In 2014 when one of the pnb metlife senior manager sold me policy no 21417687.
He promised me saving return accumulating to over 10 lakhs if i continue to pay my yearly premium of approx. 50, 000 every year,

Along with this endowment lifesaving plan which will continue even after maturity of plan post 10 years, i was also provided and was assured health insurance as per policy.

I got health insurance copy from pnbmetlife only in year 2014 till early 2015;
Sinec 2015 i have eben chasing nd calling the pnbmetlife one maisla nd grievience and have not been issued any renewals on health insurance policy or any benefit,

I raised the grievance to pnb both ([protected]@pnbmetlife.co.in & "[protected]@pnbmetlife.co.in"

(Prasanjit mitra) a criminal...he was teh one who gave em false assurances and fake promises while selling, ,

he showed me his PNB metlife...AND SINCE I TRUSTED THAT an officer from big company PNB METLIFE cannot tell lies...i was trapped and cheated...and sincerely request people of India to not trust PNB METLIFE OFFICIALS, ,

it is a shame that PNB metlife hires these MBA graduates who are well dressed to cheat innocent people of india

    I am confident candidates name - kumer chand meena
    Bank alloted - punjab national bank (Management trainee[protected]

    He is not able to answer any one question of the subjects included in the exam. Fake attempt was done. If i am wrong you can just have a simple test to check the capability of the student and committee can decide. But i am sure that is why i am complaining against kumer chand meena.

    Sir i request you to keep my identity with in you not to the candidate. I have to complaint against this candidate as he has given the written exam by fake method. Please inquire because the candidate is not able to even solve even one question of any subject. He had given the pre and main exam by fake method. If i am wrong you can check the capability of a candidate by having some small exam test of the subject which are included in the exam of po that is english, computer, maths and gk. He will be not able to answer even one question correctly. Now he had got the punjab national bank provisionally on management trainee. He had been allotted pnb. Please take my request and go through the inquiry. I am sure that is why i am requesting you to take some essential step quickly as he is on prohibition period

      On date 10/01/2018 at time 6:2 pm i withdraw 10000 rs. Through pnb atm card. But due to some server problem i can not got the rupees but after some time at 7:05 pm i got a msg that shown 10000 debited.
      But actully i do not fonud any cash from atm.
      So please, kindly pat attention towards this problem

        This is with respect to activation facility of pnb rewardz points. I'am unable to activate it as it is showing a message that at the moment we are unable to proceed with your request. Kindly try after 15 days. I have been trying to activate this facility since december, 2017 and still unable to activate as the same message is showing up. No help is provided by online customer service of the punjab national bank.

        Every time the points are lapsed by the punjab national bank as am unable to redeem them.. However how am i suppose to redeem it until and unless they will allow me to activate this facility as first time user.

        Request you to kindly look into matter and solve it asap. You may contact me on +91-[protected] for any other information.

            I made an upi transaction of rs:5000.00 on bhim app by pnb ac to mr manoj kumar by 8 nov 2017 with my mobile no [protected], that gone to wrong person or in ledger of pnb.
            I complained to pnb toll free number with ref no[protected], they said it
            Will refund after 1 weak but not. I visit to my nearest pnb todifatehpur
            Branch for the same issue but they refused and said complain is not valid.
            I also make a complain on bhim on same day but there is no response after
            That you are requested to please do favor and get my full refund asap.

              I'am writing to bring into your notice that i have registered an online request to block my debit card associated with account number [protected] on 21st november, 2017 and requested to issue a new debit card from punjab national bank.

              The debit card was dispatched on november 29, 2017 and same was arrived in the base branch (Jawahar nagar, jaipur) on december 01, 2017 via tracking no. Aq[protected]in.

              However, when inquired about the same the response of employees was not good at all. The debit card was misplaced by pnb authorities. After, various visit to the base branch neither card was issued nor any solution was provided by the employees.

              After almost 3 weeks, i asked them issue "non personalized debit card" and same was issued after deducting the charges. Now the amount from my account has been deducted for issue of personalized card then cancellation of personalized card and then again for issue of non personalized card.

              Now i don't understand why am i paying for the card which has been misplaced by the bank authorities and for its cancellation charges and on asking about it they didn't even bother to look into the matter.

              You are requested to return the amount which has been deducted for issue of personalized card and its cancellation as it is not my fault that it was misplaced by pnb authorities.

                2. Is karan maine apne Father ke PNB ke ATM jika Account No [protected] hai aur jiska IFSC Code PNB0032900 hai se payment karne ko kaha.

                3. Is tareh se dono Account se money debit ho gai aur bad mein PNB se kati gai rashi Rs-2875.53/-(Two thousand eight hundred seventy five Rs & fifty three Paise) Bapas usi Account mein dt 03 Apr 2017 ko Credit ho gai.

                4. Is tareh se payment SBI ke ATM se Mere dowara kar di gai.

                5. Fir 07 Apr 2017 ko Same Amount Rs 2875.53/- Bank dowara kat liya giya Aur passbook per yeh print aya (to REVT/[protected]/[protected] (51650) .

                6. PNB ke Customer Care se Bat karne per Aur mere Father ke Bank home Branch mein jane per pehle to yeh kehte rahe ki yeh Amount Vishal dowara kata giya hai.

                7. Last Kuchh mahino Bad dt 31 Jul 17 ko meri PNB ke custemer Care ke Rahul ji se bat hui jiska Complaint No -M[protected] hai Aur rahul ji dowara muje yeh kaha giya ki han yeh problem benk ki hai aapji ke Rs-2875.53/- Bapas aap ke acct mein aa jaenge 90 days ka time lagega.

