    I applied for pnb net banking in January 2010 and haven't received my id till now.When i ask in the bank he just tells me to come on a later day each and every time.Now i m doing job in Delhi so i can't go there for asking my id. When i call him he can't receive call My account no. is [protected] and my account is in PNB ratgal Branch Kurukshetra.

    We have the account of our company with PNB in chandigarh. One of our business party in Nagrota distt. Kangra[H.P.] having a/c. in SBI gave us a payment. We wished to deposit the same in the local branch so that the same could be cleared in a couple of days since it would take a very long time if we would deposit in chandigarh. The bank refused to entertain us despite repeated request. The bank Manager even refused to talk to seniors. I wish to know if it was right on part of the bank to do so. I also wish to ask that what is the fun in getting computerised branches if such a small request cannot be entertained for the benefit of the consumer??? Are the nationalised banks still not ready to understand the values of good SERVICES????
    Accuatually my atm card is damaged I have requested the bank member to issue me a new but they demand for Rs250 INR for issueing the new atm card now what shall I do but when I go online I found that for duplicate Atm CArd charges is Rs100 INR what is this ..

    I am govt. servent my salary is coming in Pnb but when I applied for personal loan they say that you need go here and there for documents and some manager is demanding for some money for the loan I have proof ...

    Myself, I am General Manger, with multinational service operation in India, Located in Lucknow.
    personally having good relations with the bank despite my personal log in password is not accessing the online account no [protected] This is personally brought to the notice of chief manager Mr Anil Sharma and his assistant Mr Barjatya in written now it is over 6 months no avail.

    Petty reasons like " Decenber there were lot of hoilidays', " January workload", 'shortage of staff", comming seven days ofcourse your work will be done. Pl. Justify these statments.l

    There is written notification by local GM that every branch should bring 250 numbers of consumers on line for netbanking if you are not able to support existing customers you are touching the hornets nest more problems and letters to RBI will flow for firming steps. We are earnest supporters to the bank it pains a lot, when we are treated so irrationally, what will happen to the common man, old pensioners handicaps etc. Please try to improve the service for whish which you profess so loudly, Is Any One Reading, Listening, THEN STAND UP AND DO THE JOB

    your banking site is so slow to open that it may be wiser to drive down to your already busy bank which takes its own time to attend to you as they are stuck in banking procedures and dont have time for account holders who are basically a nuisance for the permanent bank employees. Please ease the situation at your internet site, speed up the site, there are so many passwords in acessing the account as it is. We will definitely be of help to your hardworking employees as we will be able to carry out our transactions without disturbing them in complying with the complex banking day to day procedures they have to deal with.

    This regarding my account with pnb (Acc num-[protected]),banashankari branch,bangalore.I have my customer id,login & transaction password ,however when I am trying to login it asks me to register for IBS sheild,the option that am not getting.When I called their customer care number @ [protected] & [protected] nobody picks up the call and at the end I am stuck without my problem getting fixed.When I called the branch office where I hold the account first they said I should immediately get a pop up asking to register to IBS shield whenever I login to the webpage of pnb,but when I told them about not getting the popup they just asked me to mail to [protected]@pnb.co.in.Either ways am stranded in the middle of a mess.Urgent help required.

    i m using pnb net banking 28th july recharge tata sky 351rs and 31st july 341rs but not recharge my account and debited blance my account and bank not refund my balance
    sir i had a problem with net baking still now it is not activated

      I want to let all know that PNB is a lousy bank with no customer responsibility whatsoever.

      Your money is unsafe like mine, someone took 25000rs from an atm , and PNB is unhelping even then the police. The police has filed a ddr and even then the bank says we dont know from which atm it is withdrawn , they its sbi , i go to them and they say its not our atm that has been used.

