I hharish goyal ave my account in punjab national bank (jaisalmer) with accnt no [protected], on dec 14 2017, i swape my debit card on a mobile shop of amount rs 9500, then a receipt was withdraw showing PIN VERIFY OK(image attached), but this amount couldnt credited into shopkeeper's account but my amount 9500 was debited, i contacted customer care (SR NO-M[protected]they promised me to solve it within 48 hrs, but still it has been around 10 days but amount neither credited into my account nor in shopkeeper's account, again when contacted customer care they reply me that we didnt have any detail about this transaction and also about this debited amount, and also ironally they told me to wait for 45 days, comeon that was totally disappointing, plz help me to get my refund, MY DETAILS ARE BELOW, NAME- HARISH GOYAL, ACCOUNT NO - [protected], MOB NO-[protected]

if you wont take my complain seriously then tell me sir so that i should not waste your time as well as mine
