Dear Sir,

I Amarendra Pratap Singh bearing the account No. [protected] and Debit card No.[protected] in your bank would like to bring to your kind notice that I have withdrawn Rs. 8000 from Corporation bank ATM at Sigra, Varanasi through two successive transaction of Rs. 4000/- each. During my third attempt to withdraw Rs.4000/- more the transaction was rejected by the ATM machine but my account has been wrongly debited with Rs. 4000/- even when the transaction has been rejected and myself receiving no cash in return.

Kindly see that this problem is resolved immediately

I m Dawa Tsering Lama PNB AC Holder(Number-[protected], PNB Dagshai).On 8th October 2009 I tried to withdraw Nepali Rs.20, 000/- from HImalayan Banks ATM in Ghorahi Nepal.But i couldnt withdraw the said amount..and later when i checked my balance with the branch..they said that INRS.12639 has been debited to my account.So pls let me know how to get my cash back.. I m in trouble.

    sir/ madam,
    this complaint is in account of the money that has been wrongly debited to my account. i own an account in punjab national bank, branch swaroop nagar, Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh. my account no. is-[protected]. The thing is that i went to ICICI bank's ATM, BRANCH- Khandala to withdraw RS. 8000/- on 1/4/09 but due to bad server problem i could not withdraw it as the the ATM machine was showing that it is temporarily unable to process the transaction.but the money that i could not take out was wrongly debited to my account. further details regarding the transaction are-

    its been one month and i didn't get the money back. and when i went to the same branch where i have my account then the manager MR. A.C. Sharma is not treating me properly and is not ready to listen to my complaint. Since this money is not at all the small amount and due to this problem my further works for whiich i need money are badly stuck so kindly look into the matter immediately and resolve it as soon as possible.

    1. I transfered Rs. 10, 000/- through net banking from my SB A/c in Indian Overseas Bank to SB A/c of Sh. Sunil Kumar Ram A/C No. 26878 of Punjab National Bank, Garhwa Branch having IFSC Code PUNB0405100 on 20/07/2009.
    2. UTR No. IOBAN[protected].
    3. As per Indian Overseas Bank, the amount has been debited from my A/c and credited to Punjab National Bank.
    4. As per Punjab National Bank, Garhwa Branch the amount has not been credited to SB A/c of Shri Sunil Kumar Ram (A/c No. 26878).
    4. In this regard, I have contacted several times to Punjab National Bank, Garhwa Branch but they could not have resolve the problem.
    5. Considering the urgency of the amount to the beneficiary, I transfered through net banking which was successful at sending end. However, the concerned branch of the Punjab National Bank is not paying heed to my problem and the issue is yet to be resolved.

    It is therefore requested to look into the matter may kindly resolve the issue and arrange to credit the amount to the beneficiary Sh. Sunil Kumar Ram A/c No. 26878.

      I have withdrawal Rs. 15000/- by HDFC ATM (, Nicholson Road, AMBALA CANTT)
      on date 05/04/2009. I didn't get my money through ATM, but my account
      debited Rs. 15000/- that time. I submitted written complaint at PNB G.T ROAD, AMBALA CANTT)on date[protected] and also at PNB helpdesk toll free no. [protected] on[protected] But they told that amount will be credit in ur account within 72 hrs & in either case complaint will be logged after 72 hrs.After 16 days I have logged complaint at[protected]complaint no is 15248372 on 22-4-09)but stil today 29-04-09 my ammount not refunded yet to my account.I again contact customer care no., he told me that you wait till another ten days.
      I also send two email to [protected]@pnb.co.in & [protected]@pnb.co.in. but I didn't received any
      response from PNB yet.
      Please solve my compliant as soon as possible. I had suffered too
      much from this issue.

