Pnb Debit Card Activation

dear sir,
I have issued a pnb debit card from this branch some day ago but this debit card yet not be activated.when i use this debit card a message display on the atm machine '' pnb debit card should used after 24 hours of activation. or otherwise contact the bank branch''. i try many more times but everytime same message shown here. i contact the branch but they didn't any response to my complaint.br...

I have not received dividend for 90 shares of pnb which was declared after

    mujhe abhi tak is cheque ka amount nahi mila hai. Mai kai bar bank ko is bare mai likh chuka hu. but meri baat pr abhi tak koi action nhi liya gaya hai

      actualy i m a student .i have just completed my graduation now i want to do m.b.a. but i do not have a strong financial condition.my father has died earliar and ther is only my mother who is a low paid earner.i heard that nationalized bank provide the education loan and to collect the information about it i met my nearest p.n.b. bank manager but he did not giv me proper informatoin nd he told me that i can not avail this facility bcoz my father has died nd my mother is alow paid earner.now me nd my mother are worry to take my future .about it i have given a writen application to regional manager of my distric headquater very earlier but there is no reply .now i became very hopeless about the banking system of our country.i hope this time i will get justice. the details of the bank r panjab national bank gangoh district saharanpur u.p.thanking u m.quddusi gangoh saharanpur
      Dear Sir/Madam

      I applied an education loan for Rs 5, 50, 000 in the Punjab National Bank - Branch Yamuna Vihar on January 27, 2009. For the admission in the MBA February 2009 Batch. I submitted the completely filled form and attached all the asked doccuments. The branch manager said it will take upto 1 month for the loan to be sanctioned. On managers advise I submitted the Rs 41, 500 to the college to secure the admission.

      Even after three months the loan was not sanctioned. I visited the branch about 30 times. Every timer i ask the manager about the status he say that they have not received the latter from the Loan Sanction HUB. Than one day I visited the Loan Sanction HUB on advice of the branch manager.

      In the Hub they Said they will sanction upto 4 Lakhs. Now 5 (Five) months have gone but the loan status is still hanging. at last we said please go with the 4, 00, 000 amount and we will arrange the remaining amount.

      But Now what they (HUB) said they will not even give loan for 4 Lakhs. What is this??? My admission is now cancelled. My 6 precious months are wasted. Also the amount 41, 500 I paid to the college are not refundable.

      Please take a serious speedy look into this. It is about my future. There is no bank in the world hwo take 5 months to sanction an education loan and destroy a student's career.

      I KANHAIYA KUMAR(V semester student of B.Tech I.T.) has taken loan from your branch TURK TELPA (BIHAR).Since the loan covers 4lakh amount under my father, inclusive of loan for my brother's education.I myself as a co-loaner under the same scheme of education loan have one lakh seventy seven thousand five hundred only(Rs.1, 77, 500/-).But now it 's not looking possible to complete my degree.So please make an extension in my loan amount so that I could make a favour to the bank and my family both by completing my degree.       Sir,
      I SHADMA SARIN has taken loan from your branch SHALIMAR BAGH for BCA[protected] under the scheme of education loan of "One Lakh Thirty Thousand" only(Rs.1, 30, 000/-).But now I want to make extention for that loan for MCA .So please make an extension in my loan amount so that I could make a favour to the bank and my family both by completing my degree. I need an additional amount of Rs.2, 34, 250/-(3 year fees) to complete my course.Please tell me the right procedure.

