For your kind information in January 2017 I was paying Commission Exam fees through PNB Debit card, Rs. 413/- deduct from my acount but exam fees not proceed, I have tried to another atempt for fees process but in vain, and other amount of Rs. 413/- deduct from acount.
I have complained against this to customer care number-[protected], customer care executive provide me two complain number- M[protected]/ M[protected] and said amount will refund within
30-45 days, but amount not refunded till date. 02 March 2017 i have make a phone call on customer care number, Mrs. Sanju recieve my call, I interduce her about my problem after 10-12 minute conversation she was failure to solve my problem. She was talking in rudely sense when i was asking her about amount refund and cut my phone call without hearing my complaint,
so i am requesting to you if customer care executives are not able to solve customers problems and no manners of talk, so why they are sitting on customer care executive chair.
Kindly take the neccessery action against these types of executives and guide them to solve customers problems.
