I ordered one plus five phone from Amazon two times !st time it was cancelled but the payment was debited from account.It received to Amazon .Amazon is saying they have returned the money but its not showing in my account, they have also given refrence no[protected] and I received a message on 25th august that the return has been initiated of Rs 38, 099. I have been calling to customer care but no proper response is given to me. please see through this matter or else i will be going to the court

    I would like to inform that on[protected] while filling up of form for all india institute of medical sciences pg courses md/ms/mch/dm/mds for jan 2018 session rs.1002.5/- has been debited from my account which is in pnb, garia branch, in spite of the fact that 'the transaction failed'. I will be highly obliged if you kindly look into the matter and do the needful to refund my money.

      Description :-I had recd. a call from an unknown person, he introduced him self as Bank vigilance manager. He told me that i have the problem in my account and asked me for debit card no. and cvv code etc. I told him my debit card no. and expiry date only. Then he tried many times to debit my account and unfortunately i told him the OTP as thinking of him a bank manager, then the hacker withdrew Rs. 14998 from my account. This all transactions done on 05/09/2017.
      In this regard i want that you do your best to refund my money.
      Your early action in this regard is highly appreciated.

          Complaint stating that on 27/07/17 at 10.30 hrs, shirram insurance agent come avadi to collected cheques behalf shirram insurance for life insurance and base on that provide personal loan accordingly. Cheque no 886180 for 20, 000 and 886181 for 11, 000 a sum total 31000 withdraw in pallikkaranai branch on 31/07/2017 and 07/08/2017 and mentioned cheque's are altered. Therefore amount was debited in my account.

            Res sir,
            I would like to mention here that i have opened the saving accounts in year 1983 in pnb nehru ground faridabad and since then i was operating my account. I came to know on 23rd sep that my accounts has been close reason being that for last two month it is showing negtive balance, how a bank can close a account without the intimation to the customer, the reason being that my 3 cheq were dishonored in the prv month and balance has gone negative (Rs 1500 appx) before doing this action they should have call me or send a letter to my address or e-mail me, where as last transaction was done on 13th july 2017 regarding payment, as per bank rule a if a account is not operative for 2 years it can be closed. I have all my pf pension payment, lic payment and share accounting payment linked with this account. I have given the written complaint to the bank manager (Mrs neelam singh) at faridabad nehru ground

              I had ordered a my protein from amazon.in with order #[protected] on 24-aug-2017 which i successfully canceled on 24-aug-2017 and since i had paid by debit card, the amount was supposed to be credited in my bank account which did not happen till date. I contacted the amazon team which replied me back with a reference number stating that they successfully initiated the refund process on 24th itself and its up to the bank to credit the same in my account in time which can take 5-6 business days but since it has been longer than that i called my bank with the reference number that my merchant gave me but they refused to help saying that this of no use to them. My account number is [protected]. I regularly check my balance, nothing of that sort has been credited since then. My refund reference number is[protected]. Attached is the email from the amazon team stating that the refund has been successfully completed.

                My account in ur branch a/c no is [protected]. On[protected] i made a payment of 5529 rs & on[protected] i made a payment of 1064 rs to amazon.& due to few items were defected i returned it back to amazon.& they initiated me amount of rs.4444 against a xolo mobile on[protected] & against maybelline they initiated amount of 824rs on same[protected]. They have given me reference nos regarding that which are[protected] for 4444 rs &[protected] for 824 rs. But till now after 25th aug (The date when they initiated my amt) i haven't recd my amount in my bank account. My debit card no is [protected]. I paid through this card but now is wrongly blocked by pnb customer care.

                Amazon told me to file charge Dispute against bank but neither bank nor cce is helping me regarding that
                I had given wrong IFSC code nd my money got deducted nd it had been one month but the money is not returned nd it had not been transferred to the person PLZZ help me

                  I purchased product of 2158 inr. From amazon paid 929rs from pay balance and remaining amount of 1229rs with my pnb debit card, and later i returned the product due to unsatisfactory result. On 25 august 2017 the refund was initiated and i got the amount of 929rs which i paid through pay balance on the same day of initiation, but i didn't get remaining amount which i paid through pnb debit card, it's been 18 days now. I complained about the refund to amazon and they said they have sent the refund to the bank and provided me a "refund reference no.[protected]" to contact customer service and file charge dispute.
                  But customer service is saying they can file nothing like charge dispute and can only check if money came to your account or not.
                  Same behaviour by branch also.
                  Don't know what to do.

                      Sir. Bank coin kyon jama nahi karti hai. Kya yah bhartiya currency nahi hai. Jab coin de sakte hai to le kyon nahi sakte. Jab coin se hum ko kuch bhe milta nahi jaha bhi jao note lao to samaan milta hai to aap he bataeya hum log note kaha se laye. Agar bank ham logo ke kuch bhe madat kare to hum log kuch note aur kuch coin chalasakte hai. Bank me agar jama karne jao to bank wala kahta hai weight machine nahi hai is liye jama nahi honge. Par kunch na kunch bahana jaroor karte hai.

                        On 25th-aug-2017, pnb vasundhara branch ghaziabad clarify that below mentioned bank account of brij mohan sharma is exists with pnb vasundhara branch ghaziabad and pension should be credited into the same account, also they clarify that this account is transfered from pnb shaibabad branch ghaziabad. They also sent letter to branch manager...