      I applied in amity noida for my course of Bachelor of journalism and mass communication(BJMC) and for that applied for an education loan in Punjab National Bank Hazratganj branch,Lucknow more than a month ago (august 13th-14th ' 09) which has not been able to get clearance till now(30th september' 09) and due to which i am not able to submit my first installment in the college and not able to attend the college, because of which i have missed a lot of study as my course began long time ago.Nobody except me is suffering.Please help me,what to do.All the neccessary documents have been submited by the bank.The bank has a rule of personal investigation at home,known as F.I. which did not take place at all and a fake report was submitted to the bank.No body came to our resident for any such investigation but reported they came twice,my father,Sanjay Khanna is ready to give it in written that no such investigation has yet been made.Hope to receive a response soon from you.       i applied for the loan for education they said u will be getting before 1 jan 2010. now its 6 jan they are r saying that our bank has stopped loan to this college. since frm month they said u will get. now the college will start i m in do or die situation please help

      Hi All,

      I think other consumers must also be facing this issue but one of my friend is certainly facing and i therefore feel a social responsibility to share this with you all. The bank takes lot of time in even replying bout the status of a loan application. When a person goes there, the staff will hardly pay attention to the enquiry and after making u wait for a pretty long time they will think of hearing our query. The staff in the bank is too slow and sleeping most of the time. These public banks who are supposed to service public is seamlessly useless and pathetic. So many of my friends are still waiting to know the status of the enquiry. Nobody in the bank will attend to you and i[censored] ask the name of the official who will be attending to your application , then they would also not reveal the name saying that we dont disclose names here as in they are work with CBI. Most of the time the staff is on leave or busy drinking tea/coffee. Instead of serving public, they are busy serving themselves. Pathetic bank along with pathetic service and staff. I dont know why do they even exist.

      Feel free to share your experience here. We live in a free country wherein we not only have a right to speech but being a citizen of this country , it become our responsibility to help people around us.

        I have done a reacharge of Rs. 100/- to my idea mobile no [protected] through paytm by online reacharge near about 10.00 am on today 22 Sep-2011 and reacharge was not done. I received a sms for dedcution of Rs. 100/- from PNB by sms alert but no sms and no balance received in my mobile no [protected]. So you are requested to refund my amount in my PNB saving account .

        this is to notify you that, i booked one bus ticket through internet banking, and my money was deducted from my savings. now that i have cancelled that same ticket, i did not got my money back. please help me. my sms alert no. is [protected].

          Sir i have a saving account in Punjab National Bank in Kolkata branch Sankharipara. Two months ago i had applied for an Personalized ATM cum Debit card in which Account holder names is punched as because when taking any type of loan or while purchasing some products from shops in installments payment they asked for proof where punched ATM card is required that is why i applied for the same . Since after at least 2 months when there was no response from the bank i went personally went there two know about the matter then there they gave me the personalized ATM card but my name is not Punched over it as it is a rule in personalized card that they must punched the name of the owner.When i noticed the fault in it , i told the bank authority they told me too asked from the Head office which is in Delhi, I rang up there also but they told me to ask from the regional Head office and the same response was from there also. Then i again asked my branch authority where my saving account is then again told me too call the Head office ,Delhi and this process kept on going no one was ready to accept the fault. After loosing my hope i again called the help line number of Punjab National Bank but the customer executive spoke to me very rudely that they can't do anything .I was physically harassed as i was running from branch to branch though my problem seems to grow bigger. Generally this card are made in Head office which is in Delhi and issued from there but they are blaming regional head office and regional head office is blaming my branch office. I wanted to buy a laptop for my sister as she need it very badly for her higher studies but i am not able to buy it because no electronic shop is ready to give me in installment payment mode as this card is required as proof . I request to the concerned person to please look in to the matter as the more days pass my sister studies is going to affect more and more . I will be highly obliged if they kindly solve the issue as early as possible.

          Three months old Salaried account but didn get the ATM card till date..from PNB,CIMS Bilaspur Branch..

          I m the accountholder of Punjab national bank(mugbasan branch)paschim mednipur. My Saving account number is 5953 I was withdrawn 400/ cash in SBI ATM,(bidhan nagar br ), but the ATM did not responded & deduct Rs. 400/ in my account. please give me the money as soon as possible.
          PLEASE BLOCK MY ATM CUM DEBIT CARD OF SB-A/C [protected] FOR ANY FURTHER UNATHOURISED USAGES

              Allowing the savings accounts nominations invalid by not having the nominations of literate a/c holders witnessed at Punjab National Bank Korba Branch.

