I am investion in mutual funds through groww app. I have today received a message from pnb that my e mandate has been processed. Firstly i have not filled any form for e mandate. I had once talked to groww customer care about mandate and after two weeks they have initiated the manadate without my permission. I haven't signed the mandate also. How it can be done without my permission.

    I purchased redmi 6pro rs 10999/ from amazon on 03nov18 and done full payment by debit card but order was cancelled on same day . and now amazon is saying that refund has been sent to your bank so contact customer service and file charge dispute. They had given to me reference number 622003 but customer service is saying that they can file nothing file charge dispute and can only check if money came to your account or not. Same behavior by branch also.
    Now don't know what to do.

      Greetings, i purchased some beauty products on 9 november 2018 from amazon and it worth rs.1418/-. And when i made my first attempt to purchase through online payment - i got a message that (Your payment is not successful so just revise your payment within 24 hours.) and i just made revise payment and after few minutes, i got a message that 'they debited my money two times on the same product '. And till now it's not refund in my account.
      So, please take a glance to my matter because it's really unfair and really bad.
      And i hope you'll solve this problem as soon as possible.

        Dear sir,
        I have been holding the account in your bank. But its very sad to say that, i am very unhappy with your service.
        On 6th nov 2018, rs.10000 has been debited from my account through atm but this transaction not made by me. And i lodged a complaint in the bank on 11 nov2018 by call. (Complaint number mump[protected]). After several follow up from the bank, bank informed me that two transaction made in same day by bank of barora atm. But only one transaction i. E.3500 made by me and another transaction of 10000 not made by me. Bank employee ask to me that you shared atm details like atm card number or pin number to anyone. When i clearly stated in the complaint that any details has not been shared by me.
        I request you to please address my complaint and do a proper investigation on the same.

            I have done a recharge of 399 from pnb rewardz for airtel prepaid recharge in which rs 303.50 was debited from my account and rest of the money from pnb rewardz but the recharge was unsuccessful and amount debited vide transaction id ecom[protected]pnb rewardz\ dated 20.09.2018. Further, i have complaint in customer care for the same and they have given the complaint no. Sr a[protected] with assurance it will be refunded within 20 days. To make the scenario worst after 20 days neither i have received the amount nor the recharge but i received the message your compaint stands rejected as recharge is successful and telecom company telling that they have not received any amount.
            I have mailed so many times and call customer care also but all in vain now where should i go.

              Pnb metlife managers please read below very carefully...

              In interest of organisation.. Please forward this email to ceo pnb metlife..

              Pnbmetlife managers/ punjab national bank employees,
              A cheat and fraud pnbmetlife manager sold me policy of pnb metlife bytelling lies.. That manager prasanjit mitra was working with preet vihar branch of pnbmetlife branch.

              Group (Pnbmetlife) grievances pnb s ashamed and so is pnbmetlife organisation but they are not able to give me solution or my entire refund with interest or bonus.

              Everyday since 3 years, i am calling pnbmetlife cheat.. But important thing is that pnbmetlife as an organisation es not want to resolve the issue and is happy with thousands of innocent indians which it cheated as a cheat organisation.. Pnbmetlife is worst insurance company who cheats people of india to tell its policies and does not pay claims when you need funds in emergency or difficult situations.

              Pnb metlife managers please read below...

              My request to pnb metlife managers is that i am calling your organisation as cheat as i have shared evidences of fraud and cheating done by pnbmetlife manager.. However grievance officers (Including mr srinivas) are extremely happy and (Besharam) are absolutely happy with their organisation called as cheat on 3000 websites,

                Sir, i paid flipkart 21999/ rs through my debit card which i blocked the following day as i lost it. I asked for the refund to flipkart and they did initiated my refund according to them. They have sent me the transaction id-5411796849726037304014 and authorization code as -362802 the "pnb costumer care" is unsupportive and rude and are not helping me in tracking my refund. Please help. The debit card was of "pnb" current account.