      I have a account in PNB BANK DAV COLLAGE ROAD AMBALA CITY
      I have withdrawal my SALARY Rs.20000/- by INDIAN BANK ATM (, sadar bazar, AMBALA CANTT)
      on date 12/05/2009. I didn't get my money through ATM, but my account
      debited Rs. 20000/- that time. I submitted written complaint at PNB D.A.V COLLAGE ROAD, AMBALA CITY)on date[protected] and also at PNB helpdesk toll free no [protected] on[protected] But they told that amount will be credit in ur account within 72 hrs & in either case complaint will be logged after 72 hrs complaint no is 14755935 but stil today 15-06-09 my ammount not refunded yet to my account.I again contact with PNB BRANCH MANAGER he told me that you wait till another ten days.

      Please solve my compliant as soon as possible. I had suffered too

        Sir, I am consumer of Punjab National Bank, V.P.O.- Ranoli, Sikar, Rajasthan. PIN-332403

        Sir, I am using PNB Banking service since last 2 years, but sir no any proper service provided by the PNB staff member, and thier behaviour & nature with consumer is not good and politely.Sir i want to say in one word to you Consumer is not satishfied with PNB Staff members.

        Sir if any consumer says to staff member for any query, then the staff member will tell we are doing our duty work, and who are you to tell us about our work.

        Please sir i am requesting to you please do something at your level & oblige.

          Sir,
          I used my PNB ATM to withdraw Rs.1500/- from my account on 2nd april 09 I received no money yet the amount was debited from my account.My account number is [protected] . So, kindly credit the same (i.e.Rs.1500/-) in my account as soon as possible.

          I had approached the Andhra Bank ATM situated at Garden Road, Ootty (Tamilnadu State) on 4th November, 2009 for withdrawal of Rs. 10000/- from my Card No. 504884XXXXXXXXX1815 at 13.09hrs.I had entered my PIN No. and follwoed the instructions displayed . I had entered the amount of withdraw. i.e. Rs. 10000/- but I got the transcation slip vide REcord No. 2305 stated that " TRANSXATION DECLINED RESPONSE CONDE UNABLE TO PROCESS".

          But while I apprached the PNB at Rajkot (Gujarat State) where I hold my Saving Account and got updated my passbook wherein it has been shown the said transcation as debited in my account. Actually on 04.11.2009 I had not received my money from the ATM of Andhra Bank So I had gone to another ATM of State Bank of India at 13.47 hrs on 04.11.2009 and withdrawn Rs. 10000/-. Thus I had actualy withdrawn Rs. 10000/- only on 04.11.2009 whereas two trasactions of Rs. 10000/- each are shown debited in my account in the date of 04.11.2009

          Therefore I request you good self to do the needful and credit Rs. 10000/- which I have not received through the ATM of AndhraBank of Ooty (Tamilnadu State).

            this is to inform you that i withdrew Rs.500 From icici bank atm on 08/04/2009 transaction id ATM/CWDR/S1CN2852/3907/[protected]
            but the transaction was cancelled due to network time-out and then i successfully completed the next transaction ATM/CWDR/S1CN2852/3908/[protected] of Rs.500 but the bank charged me Rs.500 extra which i have not taken.when i contacted my pnb branch they refused to help me out and told me go to icici bank and they also refused to help me out because i was not their customer. so wht i want is my Rs.500 deposited back to my account as soon as possible and for any further purposes my email is [protected]@hotmail.com. I have also forwarde this mail to the regional manager but there is no response from their side that is why i had to complain to the consumer forum

            I am having saving account in pnb bank in roorkee, B.T. Ganj branch, account no-[protected], i have withdrawn money from hdfc atm of ammount Rs-20000 on dated 9/05/09 time 07:55 am, the amount was not recvd but the amount was credited fro the account, i have talk to the customer care several times and contact to the pnb branch still now no positive reply or money does not debited to the account, pls do the needful

            i have not received my debit card till now
            If it is an network time out issue, the amount withdrawn from ATM-machine you have to claim the same branch from which you have withdrawn the amount the ICICI bank is responsible for the same as they have deducted the said amount from the account

            In this case the other branches will not interfer for the same issue.

            You are requested to contact Branch Manager for the same. Later, branch manager will contact the card cell department and get it rectified.