      So that means if you are a pnb customer and money gets stolen from your account forget it they will provide you with footage from atm if it is withdrawn from another bank , what a bull , i am asking for detail of my account and they say they cannot do anything?? they want me to investigate on my own.can anyone tell what atm these codes belong to because PNB is not helping

        i am gargi sharma from pratapgarh(raj).i have applied for educationel loan in PNB branch pratapgarh for MBA.i have take addmisation in very reputed institute IIPM in ahamdabad(gujrat).my father is first grade male nurse in govt. hospitel pratapgah. i have fully submited all the doccument for this loan but PNB branch manager MR. P.C bhatiya not acceptd my application for educationel loan.iam not capable to diposite to my fee.
        mr. bhatiya beheviour is very pain ful to me. he talk to me to getout from bank.he required some money to senction this loan, but iam not capable for it.the manager is very rough language for me.

          The undersigned is a Savings Account Holder at PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK North Usman Road Branch, CHENNAI and the SB Account No. is [protected]. A Fixed Deposit for a value of Rs. 3,00,000/- was opened on 03.12.2008 at the rate of 9.50%. On the due date of Maturity (03.12.2009), the FD was renewed automatically for another one year at the applicable interest rate of 6.5% for an amount of Rs. 3,29,531/- (Maturity Value). For further renewal, no intimation has been sent to the undersigned. I wanted to utilize this amount for payment of Tuition Fee of my son and enquired in the month of April, 2010. On coming to know the subsequent renewal, I have surrendered the FD on 30th April, 2010 for pre closure.

          The amount credited to my SB account was Rs. 3,32,171/-. I have enquired how the interest calculation has been worked out. The concerned clerk and the branch manager has confirmed that the FD is pre-closed, and the penalty of 2% on the applicable interest (4%) for 148 days i-e 2% is applied which works out to Rs. 2640. The undersigned explained the meaning of pre-closure as the FD is pre-closed for one year, since it has been renewed automatically for another one year and the penalty for pre closure 2% has to be reduced from 6.5% applicable interest for one year or the FD has been actually utilized for 148 days and the applicable interest of 4% for that period has to be paid.

          The Manager was not willing to listen and argued that this is the policy of the Bank. Still I have argued that suppose, the FD was not renewed further, then the amount would have been lying in Savings Account and it would fetch at least 3.5% interest calculated on daily balance basis. Putting the amount in FD is not a sin, it must earn interest more than what actually earned in Savings Account.

          Since, I have not got any justice from the Branch Manager; the undersigned had left with no option, but to inform Circle Office of PNB to get fair level of interest working. I have also verified with other PSU banks and Private Banks that these types of negative policy no were exist. Rather, one of the PSU bank, State Bank of India officer has commented that the penalty clause has been totally removed in order to attract more Deposits.

          Hence, I request that at least the no of days the FD was utilized the applicable rate of interest for that period has to be paid.

            friend, even i[censored] get this facility from this bank,
            except checking balance, u can not do anything with it, bcoz, der netbanking is completely unstable, you can not rely on this bank anytime, i[censored] are in urgency, i hv seen it no.of times in my netbanking, wenever i try to transfer funds, even inbitween my own accounts in pnb itself, it shows invalid account so u can amagine how good facility they r providing, if smtimes u r succeed, u r the most lucky.Wat i experienced with this bank, i[censored] open ur account with them then this is like

After just a few days, I could not access the same as the password was effective. I applied for & got a new password. This time, the password given by your bank was not effective at the outset itself. After exhausting all the five attempts, I gave up.               I Gaurav Verma s/o Sh. Tilak Raj Verma R/o House no. 78, Nehru Nagar, Tehsil Camp , Panipat (Haryana) wants to launch a complaint of PNB , Tehsil Camp, Panipat branch they have done fraud with me which is as follow :-

              My mother has a saving account in the panipat branch of Punjab National Account whose account no. is [protected] in the name of Radha Rani. There is one of my neighbour Suresh Raheja also active in this fruad with help of his brother Chander is also doing job in that bank. They withdrawl Rs 12500 from my mother's saving account and we are 100% sure that we had not issued any cheque or any voucher to any one of this amount. My mother did not sign any voucher or any cheque of this amount and the person who did this is also confirmed in front of Branch Manager that i withdrawl this amount and i will withdraw more amount from this account but BM is doing nothing against him.