                  I purchases mi band 2 strip ₹599 from amazon on 14/10/2018 and done full payment by debit card but order was cancelled on 19/10/2018 and now amazon is saying that refund has been send to bank. So contact customer service and file charge dispute they had given me a no. The authorization code (Refund reference number) for the transaction is 286141 but customer service is saying they can file nothing like charge dispute and can only check if money came to your account or not.
                  Same behaviour by branch also.
                  Don't know what to do

                        Amount debited from my account but not credited in the receiver's account.
                        First of all imps is used for immediate transfer, but like this if amount stuck then who is responsible?
                        Pnb bank branch manager is not taking any responsibility, nobody is supporting for this kind of problem, they have only one answer that "imps is not our department, we don't know amount it, don't talk to us regarding this".
                        Is this the way to treat your customer.
                        This is my hard earned money which i wanted immediate for some use, so i used imps, but now i'm helpless as neither my money is not with me, nor pnb claiming when refund will come.

                          Tried to withdraw money using digipay. The transaction got declined for withdrawal amount of 4000.00 and no amount was fetched from atm. But account shows debit of 4000.00 and not yet refunded.

                            Myself raman kumar sinha proprietor of an account on the name of shiva poultry farm in punjab national bank, barauni. I had taken a loan from bank through naward in 2012 for business purpose. My property is also mortgage against the loan. But many big companies come in the business, due to which i had to face big loss in my business. From 2016 i am trying to close my account. But bank has taken the interest of two years six month on subsidiary amount (2, 80, 000). And also adding interest on the interest since now. I not willing to pay that. I have already complain three times, but bank is not taking any action on it.
                            Kindly forgive the interest and the amount that is left after forgiving should inform to me. So, that however i can pay

                                I have an nre a/c, one normal savings a/c also opened safe deposit locker from 2011 from my hometown branch.

                                Last month when i reached back in india, unable operate my locker because there is some court order,
                                Which i enquired to the bank manager he says someboady come with court order and the locker cant operatable, i searched the details of court order and found that a non customer have some issues with branch and branch manager given wrongly my locker number and details blindly to them.
                                After it they cancelled the court order and now @ working condition.

                                What personnel details passed by bank to how many peoples doesnt know.
                                That the bank is not responding to the customer details which giving to bank when the branch manager said me about this issue which i spoked to him.

                                Let me know is there any way and how to complaint about this issues? And have any compensation or actions to this behavior of bank branch officials

                                  I'm not able to see Open/Close Accounts option in my internet banking home page. and because of this reason, I'm not able to open recurring account. Please try to find the reason behind this issue and get it resolved as soon as possible. I already contacted to the helpline number and they asked me to raise a complaint over here.                                     My credit card last four no is 5798 old no 3620 in the name of chandra shekhar mangal on enquiry from pnb credit card division it is informed that 1288 rewards points are due and it can be converted. Despite lot of efforts made my be over phone with customer care but no body is given proper reply. Everybody discouraging for conversion of rewards points. Mr anurag sahu customer care officer today just now rudely says rewards points scheme closed no rewards points will be converted a. Always pnb staff/customer care discouraging for conversion of rewards points. Whereas other banks are cooperating. It is shameful on customer service.

                                    Let me how to convert rewards points/whether it is possible or close the topic

                                      Usually I have seen managers from financial institutions and banks are highly qualified and Ethical and Citizens can trust these officials;
                                      But this is not true about PNB MetLife mangers;

                                      My policy no : 21417687, In my case Prasanjit mitre from PNB MetLife Preet Vihar branch told me lies and Promised me exaggerated benefits from PNB MetLife insurance policy.
                                      Because of lies and false promises told by manager of PNB MetLife
                                      He was supported by various managers like Ajay Sharma, Sumit from PNB MetLife Preet vihar branch, New Delhi...

                                      When I told grievance team about this (to Naveen garg, Sumit Chaudhary from Preet vihar branch new Delhi) and showed evidences and proofs of lies told and assured by managers of PNB metlife, Preet vihar branch.
                                      they agreed to evidences but could not give me solution and my money back as I alleged that my policy was sold to me by PNB MetLife managers based on lies and false promises;

                                      Now Since PNB MetLife could not resolve my issue of policy sold on wrong commitments;
                                      I treat this as license to Shout, blog and tell it boldly (publishing it on multiple websites)

                                        I, shraddha sonatkke, not able to receive any refunded amount from various online transactions such as from amazon and irctc. Respective online services has given me their transaction id as proof that have processed the refund.

                                        After all verification bank say they have no sufficient budget to give you loan is that possible ?
                                        I am providing a room for atm operations in June 2014.At that time bank is ready to give rs. 500 as a rent per month. But till time I was not received any single amount by bank. We are giving reminder to bank so many times but they are not responding.