                Never take hoam loan from Punjab National Bank
                To All,

                I have taken home loan from the Punjab National Bank, Sansad Marg Branch, New Delhi. My Loan Account No. 488682.

                It was very bad experience of taking the loan. The officials of the Bank delayed the loan to the maximum extent and i need to visit n number of time for approval of my loan and in the last they took the advantage and get the sign on some blank papers, as i have to pay for the house and i have no other option i signed on the blank papers.

                They further instead of giving me the sanction loan amount of Rs 16.5 lac gave me only Rs. 14.4 lac and promise me to give me the amount later on and when i demanded the balance payment, the bank told me to give me the estimate of the architect, where as the same was deposited to them even before receiving the loan. Then the bank official told Mr. Suresh Yadav Told me that the estimate should be from the bank approved architect where as the same officer earlier told me that any govt. approved architect's estimate is required and i deposited the estimate accordingly.

                Further the chief bank manager Mr. Parvesh Chadha, and bank officers Mr. Sursh yadav, Mrs. Shobha kathuria and Sudha Gupta are responsible for Criminal Breach of trust as these people illegally taken money from my saving bank account with out my authority, permission and without intimating me where as i am paying even the excess EMI without any default. Such an act of the employees can not be ignored.

                Further the bank have debited a sum of Rs. 7, 486/- from my loan account towards the valuation of the property and legal charges in Oct. 2008 whereas valuation of the property and as well as verification of the documents have already been done a year before and I have already paid for the same. I have written the letter dated 18.02.2009 for the refund of the same, but till date, no reversal or intimation of reversal of the amount is given to me.

                Further a sum of Rs. 2, 10, 000/- towards renovation was payable by the bank, but till date i.e. even after a period of 18 months, this amount is not disbursed to me despite the fact that bank charged the transaction fee from me and I have deposited the estimate of the architect to the bank.

                Taking Home loan from the PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK was a great mistake of mine, the rate of interest when i took the loan was 9.5% in the month of Sep. 2007 and now when all the other bank reduced their rate of interest from 1 to 3%, the PNB is still charging the 9.5% and not passed the various benefits of the RBI policies to its customer.

                dear all,
                i too had a very bad experience with pnb, i have 2 account one is saving account and another is recaurring account, once i lost my atm card and as soon as i came to know i informed that customer care of pnb to block the atm for the same they told me its block and i went to the bank fire station rajinder nagar on 16/05/08 as my account is from this branch. they check it and confirmed that the lost atm is already block and issue me the new atm on the same day,
                since on 6/07/09 my rc account is mature i went to withdraw the amount, when the employee of the pnb told me the maturity amount will be transfer to the saving account and when he check it, he told me that my saving account is Zero balance which is next to impossible because i updated my pass on 03/06/09 and i have a balance of rs 9, 992.27, but how come sudenly it become zero balance which i never withdrwan the amount, when i ask them the reason they just told me atm transection have done on some purchase payment. its a really shocking to me which i never done any payment by my atm since frm the beggining that i own the account, when i tried to explain to the staff they are such a person who is not approachable even the chief manager, instead of lstening my complaint he was shouting and scolding me saying that i gave my atm to some of my frnd or my room mate miss use it, since last 3 yrs im in delhi and i never have a room mate and why should i give my atm card to my frnds to do shopping? m i a foolish? after prtesting this comments again the manager started saying that some one mis-use my atm in the office, how it can be possible my atm is always inside my wallet 24hrs and my office is full of cameras, i really do not know what kind of service and customer care pnb is providing, they advertise lots of good things about themselves but its all buulshits.
                on top of this harassment i can say that they are such a people who doesnt know whom to recruit for the job, they recruited such a cheap people, why iam saying this is that in a distress when i approach to one manager to another manager, none of them tried to help me instead they ordered me to approach this person to that person, and in the mean time there was a few guys who were new trainee, according to one of the pnb employee, he was looking at me uttering some words among themselves and laughing at me, i clearly know that they were laughing at me coz of my looks coz i belong to north east, but some how i manage to shout at him !
                till now while writing this i dont get any help from the pnb side how, when, where the transection has been then to make my account zero balance, any one knows where and whom i have to approach to get help to know this, if some one can help me i would really appriciate!

