Sir,
I am hari kishan sharma s/o shiv dayal sharma a/c holder in pnb, sharda road, meerut. My a/c is [protected].Recently there happened a technical fault in withdrawing money from atm machine, in which my cash had been deducted from my account but i had not received my cash. So, i lodged complaint in pnb sharda road branch office, pnb sports complex branch office, pnb bagpat road branch office and to the circle office about that..
After a month i got back my money, but there happened a fraud with me before i received my cash.
On 26 august 2016 at 12:31 pm a received a call from cell no.[protected]. He told his name rahul gupta and told that he was speaking from mumbai pnb headquarter. He told me about my complaint that i had lodged in which i had demanded to return my cash and provide me with cctv footage of that particular atm machine. He told me about my bank account details for confirmation and also asked for atm pin compulsorily(He told me to add some numbers and then to add my atm pin in that, and told it compulsory for the process to collect my cash) for the request. And money from my account had been subtracted in three transactions of rupees 9999, 5000 and 5000 respectively. And the call terminated right then when i called him back. The cell no. Was switch off.

Sorry to say, i don't want to blame any employee in pnb, but information about my complaint given by that fellow from the other side of the call, were what i had shared in my e-mails to respective branchs of pnb as aforesaid to the mail-ids [protected]@pnb.co.in, [protected]@pnb.co.in, [protected]@pnb.co.in, [protected]@pnb.co.in, [protected]@pnb.co.in, [protected]@pnb.co.in.

I am running in fifties with a little sum of money. And then these kind of fault and fraud happen to me, which is an intense harassment to me. This is a huge amount, what i have been looted, and i will put my best efforts to recollect my money. Please take an appropriate action about this.

    I have deposit some amount of money into others accounts for the sake of job.
    But when i deposited the money there is no response from other side.
    So, i want you to please take some illegal action against that account.

    It's a humble request to you please consider my complain for the other life.

    The account is with the name of racky singh who shows that he is going to give the job after being paid.

    Please take a legal action against this account.

    Security guards disrespect the customers very rudely .this type of behaviour is unbearable.please take strict action against them.

      Name: Gajender Pal Singh; Acc. no. [protected]; Branch - 510 Army Base Work shop. Dated: 21/07/2016, I withdraw Rs 2000 from ICICI bank ATM near Continental India LTD. Modipuram. amount debited but cash was not dispensed by ATM. Again same time I tried for Rs 1000, now ATM dispensed cash. Today it is almost one month but the amount is not refunded to my Acc.

        I am Amit Chauhan. I am customer of pnb bank nandanagar kunraghat Gorakhpur uttar Pradesh.
        At 28 July 2016, I was payment from my master card. When I used my master card then at that time by balance deduct from my account and I got a deduction massage but payment were not successful.I got fed up.After some time I was again done same processe but again my balance deduct from my account. I got angry from your service.

          I hv made request to redeem my credit card points online twice... One on 16th aug ref no 1442092 n 2nd on 21st aug ref no 1450881... I hv mailed to ur credit card division n customer care of pnb... Till date i got mo response frm ur side. I hv loans n credit card o[censored]rs.. I[censored] dont care about ir customers thn i need nt to continue with u... I already requested credit card of another bank... I wll not use urs anymore... Pathetic services. Learn from other banks...

            Kindly note that this is deepak kumar s/o sh. jaiveer singh a/c no [protected] in pnb branch rohta agra up withdrawal rs. 10000 from bank of india atm txn no 301663 but i did not get money because of transaction failed but my amount has been debited from my account on dated[protected] time 9:40 am and till now have not refund my money so you are requested please do need full and help me out to get my money.

              I used a pnb atm point and used it to fetch rs.10000/ on date: 12/08/2016 at 10.38 My account was debited of rs.10000/ .in the mean time, the atm machine not worked properly because of server failure and i did not receive the cash amount rs, 10000/ . Soon i had already REGISTER the complaint at your customer care no.

                  I, Suvam Kumar, have applied for Education Loan at Punpun Branch, Patna, Bihar. Bank Manager - Mr. Rajkishore is ignoring my documents since past 20 days. I have taken admission in DGS Approved Institute under Ministry of Shipping and have submitted all requisite documents to him. Now the last date of Fees Payment for the 1st Semester is nearing and Mr. Rajkishore is giving dumb response to my family who approaches him for the progress on issue.

                  Your kind intervention into the matter will save my career of Merchant Navy before it gets spoiled due to to his irresponsible act.

                    When i used in atm from delhi so working but now i am qatar and atm card is not working, i am already registered my indian _ +91 [protected].
                    I am using for this atm only for online lic prepium purpose.

                      I used a pnb atm point and used it to fetch rs.4000/=only on dated: 12/08/2016 at 14: 19. My account was debited of rs.4000.in the mean time, the atm machine stopped because of power failure and i did not receive the cash amount rs, 4000. Soon i made the complaint at your customer care no.

                        Sbi and other scheduled banks disbursing pension to defence and civilian pensioners are giving details of pension; viz basic pension, da medical allowances etc to their pensioner. Of now pnb is only giving total amount of pension in theirnsms alerts to its pensioner. I solicit pnb to follow these bank and provide such faciities to its customer dwawing pension to satisfy its customer.

                          With due honor this is to inform you that on 23.09.2015all on a sudden at 06:13 pm i have received two messages in my mobile (registered in the pnb) that i have withdrawn rs.10540.39 +rs.9697.15=rs 20237.37 through my debit card i. e. atm card.

                          I was astonished to think and can not believe that my atm card is lying with me, how money can be debited through my atm card?

                              This is to bring your notification that on 20.08.2016 from my salary account no: [protected] an amount of rs 25, 000/- has been withdrawal without my knowledge. I was at that time in darjeeling and the atm card was with me. Then how is it possible to withdraw money from the atm of bank of india balli (Wb) branch (As per your call center records). How can someone else withdraw money without my atm card. What is the security of the money which we are keeping in the bank. I have lodged an fir in the local police station. Plz look in this case at the earliest possible or else i will take over the matter to the consumer forum.

                                Its my humble request to please raise our voice.
                                I want to bring your kind attention to an unethical criteria of recruitment in banks is going on. According to your advertisement candiate age require 25-28 for s. No-2 to 12 and 21-30 for s. No-22 to 25. S. No. 2 to 12 has scale 2 officers post and s. No. 22 to 25 has scale 1 vacancy. Scale 2 is highers than post then how to age criteria has low to scale 2 post instead post of scale 1 post. Please sir, its would be greater than criteria age in scale 2.

                                  I am prabir ghosh residing at vijoy apartment 3rd floor jatindas road majherpara ichapur 24 parganas north west bengal i have an a/c in pnb since 2005. My a/c no is [protected]. I had internet banking facility which i was accessing regularly but due to have some problem i did not access or rather not operated net banking facility from last one year, now i am not able to log in through my existing user id and pass word. The same facility has been locked as per version local branch as i have not used the same from last one year. Mr biswajit of that same branch unlocked the same, nearly one month back then also i could. I could not log in,. Again i went to branch again the same gentleman did some thing but did not get success. Rather i feel it is out of their reach to activate my a/c. Please instruct to competent authority to activate the same facility. My contact no [protected]

                                    I was done with the IMPS immediate i received message the amount was declined of Rs 600. Earlier It also happened of Rs 500. I was complaint not single action was taken yet. It seems banking authority earning like this only.
