Dear sir,
I am Gaurav chugh bearing the A/C no. [protected] and debit card no.[protected] at benjamin road branch of your bank in Ludhiana. I would like to bring to your kind notice that I have with withdrawn Rs.1500 on[protected] from HDFC Atm at shingaar cinema road, which i have also tried atfirstly at PNB at Brown road then IDBI near CMC hospital and then AXIS near IDBI but i don't get money at these due to reasons lied with the service of bank.All the transaction are rejected by ATM and then i finally got money at HDFC in last.I my pass book bank has shown dr. bal. of Rs. 1341 but my bal. after withdrawl of Rs.1500 is Rs.159 in Credit according to HDFC Atm.More over i have swipe card on[protected] for Rs.800 but it has been debited on[protected]. Now Bank is demanding Rs.1341 for balancing my A/C.

Kindly take action to resolve the problem immediately.

i am shanker a/c no[protected] and edbit card no.[protected] regarding complaint about credit amount has been showing wrongly actual amount have keept in that a/c 5751 ...two days ago(08/10/2009) i was swip the atm card in sbi bank atm and i need to take a Rs200 i was entire the amount but not yet received the amount so far, subsequently transcation bill will be shown Rs 5551... please kindly re-credit amount rs 200 into the account

WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE 0N[protected] RS 3000 & ON[protected] RS 4000 HAS BEEN DEDUCTED FROM MY SAID ACCOUNT THROUGH ATM CARD.ALTHOUGH I HAD AN ATM FACILITY,BUT NEITHER ME NOR IN MY FAMILY IS ABLE TO USE IT.

      Hi,

      My name is Nazia Husain and i am living in south delhi, On 21st of Nov2008 i swiped my PNB debit card at ICICI bank ATM [New Friends Colony (Near Mata Mandir)] it deducted Rs 8000. and showed transaction failed due to network error and then i logged a complaint at Punjab national Bank Ashram branch and customer care officer taken my application and assured that will co-ordinate with ICICI bank and we will recover your 8000 Rs, i mentioned my all details clearly as my card no. is [protected] and my PNB account no is [protected] also i submitted transaction ID as 8100.

      Regularly i contacted with PNB Ashram branch but no response they told me we have
      sent an e-mail to ICICI bank and they will find out transaction no.8100 i waited till August2009 but no response PNB is telling ICICI bank never responded back and ultimately they suggested to complaint against ICICI bank while this is the responsibility of the PNB because i am it`s customer but no response from anywhere.

      My father suggested me to rais a complaint via SPARSH and i have great faith with SPARSH please ask these banks to returm my hardearn money as i am waiting since 10 months but they dont want to return my money.

      Please provide my money as after maternity i am in great need of money.

        Hi I have a saving account in PNB Gurukul Kangri - Haridwar branch. I have sixteen digit a/c no. I had submitted Rs 1500 for my a/c by cash on 29 Aug 2009 in PNB Metro branch Noida. PNB deducted Rs20/- as ISO Deposit Charge on 31 Aug 2009. When i asked customer care about the deduction of money they told me it had been deducted as i had submitted in other branch of PNB other then my home branch.

        But it should not be deducted as i have a sixteen digit a/c no and for saving a/c amount should not be deducted while submitting money in PNB branch. What should i do? Kindly help...

        I am customer of PNB BSL having saving account locker etc I had deposited in FD Rs 1500/- and the Deposit Receipt No:-QZG 535963 dated 20/06/95 for Rs 1500/- was with bank ie PNB Bhusawal and the interest for the year was deposited in my saving account i.e. Rs 180/- A/C No 7826 but from many years the interest is not deposited in my saving account after enquiry a simple answer is given, at present your FD is not traceable, Computerized work is in progress and the interest will be credited to your account along with its interest. But when? How many years. I am Cheated by the Bank, who is responsible for this, is this not the misappropriation of money there is no complaint Book available in the bank and the complaint written on paper no acknowledgement is given.

        Punjab National Bank — regarding money deducted from PNB account

        I am a student o[censored]ILS shimla .On 2nd of december 2009 there was 500 rs in my PNB account no. [protected].on the same day i withdrawl 5oo rs from SBI atm boileaugang but due to some technical defect neither i got the money and along with that my money was deducted from my account .The same incident happened on 5th of december and the amount was rs 2600 .I lodged my complaint in PNB but it was not o[censored]se ,they told me to return my money within 20 to 25 days,but it is now more than a month.I faced many problem due to this.My complaint no.are 22545940 and 22614944.Being a student i hope my humble request will be accepted.

