Unauthorized deduction from my Account. A sum of 25000( two times 10000 and one time 5000) has been withdrawn from my ATM card on 27 august 2018 at 3:00 pm within two minute. My ATM card was with me and no phone call or pin No./OTP exchanged by me with any one. I last used my ATM card/debit card on 23/08/18 at Lal quila, New Delhi for buying tickets worth Rs 70. I used my Debit card on 21/08/18 to pay online premium of LIC of Rs 8620.13. on 24/08/18 I used to pay through paytm for mobile recharge of 199. my A/c No. is [protected] and my debit card/ ATM card No. [protected]. I have blocked my ATM card/debit card by calling customer care executive in Panjab National Bank.

Please help me to brought back my money(25000, which is withdrawn by someone fraud/unauthorized person)

    I have purchase mobile from Amazon, they refund to bank on 20/08/2018 with reference no.[protected] but it not received that refund.my re-found amount is Rs 9448. I call to customer care of Amazon they said that we already initiated your refund but i didn't get then i go to bank they said we don't recieved your refund. so please help in getting my refund amount.

      I last logged into my account about 2 months ago, maybe longer. I tried to do an online transaction but due to late otp arrival on phone and crappy internet connection i got locked out of my account. Since then i have been trying to activate my account without any success. I have been in touch with pnb customer service multiple times, they just send me a list of instructions for online activation which have zero results. My branch of pnb is 12 kms from my house and i have visited there three times and am told my problem cannot be addressed as there is no electricity on each occasion.
      I have also attempted to make online payments with my debit card numerous times but the otp arrives sometmes 24 hours later and then the same message arrives multiple times, so not only am i not able to make any transactions but i am also going to be charged for each otp sent [ once it was seven times and 2 hours late ] which is of no use since it arrives way too late to do anything with it. At other times the otp does not arrive at all. I have not been able to use my debit card even once for online transactions. Once i am back in the uk i am definitely opening an account in a private bank. I have had quite enough of sh... Y service of pnb.

        My name is ruchi and i'm customer of punjab national bank of branch kosli. I applied for international debit card but they deliver platinum debit card for women. And when i complaint about this in bank they said to apply once again. And no one takes responsibility of their mistake. And no one care. I have flight on 5 september. What can i do now. The staff behaviour is not helping. I have applied once again. And i need this card before 5 september.

          I’ll tell you from the beginning that yesterday on 24th august at 2:15 pm of amount rps.25000 i deposited money in my account but still has not yet received.
          And also my another money transferred from my college of amount rps.10000 that money has also not shown in my account.

            1- several pnb customers are not receiving the transaction otp within timeout duration of 300seconds for online shoping and fund transfer, on their registered mobile numbers, i am also one of them.
            2- i several times requested pnb to send the account statements via registered email, but failed to get even after years.

              I transferred rs 50000 from my loan account from pnb to my personal savings account in icici bank. The transaction was declined, but the money was debited from pnb account and has not been remitted yet.

              I have lodged a complaint with customer care of pnb, but am not satisfied with their non-commital response.

              Please suggest me appropriate redressal mechanism for the above.

                  I was transferring 2000rs through paytm on 31 august in the morning. The amount is deducted from my account but could not received by paytm. I talk to paytm costumer, they told me that bank declined the payment at the time of transferring. I talked to pnb costumer care many time, at least twice a day but they told me they don't have authority to check the details. I would like to know where my money stucked, why you hold my money, tell me the reason and i want my money back asap. I need that money asap. I transfer that money to my daughter school fees. I am helpless because pnb hold that money. Please return my money asap.

                  Punjab National Bank [PNB] — manager gv wrong details against the kcc limit. I submitted all documents to manager bt he refused to open the account. he waste my money and time. requested to gv my money back to me.
                  Sir i just book train ticket from irctc train connect app but that show not booked but the money is deducted from my pnb debit card

                    I tried to withdraw rs 10000 from boi atm on 08.08.2018. After entering all required information when the atm machine started counting cash suddenly the machine turned shutdown and didn't disburse the cash but my account was debited rs 10000. I have complained sr m[protected]. But i couldn't get the refund. I am going through financial crisis. Please solve my problem.

                      I have initiated a transaction of 3000 rs from pnb machine but the transaction was timed out at that time.
                      I waited for 2 minutes and then again initiated transaction of 3000 rs and that was successful.
                      But previuos timed out transaction also got debitted from my account.

                      I used icici bank atm card.

                      Please help to get me 3000rs back.

                        The staff is very much lazy and if asked to work they just say wrong words to the customers
                        The two incidents have happened to me.

                          I used my atm on 8/8/18 of pnb bank in pnb atm to withdraw rs 5000 three times. I got money only one time. Display screen showed that your transaction is timed out & try again. But money deducted four times from account. I gt rs 5000 instead of 20000. I i even have to take mini statement two times which cost me rs 25. Kindly refund my amount of rs.15000 as early as possible.

                            I want to open a saving account but inderpuri, delhi branch official have some strange process due to which my account opening process pending since one week.
                            They said, they will send a letter to my home address then i have to hand over that to them, then only account will open.
                            Why PNB asking for Aadhar card, PAN card etc if they cant verify address from them.
                            Kindly ask someone to expedite the process and consider govt document as proof and do not try to harrass public with these games.

                              Pl refer customer id no[protected] of swati satyendra kumar jain in which tds has been deducted but not uploaded in 26as for the year 17-18. Complaint has been lodged to the branch at indore mphb complex. Inspite of repeated reminder there is no output. Income tax refund shall be considered if it is matched with the26as otherwise shall be forfeited. Again this error is getting repeated for first quarter of the current year.

                                On 10th of june i have done a complain to ICICI bank for withdrawal of money from PNB ATM at golf course metro station, I didn't received money but it was debited from my account, now it is almost 2 months but still not received it back, ICICI is saying they are not getting response from PNB, my complain ref no. Is SR[protected].
                                Please return my money asap according to the guidelines of RBI, which is 100rs per as penalty

                                      I opened https://netbanking.netpnb.com for registering for internet and mobile banking. But the first step is to submit the otp but i am not receiving it on my registered number.

                                      I tried clearing the browser as well. There's no other option of regenerating otp on the site in case the customer don't receive it.

                                      There's no number provided where we can request an sms.

                                      Can someone please help?
