the delivery on date 6.01.2019 and now amazon is saying that refund has been sent to your bank so contact customer service and file charge dispute. They had given to me reference number[protected] but customer service is saying that they can file nothing file charge dispute and can only check if money came to your account or not. Same behavior by branch also.
    Now don't know what to do.
    Punjab National Bank [PNB] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    I have received my credit card after my card got expired . I aws asked to wait for new PIN which was to be sent later. Till now not received. So my card may be blocked and cancelled.

        Now after marriage i have to shift in faridabad. I have visited at bank so many times but they said my account has been freeze. For do to unfreeze to it i have to submit the old id proof.

        Can you tell me, how it is possible my all id proof has been changed after marriage.

        Please help me.

          I purchased lg g3 plus mobile phone ₹15950 from amazon on 09/04/2018 and done full payment by debit card but order was refunded on 03/01/2019 and now amazon is saying that refund has been send to bank. So contact customer service and file charge dispute they had given me a no. Refund reference number : 75503729004025919426107
          But customer service is saying they can file nothing like charge dispute and can only check if money came to your account or not.
          Same behaviour by branch also.
          Don't know what to do

            Amazon did my refund on[protected], whose transaction is[protected]. Which was to reach my account on[protected] but the flows did not come into my account, then i had contacted amazon, so they said that we have given you money in the bank, you can contact the toll free number of the bank. I contacted the punjab national bank toll free and they said that we do not have any information about it, then i spoke to the charge dispute file. Song refused

              I ordered a jacket from amazon on 2 jan 2019 for which refund of 1641 was processed by amazon on 6th jan 2019. But this amount has not been credited to my account (Last 4 digits - 8588) yet. I have tried calling customer care many times but they do not seem to understand the issue. The refund transaction code is[protected]. Please resolve this issue asap.

                I have purchased the policy on 07-dec. 2016. Agent told me policy term 3 year but after receiving policy bond with 10 year terms. And from after looking policy bond, i am continuously calling with miss neta sharma & mr. Manish arora, he asking me we will provide modified policy bond but currently he was not attending my phone. And not give me modified policy bond. And before three month i am continually mailing and calling with customer care. I have not received correct response till now from pnb metlife. So i will request to you please support me. Also he was not filled policy form in front me. And he was filled wrong my name in my policy, that is last month corrected by customer care team.
                Currently he was told me that all policy terms are cleared by agent. That is wrong.
                So please support me. I want to leave from fake policy.
                Also i have already 4-5 time write the mail to irda team, but no response till now.
                I hope that you are understand my problem.

                  I have saving account no. [protected] a cheque was return by branch on 11.01.2019 time 12.08 p. M.. I already deposit amount in my account and received amount deposit message at 10.51 a. M.. When i have sufficient balance in my account why cheque was returned? Cheque return charges rs. 354/- debited from my account.
                  Staff of bank is very condom and lack of knowledge. I surprise they have no knowledge of clearing system. Why this type of staff recruit by bank?
                  I call at call center to i talk with mr. Dheeraj he told me cheque retrun time. I think call center of bank is joke with customers. My call duration 27m20s including waiting time. Call center staff also put phone aside and enjoying.

                    Hi, i requested e-fd on 29 sep'18, but that is not showing in my internet banking account. I am getting on interest, not able to close that fd. I have raised multiple request with bank, but they are closing it with stating one line reply which is also not relevant. Branch is saying its e-fd we can't do anything from our side. My fd number is 005700or00001929 amount 75000. Please help me so that i can get my money back.

                      Mai pahle v complene vkr chuka hu, aur fir kr rha hun ki mera mobile register nhi kr rhe hai. Aaj v gya hun fir ek bar sms alert ka form bhar kr diya hun, lekin unlogo ke kaan pr joo tk nhi reng rha hai, hmesha up to date krne me presani ho rhi hai, mai apna balance check kaise kroo. Kripa kr mere is complane ko gambhirta se lete huye is par kaam kiya jay nhi to mai apna account hmesha ke liye band kr doonga.

                        When i trying to login pnb net banking then a error message showing with login not allowed contact to branch for activate.

                        I went to branch wrote a application & they deleted my net banking, they told me apply online new registration, i tried and a error message show with new banking already registered with this account,

                        Kindly resolve my query as soon, i am very fed up with pnb customer service.

                          Rs.30000 debited THROUGH POS TO A/C NO[protected] SONIKA JEWELLERS on11 Aug2018 by using SBI debit card but amount debited FM my account [protected]and not credited to merchant.SBI authority confirmed successfully transferred and to approach PNB. check it at Joginder Nagar branch and inform me this mob no [protected] at the earliest as well as to sonika jewellers mob no.[protected].Thanks

                            मैं इलाहाबाद के एटीएम से पैसा निकालने गया तो मैंने खाते से पैसे कट गए और पैसा नहीं आया है
                            Money not refund
                            But due to note of PNB atm card i forget my pin numbr so I request you to please send the pin number of my atm card as soon as possible plz..

                              मेरा खता pnb बैंक किरारी सुलेमान नगर डेल्ही 110086 में है मुझे एक काम के लिए पांच दीं बुलाया गया तब जाकर मेरा काम हुआ है. ये परेशानी सिर्फ मेरी नही है सभी खता धारक की है
                              1 यहा पर कोई बोर्ड नही है जिसमें पता लग सके की खता कॉपी 3:00 बजे के बाद मिलेगी
                              2 यहा पर कही नही लिखा है की एटीएम लेने का समय 12:00 pm पहले आना है
                              3 जो खता धारक डुप्लीकेट कॉपी और अटम लेने आता है उससे 2-3 दीन तक आना होगा तब जाकर ये चीजे मिलेंगी
                              4 मेनेजर बी खता धारक की सिकायत नही सुनता है

                              I registered on 11desember for new ATM but employee registered on 28 desember.Because of employee I could no get my new ATM on wright time.I need my ATM. So I want to athorerty of PNB take action on her and help me for geting new a ATM quickly..

                                Myself tajinder singh, resident of h. No 5617, gali no. 6, nawankot amritsar punjab 143001.. I have used pnb credit card from last 15 years... My credit card number is [protected]... Yesterday i have received a message.. Of debit amount of 7220.68 on dated 30/12/2018... But i have not purchased anything from any pos... And i hve not make any transaction... I hve blocked my credit card instantly...
                                Kindly check my statements and revert back my money and issue me new credit card...

                                I didn't get my Amazon refund back to my bank account. It is worth of rupees 254.15 .Amazon says that they have already refunded your amount to your bank account.Check your card provider for further details.

                                  Behave of employers and workers is worst. They got job in pnb only, but behavior is very bad treating customer as slave.
                                  No one care about this, even public, manager of pnb itself.

                                  Being as indian i am very very disappointed with this behavior, but who cares???

                                    I have purchase product from amazon of rs 949, but some reason i returned the product and ask for refund the same, they refund the amount to bank on 10/11/2018 with reference no.[[protected]] but till date i have not got that refund of amount rs 949. I call to customer care of amazon they said that we already initiated your refund. I called customer care of pnb bank but they said we can't help you with this ref. No. All we can do is we can check that amount is recieved or not. So please help me in getting my refund amount.

                                      I am complaining about my amazon refund. Amazon initiated my refund on 24 of december but after 1 week its not credited in my account.
