Hi,
I want to open a saving account but inderpuri, delhi branch official have some strange process due to which my account opening process pending since one week.
They said, they will send a letter to my home address then i have to hand over that to them, then only account will open.
Why PNB asking for Aadhar card, PAN card etc if they cant verify address from them.
Kindly ask someone to expedite the process and consider govt document as proof and do not try to harrass public with these games.

Punjab National Bank [PNB] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
But when I go to forgot password page, where they asked for old password..
Then please suggest me what can I do...
