I have done a transaction on 12 Jan 2017 but got failed and money got debited so on same day registered complain with Pnb ang got ticket no M[protected] and those people said maximum 45 working days enough to resolve. But still they are unable and asking more days. Such a useless banking team. Such people of their money get debited they will get back soon. Bank people want over time money and if they get late they will go on strike such useless people

    The complaint is all about the online transaction done on ist march at 3:00 pm while applying for passport online. The payment has been deducted (1500inr) from my a/c no: [protected] but not received by other side after waiting for 10 days approx i am filing a complaint. I am really facing difficulty. Please provide better services and refund money as soon as possible.

      Respected Sir, on 09.03.2017 one phone call (from No.[protected]: at 3.49 came to my wife whose account in PNB Branch, Amira Kadal, Lal Chowk, Srinagar, Kashmir in which he asked for Debit Card continuation, but during talking suddenly he started using topmost slang words to my wife.

      In this connection kindly register my complaint and take stern action against the person and oblige.

        Sir I am a pnb customer. I was booking a ticket from ndls to adi through irctc app then my amount was deducted from account and ticket was not booked.. Please help me refund my amount. My irctc I'd is foltene and account number is [protected].when I called irctc customer care they said that contact to bank and bank is saying that wait for 45 days. My transaction was made on 3 March and 4 March 2017.amount was rs. 683 and rs 3301 respectively.

          My name is manoj kumar. I am a student of 2nd year bsc (Ship building and repair) in indian maritime university.
          I have taken loan from punjab national bank goverdhan road, mathura up 281001. But problem is that they don't transfer the loan money to university when university want. Instead of this manager tells me to pay the fee myself. After tha t he will give that money to me. And when my father ask him about this as is this a rule? Then he said nahi dadagiri hai. These words are mentally harrassed me.
          Ir, if i already have the money to pay fee then why should i take loan. They are making me fool for their own gains. So i urge to take a correct action against him. And tell him to pay my fee on time otherwise there will be no benefit of taking loan. And my study will be in endanger. Many times me and my father had been already told him to transfer my fee directly from bank to university but they said that this is not the rule. We will pay your education after your exam results till then you pay your by yourself.

              I just want to tell you one thing I am your regular customer from last 5 year. This time had a very bad experience.i told to someone to put money in my account urgently he went in my own branch and put money at 12.00 'o' clock, after that I went 1.00 'o' clock to withdraw money by ATM .But I didn't get till than I called again to my friend.again he went in bank and asked to your executive.but they said that they don't have staff now they will put in my account after 4:00 . This is really unprofessional behaviour I had ever in my life .I didn't expect from your bank this type of experience.i want a asap reply on my mail id.

                Hello,
                My saving account in your branch dhampur up debited the amount RS 6000/- INR on dated 03/03/2017 in my saving account without swiping my ATM Card, Kindly resolved my issue and refund my debited amount in my account.
                I have to go in pnb branch dhampur regarding my complaint but branch manager no respond regarding my complaint. And I have called my times to customer care center but no resolved my problem regarding this issue.

                  I have to go deposits for cash payment
                  (RS 100000 INR) in my sbi bank account (A/C [protected]) but sbi branch
                  manager Amit Kumar
                  deny to deposit cash in my saving account and he said to my
                  father you can go
                  and do this work to Modi ( PM of India) and misbehavior with my
                  father by branch manager Amit Kumar.
                  Note : Kindly deposite my can payment in my saving account on urgent basis
                  because we have
                  urgent requirement of money other wise I have complaint higher authority,
                  of sbi bank branch manager Amit Kumar.

                      Our company ( UIIC ) have an of PNB IDPL VEERBHDRA every month, we deposit the check for TDS in PNB RISHIKESH branch. Today[protected], we want to deposit the two nos of TDS check for 428 rupees but PNB bank employe of head P.K Goyal didn't deposit TDS check, then we went to branch LG Road RISHIKESH and the behaviour of P.K Goyal is not good.
                      Plz check into the matter. Reply me argent.

                        My sister in law tried to withdraw 10000 from with my ATM card from Indian Overseas Bank ATM Chandigarh on 20/1/2017 and amount was deducted from my above bank account but cash was not dispense by ATM because widhdrawl limit exceeds(10000 widhdrawn on 17/1/2017 and 10000 withdrawn on 19/1/2017). 10020 is still not get refunded to me. Pls reimburse the amount.

                          I've opened a new PPF account in PNB Dharampeth Branch of Nagpur a month ago. Till now I haven't been issued PPF passbook. When asked in bank, no one has any idea about this matter and tells me that they don't have passbook printing format and will be unable to provide you with a printed passbook. Instead they are giving manual entry for transactions which I don't need. I've been given only a account statement on paper.
                          Bank is supposed to issue a printed passbook to every PPF account holder. As it needed for tax exemptions under Section 80C.
                          If they fail to provide me with a passbook soon, I'll have to transfer my PPF account to another bank, which is a cumbersome process. I want a passbook soon.

                            I was withdrawal Rs-4000.00 money through SBI ATM at Palampur (HP)at 5:29 PM (TXN NO 9086) in my A/C on date 02nd march'2017, but sorry to say that this amount has been debited in my a/c but money has not received by ATM also not refunded debited amount as on till date
                            Therefore, I humble requested to all of you please check at your end and credit Rs-4000.00 Money in my a/c as soon as possible as i need this rupees as a very urgent basis.

                              Sir/Mam,

                              For your kind information in January 2017 I was paying Commission Exam fees through PNB Debit card, Rs. 413/- deduct from my acount but exam fees not proceed, I have tried to another atempt for fees process but in vain, and other amount of Rs. 413/- deduct from acount.

                              I have complained against this to customer care number-[protected], customer care executive provide me two complain number- M[protected]/ M[protected] and said amount will refund within

                              30-45 days, but amount not refunded till date. 02 March 2017 i have make a phone call on customer care number, Mrs. Sanju recieve my call, I interduce her about my problem after 10-12 minute conversation she was failure to solve my problem. She was talking in rudely sense when i was asking her about amount refund and cut my phone call without hearing my complaint,

                              so i am requesting to you if customer care executives are not able to solve customers problems and no manners of talk, so why they are sitting on customer care executive chair.

                              Kindly take the neccessery action against these types of executives and guide them to solve customers problems.

                                99992, 99999, 99998, 99997, 99995&366331 which has been returned unnecessarily of account no.- [protected]. Account had sufficient balance but still returned without any reason or prior information and also bank have claimed a charges for wrong cheques. We want to know the reason behind this and we would like to get our issue resolved as soon as possible.

                                      Huge charges for non maintenance of saving bank account balance

I want to know that what is maximum amount chargeable for non maintainance of balance. who will choose your banking services if these types of charges imposed by your bank . [protected] which did not happen but fund deducted from my account when I processed it thorough my PNB Internet Banking portal .