              I visited many times to him but everytime he said that your complaint is in proccess so i went to police station and launched claim of this case they also but i m still on the way no one is helping me in the case.
              Kindly request you to pls solve this case asap i really in problem because this amount is a huge amount for me.

                Dear Sir,
                I have a current account [protected] in ur Bank. I have deposited a ch.of sum of Rs.450/(ch.no. 660098) dated 13/4/10 in Srinagar Garhwal(Branch Name SSB Srinagar).But it was not debited to my account.The manager told me that u have not entered the date,when I asked for the same he said that it was misplaced.Again I told him,that u have already my mobile no in the depositing slip than why are u not inform me.
                He is treating customers like a bagger. As I have a Vodafone Post Paid agency in Srinagar, I have to deposite E-Top cheque thrice in a month.So I transfer the money through the cheque but the problem is the maneger did not give me the transaction ID which is obstract our customer services.
                I have already give an application for transfer my account to the SSB Branch from the main branch of Srinagar.He told me after few days that ur account has been transfered but after few months the main branch executive said that ur account not transfered and the transaction charges of cash depositing is being including.

                So refund the transaction charges ASAP and take nesessary action on my complaint.

                  Sir,
                  I have voluntary retried from Sib- Division Boharakalan, Tehsil- Pataudi (GGN) on 8th July 2003. Thereafter, I was drawing pension vide PPO No. 2011 dated 27.01.04 from Sub- Division Boharakalan till October 2009.
                  In the month of Nov, 2009, Sub-Division Officer, Boharakalan has intimated me the pensioners are required to open their account in bank and henceforth pension will be paid through concerned bank only. Accordingly, I had opened a bank account in PNB- Halimani and the account No/deatil were given to Sub - Division, Boharakalan, In turn, all pension papers were forwardedby Cheif Account Officer, Pension- Division, Vidhut Nagar, Hissar, which is received by PNB - Halimandi in the month of Dec 2009.
                  Howerver, after elapse of more than 04 months, my monthly pension has not remitted to my account i.e Account No.[protected] till date. I am facing acute financial hardship for feeding my family due to non receipt of pension for the last 06 months.
                  In view of above, you are reueated to lookj into the matter personnally and pass necessary orders to concerned branch to remit my monthly pension from Nov 2009 onwards in above account woithout further delay.

                      Hi, My name is Narendra Kumar Sahu.
                      On 29-Feb-2010 I tried to withdraw 2500 Rs from PNB ATM Anupam Nagar Raipur. but it was not received and the amount was deducted from my a/c. I talked to customer care of PNB, complain id is 25862281 and I was told to wait for 72 hours, then the amount would be credited to a/c. but I did not receive my money. Then I talked to customer care again and the complain id give is 26540170 and I was told to wait for 12 working days. After 12 working days also I didn’t received my money in my a/c. I talked to customer care again and they told me to go to bank and talk to the branch manager. I talked to the bank personals, they told me that they can’t help me. Then I again talked to customer care and the again told me to go to bank. I went to bank again and gave a written complain there on 2-april-10.

                      Still I am waiting for money to be credited in my a/c.
                      Please help me. I want my money along with compensation.

                      I am not able to windraw the cash from my account from any ATM centre for the past four days. Then i made call to the bank (kannur pnb, plaza, kerala), And informed all these matters but the person who attented the call doesn't behave properly. So many other PNB costomers in my Office had the same problem. If Such type of staffs (By Whom i got such a bitter experience) are there in the PNB kannur Branch(plaza), the costomers will loast there trust in PNB Bank Kannur Branch.
                      Sir I kindly Request you to consider my problem seriously and Take necessary action for the same.