                8. 90 days pure hone per bhi Amount Credet Nahi Huya. Ab Dowara fir se time pe time diye ja rahe hain.

                    Sir, i am b. Jayaprakash, having salary credited savings account no. [protected] in jatni branch, khurda, odisha since 2002.in 2015, i was transferred from khurda road to waltair division (East coast railway). My january salary credited in to my account on 29.12.17, unfortunately rs.50, 000/- kept on hold cause known. I tried to contact through phone but they not responding. This pongal season and money necessity is more in this month.
                    I shocked by seeing this without intimation they stopped/hold amount from account. I had never faced such problem in past being an account holder since 15 years. Please do needful.

                      I am nitendra singh my saving account is in pnb chandpur bijnor uttar pradesh 246725, i withdrawl rs 14000 on 27/10/2017 which amount holded in my account by pnb without any dew and loan upon me after withdrawl this rs
                      1629.21 was in my account while pnb do my balance 00 after rs 14000 withdrawl holded money and after this 1 message come on my mobile rs 5023.60 debited on[protected] which is not do by me because balance was 00.
                      And pnb bank do my balance rs -12370.79. Dear sir when my account balance was 00 then how anyone shopping or withdrawl rs 12370 from my account. This is all bank frootness. Please helpout me in this matter and take the actions as soon as possible.

                        Sir i have a complaint against the employee of your bank. Yesterday i had a talk with him at 8 pm. He was asking from my mother about her date of birth and her fathers name after that when he had asked for aadhar card then my mother had refused to give then he said if there will be no aadhar card no then your account will be closed. Sir request you to take this matter seriously and take some actions against him.

                        sir, to open an new current account for a new firm, starting fresh. contacted the the officer in-charge of opening new accounts, at the Laxmi Nagar branch, delhi 110 092. I was asked to submit a copy of NOC by the MCD for commercial activity. (i do not see what connection or sense). I was also asked to submit a copy of GST regn.-----i tried explaining i.e. for new GST regn i hv to first open an new account. no where in the form is there mention of such requirements, I was denied the service for the reason and told bring along NOC by MCD & GST regn.
                        for a second thought, GST requires a account number, If the bank also demands the same, where and how am i supposed to get them and first,

                          I opened a savings account in pnb kundli branch with account number [protected] and submitted my aadhaar card as proof and my father's name was correctly mentioned in it, i also wrote it correctly in the application form but they have mentioned wrong father's name in my passbook and cheque book due to which i am unable to withdraw my pf amount....

                          I hharish goyal ave my account in punjab national bank (jaisalmer) with accnt no [protected], on dec 14 2017, i swape my debit card on a mobile shop of amount rs 9500, then a receipt was withdraw showing PIN VERIFY OK(image attached), but this amount couldnt credited into shopkeeper's account but my amount 9500 was debited, i contacted customer care (SR NO-M[protected]they promised me to solve it within 48 hrs, but still it has been around 10 days but amount neither credited into my account nor in shopkeeper's account, again when contacted customer care they reply me that we didnt have any detail about this transaction and also about this debited amount, and also ironally they told me to wait for 45 days, comeon that was totally disappointing, plz help me to get my refund, MY DETAILS ARE BELOW, NAME- HARISH GOYAL, ACCOUNT NO - [protected], MOB NO-[protected]

                            Presently that amount show in ledger account and which balance is 25089.05 and lein balance 17005.90 and available balance is 8023.15.                               I visited pnb branch, sector 2, vashali, ghaziabad for opening your little girl ssy account. I have submit all required documents for ssy account. Pnb bank executive said to mi, first of fall please open saving bank account in our bank after that you are eligible for ssy account. I told to executive i have already other bank saving account, i not maintain so many saving account, please open ssy account without guardian saving account and not mention ssy policy.
                              I raised complaint branch manager also, but branch manager totally refused mi and he is also said this is required for ssy account.

                              If this is necessary, please provide mi full guideline of ssy account.

Chief manager pnb cpcc 94, marg, lucknow 226002 & the branch manager pnb chakeri kanpur regarding pcda letter no. At/psb/xi/pnb/cppc/17 dated 25/07/2017 sent to the chief manager pnb cppc lucknow for paying me revised pension of warrant officer with due arrears.                                   I deposited a cheque on 13.12.17in sec-7 pnb dwarka. It is 16th today and still i didn’t received my amount in my account. I discussed the matter with the branch manager & his response was we don’t have staff & he was very rude. Later he said that ur cheque is still pending & you have to wait, else take ur cheque i can’t help it out & meanwhile one of the employee interrupted & tried to cover him & replied that it is sent for clearance. I don’t know whom to trust. It is half of the month & still i didn’t received my salary. Kindly do the needful & improve the status of working.

                                    My wife sangita is a customer of punjab national bank, account no [protected] branch rajahi, nanda nagar gorakhpur up. 273008, ifs code punb0157800. On 12 dec 17, i along with my wife went to pnb branch mahavir enclave palam road new delhi 110045 ifsc code punb0657800 for cash withdrawal by cheque but the dealing staff deny to clear cheque stating that kyc mobile number is not updated. I met to his senior and request to clear cheque and update my kyc here, but he also gave me same reply go to your branch and update kyc there means he was unable to understand distance between new delhi to gorakhpur. It is very frustrating. I don, t think this the way to serve your customer or you fail to recognize your customer either matching photograph, signature or asking id proof. What for all such type people sitting there to harass customer or helping and guide him properly.
