On the date of 13/3/2022 I had an balance of rupees 829 today on the date of 14/3/2022 suddenly it became 0 in mini statement its showing shortfall REC-D idk why the charges are been deducted that too two times pls take legal actions against it as I have a zero balance account and there should be any deduction of charges for maintainence of minimum balance

    Sir, I cancelled my order on myntra of rs 389
    On 1 march and the refund is not yet credited. I asked the myntra team and they told me they have initiated refund from their side and gave me refund reference number and asked me to call my bank regarding the same but the bank told me that RRN is of no use and they can't help me. Refund reference number is[protected] . My name is pulkit. Please help me with this 12 days have been passed.

        Sub: - Cancellation of PNB MetLife Policy no. 23873506/15-7-21 & 23928793/24-8-21 due to fraudulently sold
        Dear Sir,
        With due respect, I bring to your kind notice that I have provided synopsis of MY policies sold by PNB MetLife agent fraudulently, cheating and misguiding me. I have already lodged written complaint with PNB MetLife kardooma office on 11th Dec’21 and numerous mails to your customer care and GRO but no response till date. I am giving hereunder main points related to request of cancellation of policies
        1. Policy sold by misguiding to waive brokerage charges on my old policy no. 22277866/July’17
        2. Issued subject policy to provide old policy payment within 90 days after issuing of new policy i.e. 23873506/15-7-21
        3. Issued another new policy no. 23928793/24-8-21 by committing to refund bonus of 1.90 lacs within 30 days of issuing the policy(in addition to 90 days of payment commitment against policy)
        4. I chased to cheater caller which was is working for PNB MetLife agents after 80 days but switched off both phone after chasing payment from my side.
        5. Only a single person was contacting to me on line policies but subject mentioned policies issued in different agents name and they never contact me and not replying my call and e-mails ( mail send more than 10 times and 100 times calling)
        6. I am not interested to continue the policy which issued by cheating me and I am not in a position to continue the policies. Still not able to refund the loan take for these policies in the anticipation to get the refund against my old policies as well as removal of brokerage charges.
        7. I am attaching herewith following documents for your information and record.
        a. Synopsis of the case in word file
        b. Policy cancelation request given to PNB MetLife Karkardooma office on 11th Dec’21
        c. Policies covering notes of both policies
        d. List of communication mails in excel sheet but not response or call received till date except on call from Laxmi from your customer care but with no response.
        e. My ICICI bank cancel cheque
        You are requested to cancel the above policies and refund the money immediately as per cheque details attached herewith. Kindly also confirm the action against the agent whom name mentioned in my policies who never met me and called till date.

        PNB Metlife top management are corrupt and they knows that there agents are selling policy by cheating. i am shared all details with them but still they are misguding to every department that they have resolved the issues but they have done nothing and not listning poor customer grivenceis.

          I had made an transactions through UPI from my HDFC to PNB on 2nd of March 2022 of RS. 4000, though its there in the PNB server but not in my account, also it got debited from my HDFC a/c

            My mother is a defence pensioner. PNB Bank Gondpur, sanction her pension on her husband's PPO. Then they do harassment of my mother on their mistakes. They pressurise my mother to take loan and clear the recovery amount.
            Secondly, they again make mistake. When PCDA Alahabad clear the pension, PNB take recovery of the excess pension and again credited the wrong pension to my mother for more 3 years. Now at last, they freeze the account of my mother's pension.
            Please reslove the issue at the earliest.

              Today i.e.1 march 2022 in the morning i tried to withdraw 1000rs from nearby atm machine but I couldn't because of transaction failed issue so I came back home but on the same day in the evening I received an SMS that 1000rs debit from my account ..How come my money got debited from my account as I did not withdraw it plzz try to solve my problem..I have attached Screenshot of the receipt

                  Lien Balance is not cleared

                  Inspite of raising lot of complaints online i havent got any response.
                  I am trying to change homebranch online, but i am unable to do so as there is some amount (Rs.217.15) blocked as lien balance.
                  I have requested them to open this balance so that i can get my home branch transferred but no response from the customer care...
                  I am really fed up with their negligence. Please help

                        I spend 799.00 rupees via my account in Activision in google play but I didn't receive the item but my bank was debited . I have attached the google pay receipt for the item which I dint receive. I have contacted Activision and they said they havent received the money so kindly refund the amount asap. Thanks

                          I have ordered a House of Quirk IR Motion Sensor Rechargeable Lamp on[protected]. It recieved on 6th February 2022 and was returned on[protected]. But I have not recieved refund for my product.

