Respected Sir, It is so disgusting to report you that PNB customer care service is simply useless i have been complaining about about my unknown deactivation of my 3d secure services of my pnb debit card but their is no proper step taken to resolve it, everyday when i call up they ask same account number and tell to wait for next 24 hours. What is this sir, No solution to the customers problem just enjoying the free salary. please help me sir, sahil paudel [protected]

    On 12-13 july PNB updated his Net Banking Website and from that time i am facing problem and unable to do any transaction. I have contacted to customer care 4 to 5 times and also sent e-mail 5 times related to my problem. Every time they say that your problem will be solved soon. But it has been about 20 days but my problem is not solved yet.please help..

      As its 7-8 days left for filing returns of Income tax, But the PNB branch of Shuli (Darlaghat), Solan, Himachal pradesh is not providing Form 16A, which contains information regarding TDS (tax deducted at source). The branch officials are not taking this issue seriously, and not even entertaining enquiries.

        hello sir i am from gopal singh i have open a ne w acc in PNB it gives me a master card -debit card. for online shoping i registered card in pnb electracard site for "3D secure service".after certain days i see that the service is deactivated on my card so i can not purchase online items what i ahve to do now ? i cal;l to customecre at [protected] they registered my complaint and tell me that service will re activated on my card in 3 days but it not activated i again call them and they again said me that it will activate in 48hrs .i went to branch of pnb they terll me they can nt activate this service. please hell me!! my acc no:[protected]

          I have been forced by PNB Metlife Insurance to buy one Policy vide Policy No.21046819 for Rs.30000/- . While purchasing the Policy they were clear that If I do not pay further installments for two years I will get the money back . Now they say that Policy is lapsed and I can not get refund of Rs.30000/- Which I have invested from my savings and hard work. Now they say that I should have cancelled the policy within 15 days of the receipt of the policy documents. But the fact of the case which I can prove that I have received the polcy after 20 days of my payment, which I have already highlighted to them. Since 20 days I receive only recorded message for my mail saying that their official will answer within 2 days time. I have sent yhem more than 200 times but no answer from them except recorded message. I have approached more than 10 persons in Bangalore, they also say that PNB Metlife is a fraud company and they are also cheated by this company. I have all their reference also which I am attaching with this letter. I have invested Rs. 30000/- from my hard earned money and invested in good faith and I need this money back from them with 16% interest .

[protected], use my card and done online shopping from shopclues.com. the order no. for shopping was 15947297. i raised FIR with fir no. 219, in police station sec 18 gurgaon. gurgaon police had arrested these criminals and found many account data and other goods. please help to recover my money. and i want to know from PNB that how these criminals creack pnb 3d pin. how i fait pnb for future. please help me to recover my money. my contact no. is [protected]

              Sir, on[protected], I made online fee payment for SIDBI exam registration of rupees 500 through my PNB debit card. My transaction was failed with error "Reason:Sorry! we are unable to process your transaction.Please contact us at [protected]@bill desk.com for any queries".                 Sir, I Miss NIsha, Punjab National Bank Saving Bank A/C No. is[protected] at South Extn. Part 1, New Delhi, had one transaction in Canara Bank ATM at Bhagwan Nagar, Near Maharani Bagh, New Delhi on 11th June, 2014 at about 20:21.
                1. Withdrawal order for Rs.2000/-, but got Rs.1600/-(Rs.400/- short) instead of three 500-/ denomination notes I got one 100/- denomination notes because of misloading of notes in the ATM machine.

                I gave a complaint to the PNB Bank Customer Care Executive, I got complaint no. 61454952. He received my complaint assured of refunding the amount within seven days.

                I dont know about their fates, but for the Manager kept on telling me that, he has approached the email to customer care. But no results till today. The persons who are authorised to load the notes into the said ATM are the Branch Manger and a clerk. I dont know what actually is going on. But this is very ridiculous and in case no action taken to refund my money, will be referred to the Customer Grievances and The Court.

                    We have used Pnb ATM in uttar pradesh and my money not come out from ATM machine, but in my account balance has debited rupees of 15000.00. i have file comlaint at pnb help desk, my home branch, cvc, and on ombudsman,
                    but these all are take long time, and said you have got the money, but just i want see video recording of ATM machine.

                      dear sir/ madam My wife has taken Rs 2, 90, 000/- education loan from punjab national bank for her B Tech course on 2006, and last instalment taken on March 2009. bank has started deducted money from saving account which was connected with loan account from 2010 onwards. We had paid partialy money and still Rs 2, 50, 000 is remaining. Now we had visited, the branch about subsidy on interest on education loan, but bank manager is refusing and saying that she is eligible as she had paid partially amount and full amount is not outstanding.                         My Name is Khemchand Rathod I have withdrawal 10, 000/- by idbi bank ATM Krishnanagar Ahmedabad .
                        amount debited from my account but not receive by me, I have raised a complain for same day to PNB call centre.

                        Complaint No Given to me : M[protected]

                        I have visited branch for the but manager himself was not giving me proper answer for the same.

                        I have asked for my Written complaint them to take but they refuse to take complaint.

                        I asked for the Compliant/suggestion register but they refuse to give me the complaint register.

                        Still I am Waiting for there reply I am not getting any Answer I am following regularly but I am Not getting any Solution.

                        So Request you to help me in this matter.

                          My name is Raman Kumar I hell vill & post - Hasanpur-Madanpur which is located to dist-haridwar. I have an a/c in Punjab National Bank branch chhutmalpur dist- Saharanpur (U.P.). My a/c no is [protected]. On date 17/04/2014 cash withdrawal Rs. 600 form ICICI ATM and after 1 hr I received a massage my a/c debited with Rs.10.00. And within 10 mints I received 2 more massage my a/c debited with Rs. 5000.00 and Rs. 4900.00. Total amount is debited Rs. 9910.00. This amount is not used by me. And no more shopping any purchasing by me. And for security ever secure my ATM, password and my ATM forever used by me.
                          But branch manager not take action in this matter in last month of May 2014 no response to me regarding to my a/c.


                          Please you have to take immediate action on Punjab notational bank and related team.

                                    dear sir/madam, I have PNB account with account number [protected]. As i didn't found my previous ATM card, i want to apply for new card. i have tried a lot to customer care number but phone was always busy. by somehow, i blocked my ATM card, but pnb representative said that complained number only got from customer care (toll free). i just want the complained number so that i can apply for new ATM. also i want to activate net banking for my account.