                        I have been complaining about my issue with pnb's complaint and care departments regarding my debit card not working for certain online transactions. Initially they responded and asked for some further details and when i submitted they turned mute. Its been a month now that i have been regularly trying to get something out from them to let me understand the reasons or enable me to do the same but i guess all they are good at is keeping mum and keeping all to themselves. Being a customer i have full right to know what is wrong with card and what can be done.

                          I am pnb customer, i had trying last 2 days of atm, but atm services are not working. 2 machines are available but not a single machine working.
                          Date of incidence - 06, 07 sept 2017.
                          Please activate the machines asap, so customer can used facility near by home, otherwise closed the atm.

                          I trying the given number but they are not entertained and not pick my phone.
                          I am very disappointed with the pnb services, already pnb bank is available in market, but no one is responding and checking the machine day by day.

                            This is manisha from bangalore. I never got such a worst service from any bank. I booked a train ticket online through irctc the amount was debited from account after that i got msg that the ticket has been not booked your amount is refunded. After calling several times to customer care gave many times complaint, wrote a written complaint to the respective branch till i did not get any solutions its been 8th month now. I spoke to some supervisor on phone as per him wrote a e-mail also but they even dont bother to reply. I am seriously pissed with this kind of service.

                              I purchased lenovo k8 note mobile phone ₹13998 from amazon on 18/8/2017 and done full payment by debit card but order was cancelled on 22/8/2017 and now amazon is saying that refund has been send to bank. So contact customer service and file charge dispute they had given me a no. Refund reference number is[protected]
                              But customer service is saying they can file nothing like charge dispute and can only check if money came to your account or not.
                              Same behaviour by branch also.
                              Don't know what to do

                                14th july 2017 i used pnb's rupay debit card and credit a amountof 399₹ for recharge for my mobile to jio but my money should debited on my account, after some time my jio connection is not working then is hould call to jio customer care they said to me that your amount is not received to us i surprised how can that happens, then i should called to punjab national bank, s customer care service number they said louge a complaint number is m[protected], your amount will refund in 45 working day i said ok, after some days i called it back then they said take a ticket no m[protected] and went your home branch and mailed by manager i don it. After than i waiting for my refund but pnb bank did not give any update pr any status forr my refund. After 50 days i should called and asking for my refund to asking my account no, phone no and my father's name again i said to all after that they said your amount is successful recharged in 14th july you can confirm to jio customer care service, after i called to jio customer care service number and they said your amount is declind and they didn't receive any amount by my side this means some wrong with me. They didn't refund my amount pnb bank is fraud bank it's use other money for his profit this banks service is very very third class, if you should call to customer care service number of punjab national bank they didn't have any idea how they help to customer's very poor quality bank is this, i requested to all people don't keep your moeny in this punjab national bank this not to work it's only for use money of others.

                                  I am ankita garg only and single d/o smt babita garg and shri mukesh garg and having only younger brother master ankit garg in our family. Just after my birth in year 1995 my father deposited fdr in pnb, naveen mandi, meerut in my birth name ms puja i. E. Before schooling, after schooling i got name as ankita. On dated 14.08.2017 i visited bank to en-cash the fdr, but bank officer told me that concern person is on leave. My father provided my aadhar[protected] along with self declaration and aadhar of my mother smt babita garg and requested him to transfer the amount in my bank account in the name of ankita garg d/o babita garg and mukesh garg through neft/rtgs. Finally on dated 18.08.2017 bank in-charge told me to bring affidavit duly verified from the court. Kindly note that i am physically challenged divyang girl and could not move independently and came to know that making of affidavit verified from the court will cost about rs.250.00 to rs.500.00 so who will bear the same shall i or bank. Last week i urgently required the payment but due to rigidness of bank officer i could not get the payment.

                                  ​according to our honorable prime minister sir self attested document is more reliablethan other. I requested bank officer that you may verify my identity details personally. But he misbehaved and told me that this is not part of his duty.

                                  I forwarded my complaint to pnb many times, but they closed my complaints one sided and without any solution.

                                    The manager of hardev puri branch is so rude. He didn't even know how to talk with youngers and elders too. He is pathetic. Even the employees are not dedicated towards their work. They work according to their mood, working hours doesn't matter to them. The employe name priyanka. She is never on her table. I am facing this problem from last 15 days i m totally exhausted.

                                    I tried to withdraw money from SBI ATM VIRAR WEST MAHARASHTRA but at end the atm didnt dispensed money and TRANSACTION TIME OUT is displayed. i tried twice and both times it was failed. but Rs 1000 is deducted from my account twice. please look into the matter and solve as soon as possible.

                                      I kanwarjit singh has saving account in pnb, ssi, branch, cheema chowk, ludhiana, punjab (141003). Today i wanted to transfer some amount to pspcl but not transferred. I went to bank and asked from 1st counter adjoining manager's cabin a madam said that the amount i got in my account which was 1 lac rupees they have to take back (Recover from me). I asked why then she said that ammount was transferred to my account through cheque but on that cheque there should be two signatures of two partners. I said ok. Now question is my account is individual and i got money via cheque from party and bank passed the cheque then now why they are behind me. They can ask that partnership firm.

                                      Mr. RK Juneja( Bank Manager) is doing his own wish . He is denying to give my frozen account reason in writing. If something happens to my family Bank Manager will be responsible. I have only 4500 INR which has been frozen.