        I have submitted a Cheque of RS 6000 in Punjab National Bank-GITANJALI ENCLAVE-MALVIYANAGAR, But after 4 Days when I check with Bank Concern for know the status due to not clear the Cheque they ask me to Meet with them and when I meet with them they returned my cheque and told that it is not possible to clear the cheque because My Account is HAUZKHAS BRANH and
        Cheque Issuing Person Account also in HAUZKHAS Branch . Please advice is it correct or Customer harresment?????????????????????????/

          I have a saving Account at PNB, Pitampura having account No. [protected]. On 30th June I tried to withdraw money from my ATM. The transaction was denied but amount was debited to my account. I lodged a complaint with the bank on the same day having a complaint no. 17510636. The amount was credited to my account but only after a delay of 43 days i.e. on the August 12, 2009.

          As per RBI's notification dtd October 23, 2008 and February 11, 2009, the banks are required to reimburse to the customer wrongfully debited on account of failed ATM transactions within a maximum period of 12 working days from the date of customer complaint.

          Due to non- complaince by the banks a further notification has been issued dtd July 17, 2009 which states that if the bank fails to re-credit the amount in the said period of 12 days as mentioned in the earlier notification then the bank will be liable to pay compensation of Rs. 100 per day to the aggrieved customer. It is further stated that the banks will have to credit the amount automatically without any claim from the customer.

          The notification dtd July 17, 2009 is applicable for all the transactions which are pending on the said date. My complaint was pending on the date on which notification was issued. Therefore, the bank is liable to pay the compensation but the bank has not yet credited the amount of compensation to my account. Kindly resolve the matter ASAP.

          PNB — does not debited cheques within period mentioned

          i m baljit singh, my c/a no. 347002100007583217583 with pnb bhagta bhai ka branch. i have deposited two drafts of co-operative bank no. as 25431 deposited on 4/8/08 amt of rs 27000/- and no. 25435 deposited on 14/8/8 amt of rs 34000/- these not cleared till date. i m facing so much problems. this is very lazy bank.

            I used my Punjab natioal bank debit card (No[protected]) of PNB,Sakchi (Account no-[protected])PNB Sakchi branch,Jamshedpur for purchase in Relience fresh shop OF GOLMURI, JAMSHEDPUR on 7-8-09 of Rs 125 *2=Rs250/(Twice ).

            After twice try by shopkeeper the transaction declined , instead I paid in cash .
            But in actual bank account the mony looks debited.Please do needed

            I am a satisfied customer of PNB bank for the three two years. On 10 feb 2010, I went to withdraw cash from an ATM of SBI Bank at around 6 PM evening using my PNB DEBIT CARD, I tried for cash 700 but the transaction was turned down and no cash was received.. when I complain on pnb customer care they provide me only complain no.25239179.
            kindly do the needfull.

              i have a pnb saving account holder a/c no.[protected] name devender singh branch add greater kalash-1 new delhi -48 . i had withdrawl 10000/- on dated 20/06/2009 by icici bank atm rohtak. but these money not come the atm machine but these amount debit in my account. so i shall request you please check the transaction as earlier as posible and my amount should be credit in my account.i have complained in parent branch in written but no action is taken till date, pls find the attachment

              NON DISPENING OF CASH BUT ACCOUNT DEBITED I have a current account No.[protected] with State Bank of Patiala Kup Kalan Branch and my ATM card No.is[protected].On 10.08.2009 I went to ATM of Punjab National Bank situated at S.S.T Nagar Patiala to withdraw Rs.2000.00.But ATM machine did not dispense cash after giving the message "Your transction is being processed ".I tried to withdraw cash twice but cash was not dispensed to me.On 11.08.2009 when I checked my account on internet, I was surprised to see that my account has been debited twice with Rs.2000.00.As such my account was wrongly debited with Rs.4000.00.I therefore request Bank officials to verify the records and credit be afforded to my account at the earliest
              tomorrow i use the atm in the pune on bavdhan on 03/10/2009 11am recepts is found not procced bt debit my amout so request refund my amount immediately Rs.5000/ my a/cno. [protected]

                Dear Sir/Madam,
                I am Lenin Joseph Valiyamattam retired from Indian Navy on 31 Jul 2006. I have an SB account (A/C # [protected]) in PNB, BARC, Cheetah Camp, Mankhurd (Extension counter: CABS). I have lost my ATM card about a couple of months ago. I did not try to block it because it was already de-activated when I was trying to withdraw money from ATM counter (MG Road, Eranakulam, 24 May 2008) using wrong password (Forgot).

                Kindly send me a new ATM card to my home address available in bank database or please advice how do I get a new one.

                I lost my ATM card of saving A/C No. [protected] during journey from Chandigardh to Bilaspur. Kindly block the operation of my ATM card.

                  Respected Sir,

                  I would like to inform you that there was a deduction of Extra Rs 6000/- from A/C No. [protected] of PNB Tijara in spite of incomplete transaction on dated 8th July, 2009 from SBI ATM counter (ATM ID S1AN00001105, Time 12.31, Transaction ID: 3989 ) situated at Asansol Branch (Branch Code-0011), Dist-Burdwan, State-West Bengal.