                I had made a Demand Draft in Favour of Registrar, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University on 19/08/2009 amounting to Rs.5000/- (plus Rs.35 as surcharge/commission) from my Saving Account No.[protected]. Due to some reasons, I have surrendered the said Draft for cancellation to the Bank on 31/08/2009.                 i went in pnb retail hub at model town yamuna nagar there is so stupid staff and most of them is mr. chauhan . he is main manager but he did not know how to talk with a customer he said me go from here and take loan from bank of india.without any reason he was using abusing language. this is my complaint against him pls take any action oterwise i m going in court against pnb.because i know my documents was complete and was verified by a lot of banks member.

                i totallt agree.well, iam doctor and has nre account in delhi currently iam working in dhaka..i had been there to delhi pnb branch cannught place.. for loan they are so rude and not even friendly .they even dnt reply to email even you send thousands of email. it sreally so frustating . then i went to pnb sangli maharastra where my home town is there, pnb sangli maharastra even same incidence..i think they need to screw legally the way they cheat and behaves so arrogantly a sif they are doing mercy or giving money from their own pocket. second thing iwant to highlight i want to withdrwa money by cheque but they are saying we dnt alloe to give moneymorethan one lakh..i feel sooffended my own money i cant withdraw...this was height of foolishness..i realized my mistake and shifted my account to another bank.

                Sir, I would like to say that your staff at Janpath Branch, New Delhi is not taking care of the locker/strong room in regard to cleaning. It is so dusty that once you visit and come out you have to go for change of cloth. When the customers are paying for rentals, putting in money with the bank, and the bank is making hefty profits, why not to take care of the cleanliness of the branch including the locker/strong rooms. It is so dusty that those who are allergic to dust, it becomes difficult for such people to operate the locker.                 PNB — DD is not with the company.They have lost my DD.

                I have submitted my DD on[protected] and the bank is saying that it has lost my DD and they dont know where is my DD because i want my Money back and the company saying me that they want that DD and bank says that they dont hav my DD.I have submitted the DD how bank can say like that.

                      I have withdrawal Rs. 4000/- by PNB ATM(New Mandi, Bharatpur, Rajasthan)
                      on date 02/03/2009. I didn't get my money through ATM, but my account
                      debited Rs. 4000/- that time. I submitted written complaint at PNB New
                      Mandi, Bharatpur (Raj.)on same date[protected] and also at PNB helpdesk
                      toll free no. [protected] on[protected]Complaint No.[protected].
                      After ONE MONTH have been passed, but my ammount not refunded yet to my
                      account.I again contact customer care no., he give me again a new
                      complaint no. 13247694 on[protected] and 13695197 Dt.[protected].
                      I also send two email to [protected]@pnb.co.in, but I didn't received any
                      response from PNB yet.
                      Please solve my compliant as soon as possible. I had suffered too
                      much from this issue.

                        after few months i could't get my ATM .After several complaints in SBI S N - Madical branch, AGRA.

                        Please use "ATM Card" instead of ATM. ATM means the machine you use to withdraw funds.

                        You have to contact the Branch Manager for this. in case you are not given any proper reply, then you can complaint to Senior Officers like Zonal manager, etc., whose address and phone numbers will be displayed in the Branch.

                        But ATM cards do take around 2 - 3 weeks for delivery. Also please make sure that the ATM PIN has not yet reached the Branch.