              Charge : Because the staff at PNB, Korba did not know, and also the Inspection of the branch failed to ensure, that “The nominations taken for deposit account (savings a/c) should be duly witnessed by one witness in the case of literate customers.” (In case of illiterate persons who put thumb impression, two witnesses are required.), a nominee of deceased savings account holder did not receive the amount. The account became claim case as the branch failed to take witness for this account and the money went to the husband of the deceased instead of the mother of the deceased who was the nominee. The mother later told me, the then branch manager of Punjab National Bank, Korba branch, that her son-in-law duped her and did not give a single rupee to her out of over Rs. 80,000/- in the claim account.
              Proof: The claim case of PNB, Korba branch referred to Zonal Office Raipur by my predecessor and pending with the Zonal Office, Raipur on the date of my charge taking in Dec. 2005. All the accounts opened in 1990s which are on either side of this deceased claim case account and the savings account of Mr RK Chourasia. On the day Mr RK Chourasia came to open his C.A A/c [protected], I took fresh nomination in his savings account also which also did not have witness for the nomination of his savings account opened in the 90s.

                Dear Sir,

                We hold 5(five) Savings Account with PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK, Salt Lake Branch for past 10 years.
                We have shifted far away from the branch address and have approached to the bank for closure
                of account. At initial I went with closure of 1(one) account and they successfully closed it
                within half an hour without any complains.

                Again I went with 2(two) accounts for closure, but now they not showing interest in closing
                and making hell lot of problems, unnecessary harrassing the customer. I being a son approached
                to bank with a application duly signed by the account holder. In the application it was
                mentioned that cheque leaves has been destroyed by us. At initially they said you have to
                bring cheque book and pass book. When giving the pass book to them they said now the account
                holder has to come at person to close the account.

                I just wish to know is there is any law where it is mentioned that the account holder himself
                have to come and close the account.

                Please help.

                    Dear Sir/Madam,

                    I have goen to Central Bank of India ATM in Pune (Hadapsar), I had try to get Rs.10000/- from ATM on 21/08/11. My ATM Card is PNB bank. But insted of giveing me money the ATM has debit money from my Accounts & shows insufficient ammout in my account. I have tried 2 time the same but I has not money.

                    When I check with Ministatement I found my account has debited for Rs.10000/-

                    I have make a complaint with toll free no [protected](PNB) they have assign br complaint no. 56045111 on 22/08/11. But after waiting 7days I have not receive money. Insted of giving money they said your claim has been rejected.

                    I had talk with Central bank Of india & PNB also still no result .

                    I request you pls. ask then to show Video file & ATM statement. I am ready to face any one. Just for your info that ATM doenot have phone facility. neither complient book also. we only had take with that secirity.

Later on one currency note of Rs 1000/- (No. of the note : 2BF 574810) out of the withdrawn money was declared fake. It is requested to exchange the fake note .

                        To all Banks,

                        I want to draw your attention towards unnecessary inconvenience caused to customers of Banks when they use them on other Banks ATMs which capture ATMs while processing Payment or other transaction.

                        What happens if a person of Delhi e.g. tries to withdraw cash in Haridwar and by whatever reasons may be that power failure, wrong passwords, card already blocked not activated...

                        but till date the amount has not been credited in my account and branch officals are now saying that we dont know whree he amount is and we are helpless and u do whatever u can we are not in the position to credit it in your account.
                        i have filed a complain in customer care complain no. 55920805.
                        i have also approached the circle head office but today when i asked them for the same they told me to contact the branch whre i deposited the money.
                        so sir/madam so what should i do now

                              i want to fixed deposit 100000 rupee,when i went to bank(11am) they told me you have to come at evening (after 4 pm) while the day was Saturday, when i reach their i am becoming fool the bank was closed.Once again i went for same purpose they told me that we are busy you have to came here another day.what i have to for there this much noncooperation.
