Sir/madam,

I was trying to debit the money from atm. There was an error transaction not possible. But rs 1523.1 amount get deducted and i didn't receive any message of that amount to get credited.

Please look at this issue as i am enable to debit the money and this happen.

    I had used the boi atm located near tower choraha, indore (M. P.) on 08 feb 2018 at around 7:00 pm which showed unsuccessful transaction but my account was debited for rs 4000 twice i. E. Total rs. 8000 were deducted whereas no money was dispensed from the machine and no transaction slip was given which is very usual these days with all atm, kindly revert my money at the earliest.

        I went to pnb branch kanwat, sikar, rajasthan for getting new pass book, pnb staff kept my old pass book and tell me come later for collecting new pass book, when i went for collecting my new pass book they replied that some problem in our software so come later, same things happened 3 or 4 times and on 06/02/18 they told me for applying application for duplicate pass book and pay for duplicate pass book charges and on that day they also told that soft ware not working. Is kanwat branch software not working for last 1 or 2 months?? The staff also misbehave me. Kindly take action and issue my pass book i need it.

          I Tsewang Dorjee holder of PNB Account No [protected] and my wife Mrs Lobsang Lhamo holder of PNB Account no [protected] has withdrawn Rs 10, 000 each from SBI Mcloed Ganj ATM on 8th February 2018.Transaction has been passed and deducted Rs 10, 000 from both the Account but no cash has been dispensed from the ATM. I have tried so many times to complain through toll free no [protected] n [protected] but informs us as busy. Kindly reimburse the said amount of Rs. 20, 000 in total for us.

            Dear sir,
            Amazon india refunded me 1000 rs on 21/01/2018 with refund reference no: 75503728022017680793294.
            Which should be reflected in my account by 31/01/2018.
            Manier times i called customer service care[protected] of punjab national bank and also visited pnb branch (Moti nagar, delhi) with refund reference no: 75503728022017680793294 of the refund: rs.1000.00 but they denied to take complain and process of charge dispute file.
            Kindly provide me proper solution and guide bank to locate my refunded transaction.

                As per trailer mail bank Deduct Extra TDS RS. 37534 on OROP pension Arrears Rs 201000 which is not as per Indian Government Income Tax Slab on Year 2017 -18 which is 5%.
                You are requested Refund or credit Extra TDS which is deduct by B

                First of all PNB was not giving me my pension as per OROP. After one year correspondence PNB credit me as Arrear Rs.20, 1000 which is From 01 July 2014 to 01 Oct 2017.

                PNB counted this earning of yearly income of 2017 and TDS deducted Rs. 37273 + 261 which is unfavourable as per tax slabe is 5%.
                In the year July 2014 to Dec 2015 my basic pension is as per OROP RS.8925 + 113 %DA which is not coming in TAX Slab.
                In the year Jan 2016 to Dec 2016 my basic pension is as per 7 pay commission RS. 22938 which is not coming in TAX Slab.
                In the year Jan 2016 to Dec 2016 my basic pension is as per 7 pay commission RS. 24324 which is not coming in TAX Slab.
                As per tax slabe 2016-17 On Income up to 500000 is 5 %.
                I have also taken personal loan from PNB on pension Rs. 20000. The instilment of bank is RS7000 per month is debit BY PNB.
                I do not understand that this mistake has been done by PNB and I am suffering.
                You are requested take this matter seriously and priority basis and refund TDS on my account.

                  Hii sir...this is Ragib khan.i have a complaint against branch manager.sir as i have taken education loan from the p.n.b. and the BM didn't deposit the money on tiime in my every semester.now my 4th has started but still he didn't deposit my loan money and the last was 2february.when i called him to say deposit for the money he told that don't worry i will do it but he didn't do it everyday i need to call him and also he didn't listen my all problems at the end without any tell he cut my call.sir i anxious with this manager because he did like this call in my all semester when the time happen to deposit the money.

                    I purchased fashion scarpbook men's faux leather jacket ₹3499 from amazon on 11/01/20118 and done full payment by debit card but order was returned on 20/01/2018 and now amazon is saying that refund has been send to bank. So contact customer service and file charge dispute they had given me a no.
                    The authorization code (Refund reference number) for the transaction is 153711.
                    But customer service is saying they can file nothing like charge dispute file and can only check if money came to your account or not.
                    Same behaviour by branch also.
                    Don't know what to do... So plz solve my problem...

                    Dear sir,  

                    A refund of 3499 rupees was successfully processed on[protected] to my account by amazon. This amount should have been credited to my pnb account by now, but i have not received the refund till now. 

