      Concern,
      I have saving account (A/c : [protected]) in pnb mall road branch from aprox. Last 4 years which i am using it without any problem till date. But recently i have faced one issue related to pnb net banking, as my account not showing/not linked on internet banking home page.
      When i clicked on account summary its showing me a message that "you do not have any accounts linked for the given criteria".
      I think this problem started from this january 2018 only, i have visited the home branch several times, but nobody have shown keen interest towards the same or may be they don't know the answer of my problem which i am facing in internet banking.
      Kindly have a look into this and provide me a solution asap so that i can do all my pending work related to pnb net banking.
      This is really a harassing experience as this is the continues third month for which i have not used my pnb net banking.
      Please find attached the snapshot of my internet banking page on which it is showing the message as described above.

        change emi date for loan

        I want to extend my EMI date for loan from 5th of month to 15th of month and terms of year 20 years instead of 15 years.
        I have asked about this problem and they told that for some temporary system problem they could not change any default settings.
        Please update this as soon as possible.

        I am having account with pnb katampazhipuram vide no.[protected] and card no.[protected]. I have tried to withdrawn cash from your atm on 12.9.2017 for rs.10000 vide your atm id 8/142 vide no.59 but not received the cash. Again i tried for the same amount vide no.60 and received the money. But account is debited twice. I have complained to branch but there is no response even after reminders. I have complained to your consumercomplaint for which you have replied complaint is too short. Now what way i can expand the complaint. Now whether i can go to ombudsman.

I complan on date 7-3-18. Complan no are srm[protected] and srm[protected]. They tell it refund in 7 days but it is not refund to me after 21 days. Please try to understand my problem and solve it as soon as possible.

            I was done transaction of rs. Xxxx through my pnb net banking. But amount was not debited from my account. Than i have done the transaction again. I was not aware that the amount was credited two times in the account in which transaction has done. When i came to know i credit amount in my pnb account back. Pnb charged me rs.11 for this and debit amount from my account.. I was surprised to see the amount in my saving account was in - xxxx rs. It was not my mistake than i don't know why i was charged and apart from that the pnb employees harass me un-necessary. All transaction dates are also different and amount debit from my account without my knowledge or signing authority.

              I am Rahul, I have PNB Metlife Endowment Savings Plan., Application No:[protected], Policy NO:[protected] friends in the month of July 2017, they call me up girl name was Twinkale Contact. [protected], [protected], [protected]. She explained me everything About PNB Metlife Endowment Savings Plan, then I was agree for this Policy, after this his agent Vishal Khan (Contact No. [protected], [protected], [protected]), came to me for documentation and payment he Collected all documents and cheque Rs.17500/. and told me your policy will be activated within a week after payment, I gave him cheque Rs.17500 without mentioning date on it due to late, But he again called me said if you will not make payment till 10 August 2017 You will not get all benefits of policy, then he visited my home on 09 August 2018 for cash Payment and I gave him Rs. 17500/- Cash.
              And he told me your policy will be activated within 15 days, after this I got message on 19 August 2017 from AD HITPAS ( Application No.[protected] for medical checkup, they visited on my home 20 August 2017.
              Then I got message that Payment amount of Rs. 17500 for application no.[protected] has not been credited 19 &24 Sep 2017, and I also got message from AM-PNBMET for Acknowledgment of payment Receipt, then I called him up he told me he has submitted the money in branch you just wait due to some technical reason your payment is not updated but don’t worry it will be updated soon and you will get policy bond within week.
              Then I got call From PNB Noida 62 office from Mr. Sonu Kumar Conatact:- [protected], [protected], and he told me vishal Khan Haven’t make any payment for your policy he has just deposited your cheque that has got bounced, he send me screen shot of my Policy status also, it was showing payment pending. I called him up he was not picking up my phone, now he startted to ignore my Phone calls,
              I tried to get support from their helpline no.5607071 I text on this MET HELP but their was no response.
              then I visited PNB Nehru Place Branch on Month Jan 2018, here I met with Mahesh Sangwan ([protected]) he told me he was working with us but now he is not with us when I asked him to for his another contact number or his house address he denied to give, and he misbehave me and denied to give his address and another contact number .

              So dear friends don’t go For any PNB Metlife Policy they are totally Fraud they just want to make money whether it wrong or right they don’t support their customers they are just making fool.
              I am still trying to get my money back……..

