This is swarup krishna D/o SH. P. K. Chanda residence ANANDA PALLY, LUMDING, ASSAM filled an application for education loan online on 29 JULY 2009 .
But the bank manager of lumding branch, Assam circle, Mr. A . Nandi, behave so indecently with us.
we are the customer of the bank, and he do not have any rights regarding such ill behaviour.
he is not even ready to talk regarding the educational loan showing some absurd reason and telling us to come later, my institute IILM Business school, NEW DELHI, having tie-up with Pnb India.
so its natural to taking loan from Pnb.But during our several visit with bank manager, all same behaviour and indecent talking behaviour .Its ridicolous how can a manager would behave, and why he deny us. Not even ready to see the documents.
Do we need to suffer like this or people like us have to suffer ?

I am a satisfied customer of PNB bank for the three two years. On 10 feb 2010, I went to withdraw cash from an ATM of SBI Bank at around 6 PM evening using my PNB DEBIT CARD, I tried for cash 700 but the transaction was turned down and no cash was received.. when I complain on pnb customer care they provide me only complain no.25239179.
kindly do the needfull.