                          Amazon initiated the refund on[protected] and it was expected to come on[protected].

                          Amazon gave me the reference[protected] but PNB has still not credited my account for the same.

                          This is urgent please help me as soon as possible

                                From 15th June 2021, I started visiting Punjab National Bank, Golf green branch as I lost my father on 24th May 2021 so had to do all formalities to get pension for my mother and change the joint account in my mother's name.

                                I have taken multiple leaves from office for this, after complaining about the first rude instances initial process of getting pension from KMC(Kolkata Municipal Corporation) got competed by begging for signature of PNB manager.

                                After all this me, my sister, my mother visited PNB, Golfgreen branch several times just to change the joint account in my mother's name and mark my father as deceased. Death certificate was submitted with KMC refund letter. But whenever we went they gave some reason and said come next time just with application we will do the name transfer to secondary holder i.e. my mother.

                                To our surprise actually what they were doing was harrassing cause last time i.e. december my mother and sister went to PNB, Golf Green and they said name transfer is not possible! A joint account whose primary holder is deceased cannot have the secondary holder as primary this was the statement, a new pension account has to be created. I called customer care of PNB and clarified that if primary holder has died then secondary holder will be primary. The person has polite and registered a complaint that was supposed to be resolved in 15days but to my utter disappointment this was also a fancy show.

                                    I am an NRI for the last 24 years. I had to visit PNB bank more than 4 x times to resolve an access issue to the Locker that my late father Karam Singh has in the bank located at Gaushala Road, Mansa. The bank did not allow me (myself, my mother & 2 x other brothers) to check the locker contents despite completing all the formalities requested by the Bank. My mum had filed a court case to gain access to the locker as the bank did not want to know anything about the locker. My mum is an elderly person of nearly 80 years of age.

                                    Each time they told me to complete something different and each time the manager was not there and no one knew what to do in his absence. Eventually, I was able to see the manager on 28th Jan 2022 and I had to cancel my flight to do this. All my efforts went in vain as the manager did not provide me with clear instructions and accurate information. I had to spend 4 hours in the court to source a form (form 46/47) which supposed to be provided to me by the bank to be completed in order to grant access with the consent of all involved. On 28th Jan 2022 I was advised by the bank Manager that if my mum with draws the court case we would be able to see the locker which my late father has in the bank. I rushed from the bank to the court with my nearly 80 years old mum to withdraw the case. Our Lawyer spoke to the Judge to advise our intention to withdraw the court case as advised by the bank manager. After all that running around the manager decided not to tell us anything further and advised our Lawyer that the court case must continue. When, I rang the bank and spoke to the manager after waiting 3 hours in the court the manager advised us that he has already spoken with our Lawyer and decided to wait for the case to continue. We were running around to do the paperwork required by the manager so the locker can be seen by us before I fly back. The manager did not listen to my concerns and requests. He has no idea what he was dealing with. He rang few people while I was waiting for him including his wife to find out what to do. He did not seem to know his job as he was seeking information from unreliable sources including his wife. I found him very unprofessional, rude, irresponsible and not fit for the job. I am very unsatisfied with the bank particularly with the Branch manager. Being and NRI for the last 24 years I came to India for a very Limited time but neither the bank nor the Manager did care about my time and the issue I was facing.
                                    My intention was to consolidate our financial matters from other banks to PNB due to emotionally attached being my late father’s bank. But after the experience that I have with PNB, Gaushala Road, Mansa for a week from 17th January 2022 t0 28th January I would think twice. Due to this nuisance behavior by the bank manager, I had to buy entire new air ticket spending $9700. Contrary to this my mother has a fixed deposit and other account with the bank in India. My mother wanted me to check the status of the fixed deposit and other accounts with the Federal bank in the same vicinity. The bank staff and manager were very helpful and courteous to me and helped me with the information required.
                                    I would like to see this PNB branch manager disciplined and trained to deal with the elderly customers and sophisticated matters.
