I have been visiting chowk sudan jalandhar branch for the encashment of fixed deposit receipt held in the name of my mother who expired on 12.07.2018 being the nominee for the said deposit receipt. The fact of nomination is clearly appearing on the face of deposit receipt. I have also lodged the complaint / request application with the branch. Branch is not making it's payment.

      Pnb account no [protected] rs18000 remitted on 16/11/18 through imps amount debited to my account but credit not given to beneficiary lodged complained with customer care same day and sent mail to pnb customer care till date they neither acknowledge the mail nor solved the complaint. My amount is unnecessarily blocked without of my fault my complaint is not attended on priority basis even customer care department has no curtsy to acknowledge my mail dated 16/11/18 after the laps of two days when they will solve my issue i do not no please help me in getting my complaint sosved

      I would like to inform you that I have used my hdfc debit card in the Pnb ATM at rewalsar branch but the non availablety of cash in the ATM my amount 10000 have been not withdrawn but dedicated from my account I have requested to you pls credit my amount in my account ASAP.

        I purchased shoes of puma from amazon but after that i returned shoes. But i haven't received any refund in my account. And now amazon costumer service executive are saying that the refund initiated to your bank account.
        I bought that shoes of rs.1899.00/-
        Amazon costumer service executive are saying to file a charge dispute form.
        But customer service is saying they can file nothing like charge dispute and can only check if money came to your account or not.
        Same behaviour by branch also.
        Don't know what to do

            I am ramnarayan kandela and i don't have any type account in any branch of punjab national bank, in spite of this pnb continually sends messages related to multiple accounts.
            I have been trying to stop messages almost for 1 year. I have filed complaint in several branches of pnb in jaipur and i have also filed complaint by online. Every time bank promises to stop the messages in 2-3 days but this problem has not been solved yet.
            I am having a lot of trouble because of it.
            So please sir do something on this matter and get me rid of this problem. I will be grateful to you.

            i did a complain against PNB bank on 18 november and i uploaded three applications. there was my mobile number in the applications. due to it i am getting fake calls everyday on my mobile number.
            so please remove all uploaded applications from online portal.

              Sir m totally disappointed from your branch manager way of talking and even they know nothing regarding the refund process... He said to me have to wait for 12 to 15 months for getting your refund from amazon... When i call in amazon service centre they told me they already done his work and already send a request to pnb bank for refund... And that date was 10/11/2018 and still i don't get my refund... And pnb service customer service center also said that they don't get any request from amazon and amazon also give me refund refrence id and also giving me transaction id which is giving by the bnk to amazon for refund...                 Sir, mai jyoti mera makaan girne ke karan meri 2 fixed deposit ke paper loss ho gay hai or muje bank ke branch manager mr anil kumar (Sisamau-kanpur-up) mujhe 1 week se jyada ho gay mujhe bank ke chakker kagan pad rahe hai... Or mera kaam nahi ho raha hai.. Mujhse fir karane ko kaha, written mai application mangi sab di wah gayab kar diya lakin bank ne koi kaam nahi kiya or mujhse kahte hai ki koi proof hai or jab maine second time application to or receiving mangi to mana kar diya... Mujhe bahut dikkat ho rahi hai or mera koi kaam nahi ho raha hai, plz help me

                  I purchased one plus 6t mobile phone of 41999from amazon on 05/11/2018 and done full payment by debit card but order was cancelled on 05/11/2018 and now amazon is saying that refund has been send to bank. So contact customer service and file charge dispute they had given me a no. Refund reference charge auth code# 531505
                  But customer service is saying they can file nothing like charge dispute and can only check if money came to your account or not.
                  Same behaviour by branch also.
                  Don't know what to do.

                    I bought one plus phone from amazon om 2/11/2018 and payed 40, 999 from my debit card and cancelled order on 3/11/2018. They initiated refund on 8/11/2018 but i haven't got amount back in account. Amazon gave me refund order detail #[protected] and auth code #207502 and saying it is generated by the bank and talk to them. But services and branch both refusing to do anything and saying talk to amazon only. And bank is not even filling dispute charge. I'm so pissed off.

                    I don't know what to do now. How to het the refund back.

                      On 7 nov 2018 i order a smartphone on amazon asus zenphone max pro m1 grey but after sometime i cancel my order on 9 nov i get my refund reference number by amazon the timeline given me was to 15 nov but i did not get my refund i contact to amazon they told me that they proceed the refund and the amount was on bank gateway and i talk to bank they told me that no amount should be reflicted by amazon in my account the reference no.                           I have never applied for credit card, loan or any of the other facilities at Punjab national bank. Still they somehow they got my mobile number and started calling me. I getting a call daily and sometimes even 4 times a day.
                          Even after requesting many times, they don't stop calling.

                          Requesting to please remove my number from their database. I don't need any of their services.

                            I have cancelled an order from amazon.in and the payment was made using pnb debit card. I have not got the refund yet and when i go to bank or call the customer service with the reference number given to me by amazon they say there exist nothing as a charge dispute form and says that they have not received any refund

Two & half months have already passed but this problem is not being solved by home branch, nearby branch.                                 rejection of cheque

                                I have a/c in pnb indora a/c no [protected]myself issued a cheque no 530206 dated 18/10/2018 of rs five lac to tanvi pannu. But this cheque is rejected for no reason though have sufficient amount in my account. On 22/10/2018 rs 590/- deducted as penalty for rejection of cheque no-530306, but this cheque is not issued by me.
                                Again on 26/10/2018 rs 500 deducted as penalty for rejection of cheque no-530206. I shall be very thankful...

                                I have performed a withdrawal transaction on[protected] at 5pm, i used boi atm at "morampudi road, syamala nagar, gandhipuram, rajahmundry, andhra pradesh 533103". I tried to withdraw 3000 but unable to get cash. But amount was deducted from my account. Later due to urgency i again used the atm and got cash at 5:02pm. So totally i got 3000 one time and deducted twice. Kindly look into the matter.

                                Note: i raised a complaint to pnb regarding above 10 days back. The complaint docket number is m[protected].

                                It's really bad banking experience with PNB. They can't do anything to rich people done frauds and left country. The employees favor them. But to common people complaints. Not an issue to them. If I am not wrong some of the employees swallowed my money as others. Because in any other bank within a week they will reverse the money. But it's been a month and they did nothing. They simply sit in bank and enjoy with people's money.

                                  I was booking a ticket on make my trip from bangalore to jaipur on 17.07.2018 (Booking id nf[protected]) and the amount i. E. 7851.00 was debited 4 times from my account. I got my account credited 3 times (2 times on the same day and 1 time on 22.07.18) but 1 refund is still pending. I raised a complaint on make my trip regarding this issue but i didn't get the perfect solution. They are asking to contact the bank and the bank is asking to contact make my trip. It has been more than 3 months and i'm not getting any solution. The bank is not reversing the money back. I called the pnb customer care and registered a complaint (Complaint no. Srm[protected] but the complaint was closed by the bank

                                  I have given application 2 times in the bank (Punjab national bank, johari bazar, jaipur 302003) but the bank officials are not responding to it.

                                  Please provide me a solution.
                                  Expecting to get a proper response asap.