                  I fulfilled all formalities at SBI ATM counter at Asansol branch (Branch Code-0011), Burdwan, West Bengal on 8th July 2009 to withdraw Rs. 6000/- and got no response. No print out was received. I tried second time to do the same and got Rs. 6000/-but astonishingly I observed that my balance has been reduced by Rs. 12000/- in spite of 1st transaction was incomplete. I contacted with Manager of the same branch and he advised me to submit an application in my home branch.

                  It’s my humble request that please take necessary action so that I may get return Rs.6000/- which was deducted from my account. Thank you.

                      My internet banking facility is applicable for me. But the concerned person did not provide me correct login password and transaction password.

                      Please note that I am Chief Manager of PNB and I have been transferred at my native place ie. Flat No HIG -phase II -A-1/1-3, Ajaynagar, survey park 1050/2, Calcutta Greens, kolkata-700075.

                      PNB internet banking procedure with login ID & transaction ID can be provided to me with private & confidential IDs, so that I can use it properly. Because, my earlier IDs were disconnected.

                      So I request you to do the needfull for my requirement.

It is more than a week when I sent requested through internet banking for issue of cheque book for 25 leaf but till date I have not received the same.

                          Dear Agarwal,
                          Now you take money from the Bank with Penalty charges of 2 % EXTRA above to the PLR rates of PNB bank from the date you have deposited the cheques with them till they makes payment to you.
                          By this time you get also the information from Kotak Mahindra Bank on which date this amount of Rs. 50, 000/- was debited by them while passing the Cheques of yours.
                          You can write letter to Kotak Mahindra Bank to give information about this.
                          If they don't give than under RTI application you may also ask in writing to provide the information you desire.

                            I am a customer of your Mohan Nagar Ghaziabad Branch my Salary a/c number is "[protected]" i have a complaint against your ATM machine, when i insert the atm card the process is being start but money did not found & it shows that your timed is out. I havn't received any money but amount Rs 15000 is deducted from my Account & having called several times to Customer care People no Help is Still provided. I Have called them four times respectively 26 july 09, 3 aug 09, 7 aug 09 & 12 aug 09 & they have given me a complaint No. 17065622. It is Highly Disappointing that Such a Good Level of Organization is Not able to solve my Problem. I hope that PNB will solve my Problem as early as possible

                                      Axis Bank — deducted amt falsely and now still not credited the amt

                                      Hi, this is Rupal Maru having normal savings a/c Axis Malad branch and i have to maintain avg bal of rs 5000 qtrly which i use to keep always 5000 in my a/c and then i operate the a/c on 30-12-08 they charged me rs 750 for not maintaing avg bal and i was shocked to see this i went on 31st and explained them regarding this and they said as your a/c is womens special a/c and you have to keep avg bal of rs 10000, so they have charged me but without my notice or application letter how can they upgrade my account to that category so she Madam Vaishali over there who is the worse person i have ever met in my life, checked removing the old file and then she committed that it was mistake and the amt will be reversed back just give us one application letter stating kindly reverse my a/c in savings mode and credit that charges and she told me that it will be done but today after one month still that amt has not been credited to my a/c i have visited 5 times regarding this but Madam Vaishali who sits there not at all co-operative and she says we have forwarded and we will give you a call and one fine day she tells me that the application which i had given is lost with them now tell me what to do its mental torture to me and real pain everytime going to bank for this rs 750 which they have deducted by their mistake now still my amt has not been credited now what to do can i get compensate for this by keeping my money for more than 30 days and not replying tell me what to do and i need compensation now for this mental torture after visiting 5 times and i have all proof with duly stamped from them which i have given application for this

                                      on 9th april09 I had withdrawn Rs.2000/- through ATM thereafter my Card were lost and same reported to Bank and card get blocked. But I shocked after seeing the statement that one transaction of Rs.15000/- debited in my account which was not done by me as I lost my card.                                       i am Kinshuk Jain, holding a/c in one of the leading bank of India i.e. PNB a/c no. [protected]. on 3rd May 2009 at 2:45 pm, i tried to withdraw Rs. 10, 000 from my ATM Card in the Machine of Axis Bank at Ocean Plaza Sahibabad, Ghaziabad.                                       hellow sir I, onkar mishra, have a saving A/C in Oriental bank of commerce (OBC) & also have a ATM of OBC and i try to withdraw the maney (Rs. 25000/-) from axis bank ATM on 01/07/09 but i did not receive cash and when i check my A/C the same amt. had deducted. I complaint to both bank (OBC and AXIS) and also to customer care of OBC then i make a complaint .now it has passed four months, but i have not get solution

