    Hello,
    on 10th may i a product through flipkart worth rs.535.00.The order was failed due to some errors but my bank account was debited with rs 535.00. Till this day i i didn't received any message from the bank or flipkart regarding the refund.Kindly look forward to this problem and please initiate the refund.

      Dear sir,

      I am having account with pnb at meera chowk branch, sri ganganagar rajasthan and my account no is [protected]

      It is to inform you that on 08-may-2018, i have done an online transfer using imps of 2000 rupees. Reference id for that transaction is [protected]

      The amount got deducted from my account but not credited to other account. Then i have contacted customer care and they gave me 7 days time. My complain no is m[protected]

      As a regular practice if transaction failed then amount shall be refunded immediately, i dont know why they told me to wait for 7 days and then they will only tell what is the problem.

      Today i have contacted to my branch, at first they told me that not to worry and deducted amount will be refunded to me within 01 or 02 hours. Now i dont understand the policy of pnb.. Who will bear the interest part of that amount that has been blocked by you.

      If somebody need that amount immediately and his amount got stuck then this is our working culture... Our government is pushing everyone for digital india, but on ground this is our reality...

      As a regular practice if that amount not credited to other account then the same shall be refunded to me immediately. I request you to kindly look into this matter and help me to get refund immediately as i am in urgent need of money.

        In february 08, 2018 i went to valarmathi hotel in coimbatore. There we tried to pay 2308 rupees through my punjab national bank debit card. I completed the process and entered pin. Then it came as transaction cancelled. Then i paid the bill amount through my friends card which was state bank of india. When we reached home i noticed that one bill was paid twice. I immediately contacted the hotel manager. He told that it will be returned to ur account within 1week i waited 1 month. Then i went there and asked them to explain. They not treated us well and doesn't mind us. I want them to explain about what happened and also the bank to return my amount. Proof: pics

            Dear sir / madam,
            On 20/04/2018 (Friday) i access deenpur, najafgarh, delhi, pnb bank atm, for rs.10000/- withdraw before that i complete all the formalities which the atm formalities after that the machine not deliver the amount (Machine timeout) but amount debited from my account.
            I complained to the pnb atm guard same time, he told me that no need to worry amount will be credit automatically in your account but after many days amount not credited. I called to my bank (Uco bank) customer care and branch also but no buddy picked my call.
            On 24th april, 2018 i mailed to my bank (Uco bank customer care and branch id) but no reply. After this on 27th april, 2018 i went to my branch and given complaint but no action taken. Many times called to customer care also no solution given by them, i have all call recordings. I mailed to both ids on 27th, 29th, 30th, 4th may and 5th may also but no single reply from their side.               Sir,
              Generally the time of issuing of draft is 20 to 30 minutes. But here pnb branch munger is taken 6 hours. Pnb employer call the customer after 6 hr you can receive the draft. When customers come after 6 hours. Employers of pnb say that you will come tomorrow and talking way of employers to customers is very bad. So dear sir please resolve this difficulties.

                Xxxx xxxx xxxx 6103 of pnb dunlop branch, kolkata, w. B. With drawn rs. 500/- at 18.06 hrs. On 10.05.2018 using above d. Card from icici bank atm at p. K. Guha road infront of betua kali bari, dumdum cantt. Kolkata 700028, w. B. Of course i have opted for no receipt to save paper.
                However, at 9.03 pm on 10.05.2018 i have received a sms on my registered that rs.5000/- has been debited from my account on above withdrawal instead of rs.500/-.
                It is requested to check up with icici bank above atm and amount withdrawal may kindly be corrected.

                      On 16th April 2018 i went to SBI ATM located at TNW Business Centre besides McD onals, Manisha Chowkdi, Near Gail India Office, Old Padra Road, .
                      Rs 3000 of mine got deduced and without dispensing of cash .
                      After trying for the 2nd time I got rs 3000.
                      But till date I didn’t got my debited amount.
                      And I filed a complaint too both online and personal within two days of the incident but no reponse.
                      What should I do next

                          In this context i submit that on the request/persuasion of some punjab national bank official (Main branch, nabha, patiala (Pb) 147201) for health insurance, as they have to achieve targets given by higher authority, i accepted one health policy mentioned above. Unfortunately on 01.02.2018 morning i feel uncomfortable & doctors after angiography diagnosed as cad/acute problem and subsequently successfully ptca to right coronary artery done at patiala heart institute, patiala. My family was not aware of my cashless insurance, but in the evening when i inform about the policy the hospital authority refused as it was to be lodged immediately on the admission in the hospital. After discharge from the hospital on 03.02.2018, i lodge the claim to “ raksha tpa pvt. Ltd, sco 359-360 2nd floor sector 44 d, chandigarh, office on 07.02.2018. With complete documents as per their requirement.

