I had submitted a standing instruction in August 2014 to PNB Kothrud, Pune branch, to transfer INR 5000 from my savings account in the same bank to the PPF account opened in the same branch. In Jan 2015, I visited the branch to get a PPF account statement to be submitted in my organisation for tax purposes. After requesting them I found out that my PPF account balance had not increased and no money was transferred to it. Due to this, I had to bear heavy IT, since I had give PPF amount as INR60000 in investments declaration and had nothing to show for it while submission. For the time being, I requested them to place a new standing instruction to deduct INR 5000 monthly and transfer to my PPF account. From the next month, this amount was being deducted twice from my account. After further deep analysis, we found out that INR 5000 was being transferred to a wrong PPF account monthly since Aug 2014. Now, they are rectifying the whole amount, however, now they are transferring it to my PPF account. I requested them to do it in my savings account since transferring it in my PPF account is of no use to me right now and I have already paid heavy IT due to this catastrophe by PNB. Transferring them to my PPF account is going to be useless to me right now. PNB is denying that they can't do anything and are also not ready to bear all the losses incurred upon me. Please help me in relieving my losses from PNB's huge error, why should the customer bear the loss for PNB's mistake?

    Today, at 12:46, my son tried to withdraw money from our joint account with Punjab National Bank ATM at Golf Course Metro Station, Noida. My branch is Sector 18, Noida (U.P). When he tried to enter the 15000/- amount after putting the password then the printed message indicated that there is no sufficient funds. On trying again for Rs. 10000/-, again it was the same message and no money came out. However, on my registered mobile number I got a message that Rs. 15000/- has been debited to my account. The copy of the print out of the balance slip & mini statement, are attached for your reference and shows: 20150322 EFT/CASH WDL/ D 15000.00. Ledger Bal : +[protected].85. I immediately called up your customer care centre [protected] at 12:53 pm and Ms. Neema replied. She took my identification details and lastly told me that since it was Sunday today, so she is unable to see the transaction and asked me to lodge a complaint tomorrow on Monday. I again called customer care at 1:00 pm and Ms. Divya picked up. She also gave the same reply. PNB should immediately arrange immediate credit of Rs. 15000/- back into my account number.

        upur Dua have a joint account with my father Mr. Raj Kumar Dua in Punjab national bank, Jheel branch Delhi. On 19 February i had registered a complaint of 1000 Rupees which got stuck in ATM machine during the transaction, I immediately call customer care of Punjab national bank they gave me complaint number and respond that I'll get back the amount in 7 working days, But now they are saying that my request has been rejected and the reason is transaction successful . Its my humble request you to solve my problem, tell me the alternative or to check the video coverage of that day so that i can get my money back.           I grant the study loan to the PNB, rohini, sec 5, and mention the purchase of laptop, i have to submit my all fees slip and marksheet to the bank. today i go to the bankat 10.00am for issue of demand draft for purchase of laptop, the loan department have to say that today is cheif manager is not yet present in the bank .and you will come at after noon at 2.00pm, now i go to the home .then again i go to the bank at 2.00pm.then loan department Mr. Gupta has to say that i cant issue the demand draft to you because o[censored]neven issues.and i will still wait at 5.00pm .for issue of demand draft.my complaint for the loan department Mr Gupta why wasting of my time and do not give proper guidance to me, and proper language is not used while he was talking to me...

              I am using my ATM card (Master card) for online and other purposes without any difficulties but once I forgot my 3D security code which I tried thrice so that my ATM card got deactivated and could not use for online payment because of authentication failed. I called toll free number and no proper response for that. Kindly guide me to proceed further.

                i have lost my debit card, My Name : Chintamani ratn jain . Account Number : [protected] . i am try from last night date 4/ 3 / 2014 . but your toll free numbers[protected]/[protected] are not working, even i am continuously trying from last 12 hours . please block my card immediately .
                I was withdrawling cash for ATM. But transaction is failed and about Rs. 3500 deducted. It's is my account number [protected].transaction day is 8 Feb 2018.