                          Dear sir,
                          1. I am holding a/c no-[protected] in Ambala Cantt branch of Punjab national Bank.
                          2. On 03 April 09, at 10:50 AM i tried to withdraw Rs 25000/- through atm
                          card no[protected] of PNB from the ATM o[censored]nion bank of India at
                          Hiranandani Branch at Mumbai. However the transaction
                          No-CWDR/DMUM0720/7712 was declined due to transaction time out reason. On
                          4th April 09 when i checked my Account in PNB bank branch at Bhandup,
                          Mumbai, the amount of RS 25000/- was shown as debited from the said ATM.
                          3. In view of above may i requested Punjab Natinal Bank to kindly credit Rs 25000/- back to
                          my account as soon as possible, as i am a salaried employ and this money
                          was my salary for the month of April.
                          4. I even lodged my complaint with [protected]@pnb.co.in and complaint cell of PNB but no acknowledgement have been recieved from the Bank even on 11 April. What do i Do next.

                          On 18/10/2008 I have made a purchase for Rs. 1, 704.00 with "Fashion Look". But when I checked my PNB ATM Mini statement it shows as Rs. 1, 704.00 was debit 2 times, But when I checked with Merchants the transaction was made only one time for 1704.00 in Merchant accounts and he provided the copy of the statement.

                          I have bought this issue to the PNB staff attention on 11/08/08 and placed a compliant on the same, as per staff states to wait for 60 days for process, but still now i never received my money back, I am going on following with the bank each ane every month, but still i never get my money back, I have taken this issue to the higher offical senior manager of PNB bank anna salai chennai-0306, but still there is no response.

                          This needs to be solved with high importance, and i need my money back.

On date 20sep 09 I will go to debit 18000RS ONLY from corporation bank atm oppsoti jail bulandshahar-203001 (up). but i saw i have debit this ammount but my transaction is descliened. after that i do a compliant at customer care of pnb center and this center gives a compliant number[protected] and say ur problen solved in 10to15 working days . but any responce is not given by bank after that i launched a comalint at delhi office number[protected] on date 11-nov-2009. but any solution is not given by also this center. so plz help me

                          Punjab National Bank — WRONG DEBITING FROM SB A/C

                          Dear Sir,
                          It is to bring to your kind notice that I stay far away from my mother who is old and not well even too. ATM machine of PNB is near by to her residence. So she does all the transaction through that only. On 14th November 2009 she did a transaction at PNB ATM Extn V S Marg, Lucknow. She withdrawl the sum of Rs.500.00 but by some technical error it debited twice although she has received only the sum of Rs.500.00 but from the ministatement it indicated that debiting was done for Rs. 1000.00(500+500).
                          Then she went to PNB Branch at Rajender Nagar, Lucknow and updated her passbook which was showing the same error. She requested to the officials for its rectification but they haven't paid any attention against this issue and lastly they had given a toll free number of PNB and said to post her complaint. She is trying that number since then but she havent got any response.
                          Her SB account number is [protected].
                          Please take necessary actions and credit her SB account with the same amount which is debited wrongly.
                          Please do it ASAP.

                          Punjab National Bank — Incorrect Deduction in ac transaction

                          Dear Sir,
                          I, L Nk Bhoolesh Kumar am currently serving with the Indian Army since past 13 years. I have a savings account no [protected] jointly with my wife in Punjab National Bank, Chatta Bazar, Mathura branch.
                          On 23 Oct 2009 at 1700 hrs, my wife withdrew Rs 25,000/- cash from Axis Bank ATM located at Numero Uno Shopping Complex, CSD Canteen, Army Cantonment, Mathura. On further inquiry in my account details it was found that a total of Rs 35,000/- was deducted in the records, as confirmed by Axis Bank record number 9807. I lodged a complaint on 24 oct 2009 with the Branch Manager Axis Bank and Branch Manager Punjab National Bank but to no avail. In spite of numerous inquiry into the same, no action has been taken by any of the banks till date and the money has still not been refunded.

                          Kindly look into the matter.
                          Your help would greatly benifit my cause.