                    Today morning date 27-3-18 at 10;30am i visit to chandni chowk branch to deposit the cash of rs app 4lac the manger didnt deposit my cash reason deposit cash to home branch only. Than i visit to chawri bazar branch to deposit the cash at 11;30 am the deposit was compleated at 12;00am and the vowcher was credit to my ac at 8;30pm
                    As i deals in milk bussness i m a destributer of mother dairy on daily bases the bill amount of mother dairy was debit from my pnb current ac by ecs but due to bank staff fault my ecs was bounced so i get the penelty of rs 2500 from mother dairy due to bank fault
                    So i need a written letter from bank so the panelty will reversed

                      On 06/03/18 i had transacted rs2000 but amount deducted from my account but i didn't got money.
                      I had later on same day complain on customer agent regarding this.
                      Complain no. M[protected] for amt of rs.2000.00.
                      That time customer executive told me that it will take 7 days but no response from bank yet.
                      Today 22 days had gone but still no return of amount on my account.

                        Date 11/03/2018 ko evening 06:20 to 06:40 pm ke bich maine apne pnb account se withdrawl kiya tha. Withdrawl ho gya, account se amount debit ho gya, par atm machine se cash nhi aaya. 4 times withdrawl kiya. Everytime aisa hi huwa. Complaint karne par 3 times ka amount refund ho gya. But 1 time ka amount rs. 1000/- refund nhi huwa. Pnb complaint portal par again complaint hoti hi nhi h. Old complaint number show hota h.
                        So please help me sir.

                          On 7th March I withdraw money from atm but didn't got money.and the amount was deducted from account.but till now not refunded.I also complaint about it to customer care but they give time but no resolution of complaint.very bad experience.and this complaint is about my mother in law's account.3-4 time I call the customer care and they talked to account holder every time but no resolution.

                              My PNB A/C no is [protected] I had made an ATM transaction of RS 5000/- on dated 12-03-18 from same bank PNB ATM near Hauz Khas Shahpur Jat shop no 234 Khasra and amount deducted from my account but cash did not Came from ATM Machine. I waited for some time but money did not comes out from machine after that i immediately made a complaint to the bank customer care and they give me a complaint no. which was A[protected] and said that your money will be returned within 7 working days. But Now it has been around a 15-20 days. But Still I did not received my money in my account. This is the very ridiculous. I would like to request you that kindly resolve this issue asap.

                              SangamDeval, Here is also same problem, My Account was debited on 19 February 2018 but Cash not dispensed through their (PNB) ATM my card is also of PNB bank, i raised this problem on toll-free number[protected] to circle office Faizabad, zonal office Lucknow and Head office Delhi, but Nothing Happened, Now I'm going to raise the question to MD PNB, Banking Ombudsmen, RBI, CVC, PMO, Finance Ministry, Consumer forum and Principal Secretary of My State Uttar Pradesh . I'll never leave them free to do anything with carelessness. I'll teach them lesson of responsibility.
                              You should DO the Same action, Don't beg him, This is your money on which they got their salaries.

                                    15 days back i with draw money (On 7 the of march) amount of 2500 from pnb atm haridwar but money doesn't dispensed and my account got debited same day i registered a complaint but they didn't respond well.. On again 15 march i again withdraw money from pnb atm and the same happened this time and this time the amount was 500+ 500 = 1000... Again i registered the complaint infact i wrote the application for pnb branch but they didn't respond again only saying wait for sometime... Such a bad response really pnb like this u will be soon loose ur credibility... I want my money back otherwise i will sue your bank... How can you give so much trouble some for needy person like me... It seems you are collecting money from innocent customers which was taken by nirav modi... Its really shameful as i talk to every concerned person but they reply "aa jayega" but the question is when... Such an irreesponsible behaviour...

                                      I amritpal singh, account holder in state bank of india (Sbi), account no.-[protected], cif no. - [protected], ifsc code : sbin0032213.

                                      On 09/03/2018 i went to atm machine of punjab national bank (Atm id - p1105500) to withdraw rs.10000 from my sbi atm card and after going threw all the process no money was out from the atm machine later i found that there was no cash in atm machine but the amount of rs. 10000 was deducted from my sbi account. I also went to branch for the complaint and they assured that within 7 to 10 days money will be refundable. But till today (25/03/2018) my amount is still not refunded by bank.