                        Sir, My self Rajesh Kumar Roy, having saving account no. [protected], with PNB branch Chidana Mundlana, Haryana. In the month of sept 14, i have done 2 transaction, but pnb deduct 3 times from my saving account. I contact more then 50 times with PNB Branch Manager Mr.Gayan Singh, but he is unable to resolve the same. I ask to give the detail of 3 transaction. Now PNB deduct the interest of 50000.                               With respect fully i want to say that yesterday while filling my JSSC form, i had done online payment through net banking but after that also it was showing payment not received and i have got message of deduction of Rs 500. from my account this happened yesterday at 1:19pm dated 12.02.2015. After that i talked to billdesk department helpline no. and they told me to give compaint on this site with" Transaction id, Date & Time & Amount been deducted". Therefore i am giving all the above details below.

                                On 19-October-2014 I have make a withdrawal of INR 10, 000/- by my Punjab National Bank Debit Card from a State Bank of India ATM in Bareilly, UP. Amount was debited but cash was not dispensed. I have made a complaint to Customer care of PNB, now they are telling your complaint is rejected with giving any reason. I have also met the Branch Manager with a application but he is also not giving me any satisfactory answer. Please help on this issue.

                                  On 11 November 2015, I visited PNB Chandigarh Road Branch, Ludhiana, Punjab for opening a saving account. I had all valid proofs with me. I was addressed by an employee of the bank. But a sudden discrepancy came later in the documents. Later, I was asked to go to Mr. Vinay Chopra, Chief Manager of Branch for clarification. He was not attending my query as he was quite busy in watching some movie clip on his personal computer. I was standing there for almost 10-15 minutes. But I was not sought by him. I said sir please listen to my problem. He said come tomorrow. I said I have taken holiday from job for this purpose I cant come tomorrow. He said, he can't do anything in this case. Then I said sir you must be caught in camera and will be seen as watching movie in office time. He said there is no camera in my cabin. So, I oblige here please look after such people who are making fun of banking these days. I came out without asking anything from him. This really humiliates the name of PNB. Now I have opened my account some other bank. Thanks

                                    Hi, I applied for loan on 20th December. I got sanction letter on February 3. Bank took initial processing fees of - 5618 rupees Took 4000 rupees for legal as cheque in the favour of Jurismetrics but then spoiled it and took cash from us for the same.                                     Respected Sir, I used PNB ATM on 21/10/14 in Lucknow for withdrawing 10, 000 rs. I insert my card at 5.11 pm and start my transaction but when I intered my 10000 rs amount, The screne of PNB ATM Machine become blanck and nothing shown on the screne. I waited over there for 4-5 Minutes but neither the amount nor the receipt of my transaction came out, Immediately i move to near by ATM Machine of SBI Patiyala and to check my balance I withdraw 1000 rs at 5:16 pm . Till that my balance was correct and I thought due to some PNB ATM machine problum my previous transaction using PNB ATM was cancelled. On 27 th when I have to withdraw again 10000 rs from my a/c, I use ATM, I came to know that 10, 000 is deducted from my a/c from PNB ATM. SIr I lock my complain with my bank of baroda branch, and they process my complaint with PNB and reply that 10, 000 is released from ATM at 5:18 pm. I ask to see the CCTV footage but they are not providing me that, Sir How could I know that after 7 min. that amount came out from atm. and its not my fault that PNB ATM machine is not working and released transaction after so much time.                                       Through this forum I want to draw attention of rbi that when the govt is doing its bit by opening 0 balance accounts for the poor; there are some banks which are looting their customers. i have a sb ac no. [protected] with the pnb. recently they deducted 200 as qab charges from my ac without any information. in addition they charge 112 as annual atm charge. and 16.85 as sms charge every 2 or 3 months.. add to this 25 for deposits through the cash deposit machines. and 25 to 40 for deposits made at other branch. Sir if this situation does not change. small savers like me will end up losing their hard earned money instead of earning interest. therefore i request you to take some steps in this regard i also appeal to you to take some action for the sake of small investors like me thanks and regards sunil kumar