                          On 07.03.2018 i again received mail with queries. The required different certificates from the treating doctors submitted along with other certificates demanded which were already submitted. I was in a hope that my medical bill will be settled shortly as nothing is pending from our side. Now my relative visited the office at chandigarh 4-5 times. But all the times they were advised that it will be settled with in a week time. It was come to know from the public at chandigarh office that the company not settled claim generally and send same objections time and again. We are given to understand that in your office the person handling the claim are just know 2x2=4, they do not study the documents but try to send back claim with some queries time and again. We were given assurance from your office all the time that now there is no issue in this case & it will be settled.

                          The claim of just rs.1.50 lacs has no importance for us. But this is our right, we are not begging. Since, you are unnecessarily harassing & humiliating to our family without any cause, therefore you have compelled us to initiate legal proceeding against you for unnecessary harassing for compensation of rs.20.00 lacs minimum. We will also go to media & press openly to damage the status pnb oriental insurance with full proof documents so that customers choice some other policies..

                              From my acc 1000 rupee debited but it cannot be credited to the shopkeepers acc.so i want my 1000 rupee to be credited in my ac soon as possible bcoz it almost about 15 days pass
                              I want to open a new saving account in pnb Aurangabad but the response of branch manager and staff is very unprofessional.i visited in branch so many time but he told me to come after one week an so on.Manager and staff are chatting with his mobile and even no body is responding.Bank is looking like play school.
                              I ordered from Pigi on 28/04/2018, made payment using the debit card and the order cancelled after few hours. Pigi have already made refund yesterday but the refund is not credited yet. Refund ID:[protected]. Transaction ID: [protected]

                                Pnb have not good customer service. Like other bank as sbi it does not provide home services of checkbook and atm. It doesn't send checkbook and atm on your home address, it call customer in branch for this. Kindly provide good quality service. Sir kindly give facilities to customer for avail theses service as their choice. And kindly give full facilities for online handle of account with fully security like sbi bank.

                                  1. I had purchased PNB MetLife Insurance policy no.22155846 last year in the month of March 2017 through sales rep of pnbmetlife Lucknow named Mrs Preeti Singh. I had made the initial payment of 1 Lakh by PNB cheque. At the same time, my father Dr.DK Singh had also purchased the same policy in other name, however, as per the details filled by me in the application& ECS mandate form, I had clearly provided the details of my PNB savings account for deduction of my future annual premiums.
                                  2. In march 2018, I kept receiving reminder SMSs from PNB MetLife for maintaining the desired balance in my account for upcoming premium deduction amount of ₹98, 543.53 due on 22March 2018.Last such SMS came to me on 15 March18. I had ensured sufficient balance in my PNB account, but to my surprise the premium amount never got debited from it even till date.
                                  3. I approached pnb sales agent Preeti Singh to inquire on this issue, but she expressed her inability on grounds of financial year closing and possibility of some technical error. Few days later, to my horror and utter dismay, I learnt that the premium amount has been deducted from my father's account that too without any consent of the account holder. I again contacted Preeti Singh to look into the matter and initiate corrective action to which I was assured that money deducted from my fathers account will be credited back to him and premium amount will get deducted from my PNB account. However, despite my all out efforts of requests & reminder to Preeti Singh and also telephonic request to his superior Mr.Vishva Singh, NO progress on the matter has taken place till date.
                                  4. Its my humble request that my father's hard earned money deducted without his consent and knowledge from his savings account must be refunded forth with. Secondly, the premium amount must be deducted as per the details filled in ECS mandate. Thirdly, and lastly administrative or strict action must be taken by the company against its employees like Preeti Singh and his superior for failing to reach out and provide assistance to the valuable customers .

                                    I am account holder in punjab national bank with account number :-[protected], i have taken loan on august 2014, and monthly installment is deducted from my account. On may 2018 installement + additional amount is deducted from my account. And when i done enquiry they are not giving me reply. And i asked of proper document sanction of communication letter, they are not giving me and even not telling me rate of intrst and time periods of loan.

                                      I have made one transaction on 13th march, i was trying to add money in paytm (3000rs) and it was not added in paytm but 3000rs was deducted from my a/c. I have all the documents and proves with me.
                                      I raised a complaint the same day with sr a[protected] for rs.3000 and i was informed that my money will be refunded with in 45 days. But its been almost 52 days i have not received any money.
                                      I have called the customer care almost 15 times, every time they relaunch my complaint and no action has been taken yet.