                          I have a saving Ac. No. 057500 [protected] in PNB at Chandigarh branch, SCF 26-28, sector-16D. On dated 04.01.2010 at 15:53 PM a withdrawal of Rs.10, 000/- was made through my ATM card No.504884xxxxxxxxxx513 vide TXN No.1414, from the ATM ID W1409600. The ATM debited the money twice ( 10, 000/- each), however the money was delivered once only.
                          The detail of debit was 20100104 ATM/CWDR/S1AC D 10000, and 20100104 ATM/CWDR/W140 D 10000/-. On the same day I tried twice to withdraw the money from the ATM of Axis Bank ID S1AC0858 vide record No. 6817-18, but each time WITHDRAWAL TRANSACTION DECLINED 070 CONTACT BANK appear in the slip.
                          A written complaint was made with the PNB branch SST Nagar Patiala on the same day but nothing is done till to-day.

                          of Punjab national Bank. On 21st January 2010, at 18:30 PM, I tried to
                          withdraw Rs500/- through ATM card no[protected] of PNB from the
                          ATM of State Bank of India at Mayur Vihar Phase-III, New Delhi, ATM ID-S1CC00118737.
                          However, the transaction was declined due to system problem and when I
                          have checked my Account, the amount of Rs 500/- was shown as debited
                          from the said ATM. It is, therefore, you are requested to resolve this
                          issue as soon as possible.
                          I even lodged my complaint to [protected]@pnb.co.in and complaint cell of PNB but no acknowledgement have been recieved from the Bank even on 25th Jan, 2010. Now should I do.

I applied to whithdraw amount Rs. 4000/- through ATM Card No. [protected] from SBI ATM which is located at Railway station Palwal (Haryana) on 30 Jan 2010. The transaction not completed and ATM niether released the amount for Rs. 4000-nor the statement slip. when I
                          have checked my Account, the amount of Rs 4000/- was shown as debited
                          from the said ATM. It is, therefore, you are requested to resolve this
                          issue as soon as possible.

                          I am PND customer.I did the transaction of 6000/- rs. from syndiacte bank ATM, delhi , I swapped the card there but it gave the error at that time. I have a ATM Card No [protected] but this ATM Card is not working from issued date .I have been complaind many times to our branch but my problem is not solved out till date I complaint on costumer care on 3/7/2010 and my complaint no. is 31296904 but its not solved out till date urs cust. care exe. said ur ATM is not activated but the branch manager said that in our hand ur ATM Card has been activated

I had made an ATM debit transacion from same branch ATM machine as on 28/01/2010 at 11:55 am of rs 4000/- but same transaction not successful due to power cut at same time and i had not received any amount or slip fir that transaction but my a/c has been debited with same amount.

                          at same time i had made an complaint at PNB customer care and they told me to wait for 14 days to process refund. but after 14 days they told me to to ask from branch.
                          Than i had made an complaint for the same in branch to respective person (Mr. Abrol) about that and he told me to wait for 1 week. But after 1 week he told me to wait for 3 days more but after 3 days again told me to wait for 1 week. bcoz of so much delay in between I MADE AN COMPLAINT AT MAIN BRACH AT LUDHIANA TO MR G.P. SINGH ABOUT THAT. he also takes 1 week time but after after all proceeding i had got a response that YOUR TRANSACTION IS SUCCESSFUL THERE IS NO REFUND ON THAT.

                          SO PLS LOOK IN TO THIS MATTER IT SEEMS TO BE SOME FRAUD IN ALL PROCEEDINGS...

                          Bad and abusing Behaviour of Branch Manager Hapur Main branch. When I had gone to Hapur Main Branch of PNB to subbmit my Challan of Tax . Gaurd was not opening the door of the bank around 1:45 P.M and was saiying that this is the lunch time but the lunch time displayed on the notice board was 2 P:M. As it was urgent for me I made a request to guard that I want to meet the Branch Manager then he starded using abusing langauge saying that I will slap you. All these happening was seen by the Manager and he did come to settle the thing. Then again one of the staff came and started using abusing language along with the guard.
                          Was this the service provided by the bank. If yes then this is very shamefull.