                                      Hello sir I, Shailesh Kumar Pandey, have a saving A/C in Punjab National Bank (PNB), Club Ghar Branch, Dist. Mainpuri & also have an ATM of PNB and I have tried to withdraw an amount of (Rs. 10000/-) from SBI bank ATM situated at station road, Mainpuri on 21/11/09 at 13:22 PM but I did not receive cash, So I tried again for the same amount but once again I could not receive any amount. But when I checked my A/C balance, I found an amount of Rs. 20, 000/- had deducted from my account. After this incident I mate to the branch manager of PNB, they told me to meet the manager of SBI because I had used SBI ATM. Then after I went there but the manager of SBI told me to meet PNB because I am a costumer of PNB. In this condition I am very confused that what I do. Although I will try to meet him tomorrow again and if I did not get any solution I will complain in consumer forum also.

                                      On 11 Jan 2010,I made transaction for Rs.15000/- through PNB ATM and unfortunately the ATM machine didnot supplied the amount but the same amount was deducted from my accont. I registered a complaint on toll free no and they give me a complaint no 24078644.
                                      Now they are not clearing the amount and giving assurance for early clearance.

                                      This is srinivas working in sigma Infosolutions Ltd. Having a saving A/C(i.e Salary A/C) in Punjab National Bank (PNB). i try to withdraw the Money Rs.15000 from PNB ATM on 31-March-2010 but i received only Rs. 14500 from PNB ATM. But it detected Rs.15000 from the Balance. when i check my A/C for 2nd time also it is showing like Rs.15000 detected. I called PNB customer care and complained.
                                      kindly solve my problem and credit my a/c with the detected amt i.e. Rs. 500/-.

                                      With reference to the above Customer ID i would like to inform you that on[protected] i went to withdrawn an amount of Rs.4000 from ATM ID S10A[protected] at 20:49 through TXN No:2904 but i could able to take Rs.1300 out of Rs.4000 and Balance amount of Rs.2700 has reversed(Return Back)inside the ATM machine.

                                      Therefore please lodge this complain and settle the Balance amount to my Account which i was unable to take from the said ATM.

                                      I HAVE SAVING PNB A/C NO [protected] IN NAME OF MR. HARISH KUMAR. I HAD WITHDRAWN CASH FROM PNB ATM AT GANESH PURA, TRI NAGAR ON 03/04/2012.RS 10000 AROUND 7:30 PM BUT THE AMOUNT GOT DEDUCTED FROM MY A/C BUT I HAD NOT RECEIVED MONEY FROM THE MACHINE AS AT THE TIME TO TRANSACTION PROCEEDING, THE ATM MACHING GOT AUTOMATICALLY SHUT DOWN FOR A WHILE.
                                      AND NEXT DAY IT WAS SHOWING RS. 10, 000/- CREDITED FROM THE A/C.

                                      I HAVE COMPLAINT IN PNB ATM CELL ON 04/04/2012.BEARING COMPLAINT NO[protected].

                                        I deposited a check for refund of income tax in the name of my mother who is a senior citizen with SB [protected] on[protected].
                                        It was valid upto[protected]. But the bank inspite of clearing it kept on holding it without any reason and sent it to SBI on[protected] which was past the over sate of check.As a result the check bounced.Ur branch manager didn't informed me about all this incident.

                                        After 1 month of this incidence, i found my check carelessly lying on the table of one of the officer.
                                        I myself collected it.

                                        After this incidence, i gave a written complaint to the zonal head of the Meerut circle, but unfortunately, i've not recieved any help nor i've seen development from zonal head in this regard.


                                        Following are the other complaints towards this branch :-
                                        (1) The behaviour of few employees is very rude.
                                        (2) Bank does not provide daily clearence of cheques dropped in the box and refuse to give the service of the reciept of the cheque, clearings of the pass book and it do not inform the parties about the uncleared cheque and refund status.
                                        Hence, total working of this branch is very poor.

                                        I am student studying in bhopal and i am pursuing BE from here. I am now in 3rd year of my degree. my hometown is in Biaora [rajgarh] . I have been applying for loan in the bank's branch in biaora from last two and a half years. My fathers pension also comes in the same branch. His account is also about seven-eight years old. First we applied in my first year, the manager told us that the loan will be granted, but a year passed with words that loan will be granted. after that the manager is transferred. The new manager came and he told us that they stopped giving loan and it is in the hand of regional brach office in indore to give loan or not. we gave all the documents he asked us to give, and uptill september 2009, whenever we go to branch.he says that answer haven't came from reginal office.In october when my father went to that branch, he came to know that he is also being transferred. he took the manager's number and the manager told my father that you haven't gave me the documents.This means that they have also threw my documents somewhere.

                                        therefore, i m complainting for the worst response from the bank and i hope my complaint will be solved.