                    I have called the punjab national bank customer service and also emailed the punjab national bank main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

                    I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

                    Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

                    The authorization code (My refund reference number) for the transaction is 153711.-

                      Corr ppo no. Ccorrdad[protected] dated 7.11.2017 issued by cda (Pension) allahabad sent to pnb, cppc, halwasiya, hazratganj lucknow by cda (Airforce) dehradun speed post no anii/rk/83008843/pc dated 21.11.17 to credit the arrears and revised pension to my sb a/c with pnb ranipur haridwar. Reminder mail dated 25.12.17 and set of all documents sent to both pnb branches by me through speed post on 10.1.18 but neither arrear nor revised pension is paid till date.

                        On 25 january 2018 i had transferred rupees 2000 from bank of india to my punjab national bank account through upi. The transaction was successful but the money is not credited in my account in my account till now. Punjab national bank customer care are helpless they are even not taking my complaint seriously and always telling me to complain in bank of india but the transaction from bank of india was successful please solve my complain and credit my amount my punjab national bank.

                          i am not receiving any messages & email about my transaction

                          This is to state that, i have already enrolled for monthly email-statement... The last i got the monthly email-statement was of november 2017 there after i haven't received it...
                          When i contacted to the home branch i am not getting any proper response from there as the employees there are already frustrated by there work & are not even willing to listen... I am already facing the issue since last year, this is my second complaint for...

                          My refund of rs 1178.82 as per myntra has been initiated on 20th january but i still have not received my refund. And they have given me a reference number and they told me that the reference number is given by the bank itself to them after the amount gets credited. The refund bank reference number which is arn/rrn # : 75503728021017659853948. Please look into this matter that may be this transaction is pending from your side because at the time of transaction pnb was updating it's software.

                            From 2010 i am the bank account holder in punjab national bank, joya branch but due to miss behaving and late work submission i stopped all transactions from the bank and opened a new a/c in bank of baroda for my business purpose. From last two to three months the bank manager mr amit (Punjab national bank) start coming at my business point and offer me to start up the a/c again and also offers me that rs 2500000/- limit will be sanctioned for you for which he demanded rs 50000/- from me but when i refuse for such deal he used abuse languages with me. After this when one day i reached to punjab national bankon 23 aug 2017 for some urjent transaction he said loudly why u came here when u refused that earlier and whole day he not did my transaction then again on 24th aug my work not done similarly when i reached bank on 25th aug he start misbehaving and loudly said to guard to make me through out of bank for which i maid complaint to circle office moradabad but no any action against it will be taken by them other then this mr amit after my complaint to circle office made a police complaint against me.
                            So, i request u to take serious action against this corrupt bank manager who is not eligible for such a good post.

                              I purchased san disk ultra dual 64gb usb 3.0 otg pen drive ₹1785 from amazon on 27/01/2018 and done full payment by internet banking but order was cancelled on 27/01/2018 and now amazon is saying that refund has been send to bank. So contact customer service and file charge dispute they had given me a no. Refund reference number# [protected]. But customer service is saying they can file nothing like charge dispute and can only check if money came to your account or not.
                              Same behaviour by branch also.
                              Don't know what to do

                                In 19 dec2017 i pay midland bakery bill 390 ruppes on my debit card.
                                Actually first i pay but that management say not pay the bill. But i recevied msg on debited money. But management said to please again pay then i paid again. But
                                These many days i am not refund money in my account.

                                I visit again those bakery i asked i am not refund money but management say plz go through u r bank.

                                So plz refund money as soon as possible.
                                Or what is procedure to my recovery money any one tell.

                                  I purchased samsung galaxy on 7 prime of rs14990 from amazon on 1/21/2018 and done full payment by debit card but order was cancelled on same day and now amazon is saying that refund has been send to bank. So concat customer service and file charge dispute. They had given me a authorisation code (Refund refrence no.) 495721
                                  But customer service is saying they can file nothing like charge dispute and can only check if money came to your account or not same behaviour by branch also

                                      M Gurmannat having saving a/c in PNB at Kansal branch, S.A.S Nagar mohali (P.B) (IFSC- PUNB0777100) . On 26th January 2018, i've made an imps transaction for rs. 2075.72 Rs and the amount was debited from my account and the same time my beneficiary didn't received the money. I've made several complaints via phone email and website. But still now there's no response from their side.
                                      Today i've contacted to the customer care and they are saying that i have to wait for another 45 days simply. I need my money at the earliest. Why do i want to wait for 45days. That's my money and bank people's...