                      I Sanjay Kadam want to state that my sister name Lalita's account exist in Punjab national Bank branch situatet at DCM Building,8th floor,16 Barkhamba Road, New Delhi - 110001. On 13th july 2012 lalita went to take out money from Axix Bank Atm situated at Sohna chowk gurgaon.
                      Only slip out but monet did not out. She lodged a complaint of PNB customer care. After 20 days they rejected the comlaint
                      number 58117821. We tried many times but bank personnels did not show any interest regarding this matter. we are fed up. we are not getting our valuable money. So you are requested sir to do something for us so that we can get our valuable mone.

                        I used my ATM card to withdraw rs.5000/ from SBI ATM located at Railway road,farrukhabad on 01.may.2010 at about 9.00 pm.In course of process the last massege displyed on ATM screen was"time out for connection" and i could not receive the amount.The same massege was displyed for subsequent transactions made by some other cusomers.then I went to Vijaya bank ATM locatd at railway road ,farrukhabadand checked my balance.I was surprised to see that rs.5000/ had been debited to to my account for my unsuccesful transaction at the SBI ATM.Due to technical fault rs.5000/were deducted to my account but this money was not received by me.
                        Therefore,you are requested to eliminate the discrepency and credit my account with rs.5000/ as early as possible.

                        SBI ATM — Non receipt of cash from ATM but account debited with rs 5000

                        cash was not received from ATM. I have an savings account with Canara Bank, while trying to withdraw money from SBI ATM, I did not receive any cash but my account was debited with Rs. 5000.

                          I have a savings account number [protected] with Punjab National Bank, Aliganj, Kapoorthala Brach in which i receive family pension from Collectorate Treasury every month. But i have not yet received the pension for the month of March, 2010. On enquiring initially the bank officials denied that they have received the pensions from treasury. Then I enquired in treasury, the treasury clerk told me that the pension has been sent through a cheque dated 6 April, 2010 and was received on 9 April, 2010 by the Punjab National Bank, Aliganj. He also gave me the receiving given by PNB official, i shown it to PNB officials, they at first denied that this is not received by anybody from their branch, then one of the officer asked me to leave it with him and asked me to come next day. Now nobody in that branch is even able to tell me where in the hell the amount of the pension has gone. I am running from treasury to bank for the last one week but to no avail.

                            Fed-up with PNB. I am Punjab govt pensioner drawing pension from OBC. It was all okay till it was OBC, but the nightmare started after the merger with PNB. Till Nov, 2020 my TDS was Rs 711/ pm, however after merger, PNB deducted Rs 10571/ - and Rs 5571 for the month of Dec and Jan respectively.
                            All representations verbal and written went in air. Even the complaints to Central grievance redressal mechanism cell goes for a toss . Their plain reply comes as " your concern has been forwarded to the concerned authorities " and " Your complaint has been resolved. That's all.
                            Now I am praying God to help me.

                              My Complain No[protected]. on[protected] Rs 5K debited in my account without disbursement of cash which was tried by my wife from her add on card at Bangalore. I send a letter to my Bank at Mumbai where i am having my account. So far no action taken. I am surprise that my heard earned money i can not use in emergency. I am a regular Tax Payer and very honest person. I could not digest this thing can happen in Banking Industry where all the system makers are highly educated. This is some short of cheating which is not acceptable and if not taken seriously I am intended to go to consumer forum.

                              I would like to inform you that I am is a customer o[censored]nion bank of India.last few months, I was going for a transaction through PNB ATM Machine located here in Morar Cantt, Near Station CSD Canteen complex, Morar, Gwalior (M.P.).

                              I entered the amount of Rs 5, 000/- on dt 26 Sep 2012 through my ATM debit Card No [protected] i/r of Mr Vijay Kumar Singh but the machine no response.

                              After few minutes I have received massage on my mobile subject amount has been debited in my account but I have not received any cash from ATM and slip.

                              we have submitted the complaint on the same day at Customer Care UBI. But till date debited amount Rs 5000/- has not been credited in my account.
