I have ordered the product by amazon.in on 22/09/2021.the amount of product was ₹499. And i have done payment by my pnb debit card. The expected date of refund initiation was 03/10/2021.the order id was[protected].and RRN -TRLUC9WL0000KTOSSR8K....

On 8th October I placed an order from swiggy...bt that order was mismatched so I requested to refund my money..now swiggy has initiated the refund bt my bank has not received the amount yet...

I've orderd a item from amazon and returned it worth Rs 2399. Rs 20 I paid from Amazon Pay balance. They have initiated the refund with refrence number 5134041275033232559683. Rs 20 for Amazon Pay and Rs 2379 for PNB account. I've received Rs 20 in amazon pay balance but not in bank account.

I placed an order on Amazon on 1st October 2021 of amount Rs 22999 through UPI. However I cancelled it after 10 minutes. Amazon refunded the amount on 2nd October 2021 and told that it would be credited within 5 working days. However the amount has yet not been credited.