Khatima, First i have trying Machine 1st through TXN no- 1113 amount 2500 which was not received & reduce my account but after some time deposite same day in my account, but in 2 nd try by me on ATM first through TXN No- 1114, amount 2500 which was not received & reduce my account( those amount till dated i m not receved from bank in my account.

                          after some time i am using ATM 2 machine from same S.B.I. Khatima for widrown Rs2500 through TXN No- 2267 as same day which was also not received & reduce in my account, but after fue days dated 15.jan.2010 deposite in my account by bank, i m trying second time on ATM 2 of S.B.I. Khatima through TXN. No- 2285 for widrown Rs2500 as on 11 jan 2010 finally i have received cash Rs 2500 from this last Transiction.

                          3. In view of above may i requested Punjab Natinal Bank to kindly credit Rs 1500/- back to my account as soon as possible, as i am a salaried employ and this money

The matter while reported to the bank on the following day it was apprised that the amount so debited in question would be credited back to my account within 7 days. Surprisingly as good as 2 weeks has since been elapsed credit has not been given. I request your kind honor to intervene and probe into the matter as to how such wrongful debit had happened.

                          PNB — Salary did not credited till now

                          Dear Sir,
                          Myself is Deepak Sharma.I am working outside of India. I have a A/C in PNB with
                          GANDHI NAGAR Branch New Delhi. I am facing problem in Salary transfer transaction in the month
                          of Oct. 2011. My office Bank (CITI BANK - Landon) has been transferred my salary since first
                          week of Oct.2011. But until now this is not credited in my A/C. Whenever I try to talk in your
                          office with Mr. Nand lal he replied that they didn't received the money from CITI BANK. I
                          already gave him my transaction details. When I told to my office bank (CITI) they trace that
                          money is with PNB International service Branch. My wife also visited at there but always she
                          find only one answer that they don't get any money from CITI. Yesterday CITI Bank also send a
                          mail to PNB International Service Branch for recovery of that money.I am sending all details
                          for your kind information. Please do needful as soon as possible otherwise I will go to
                          consumer court to take a necessary action. I am in deep trouble. So please take a right action
                          on that matter.

                          Punjab national bank provide 24hrs ATM service.but in my city barh(patna)-pin-803214 opposite of electric house ATM is not open 24hrs only 12-14hrs between 8am-9pm open.

                          I Rajkumar Rathore holding Saving Account No. [protected] in your DHAKRANI (Dehra dun) PNB branch. Today I used my ATM card to withdraw Rs. 3000/- but two times SBI ATM declined my card but 2x3020/- =6040/- at 9.47 hrs. debited to my above account. Then I tried to withdraw money from OBC ATM after 1 minute and I got Rs 3000/- and debited to my account. You are therefore requested to credit Rs.6040/- reverse to my account please.

I made a transaction on 09-Jul-11 by using my ATM card in PNB bank AS SAME BRANCH KIRTI NAGAR to withdraw Rs. 15000 OR 10000 but I did not get money RS 10000 and amount had been deducted form my a/c. I made a complaint by phone. My complaint No. is 56510098 DATES 11 JULY 2011 ON TELEPHONE NO.[protected] but AFTER THAT MY COMPLAINT THEY NOT PICK AND AUNSER MY CALL I CONTUNISIULY TRY THE CALL BUT NOT ANY RESPONSE GIVEN TO ME AND I have not gotten my money till now.

My transaction was failed with error "Reasons: sorry!We are unable to process your transaction. Later i came to know that Rs 2990/- was debited from account and same was reflected in my transaction list today. I contacted with bank but they have given toll free cust care no which comes busy any time.

                          I hold an account with your Vasant Vihar Branch opened 3 months back. First I opened the account in my name. But now since my wife also want to join the account since she is to get cheques. So in fact we want it to be operated E OR S & Joint asmyself is 1st account senior operator.

                          I reached your branch every day every changed requirements asked. Since they got all of my docs, further these persons are asking me aagain all the documents once more.

                          Especially they told me to introduce my wife with someone else.

                          What why it is? cause she is my wife, I can produce all docs like ID Res Proof etc., further they are asking for another introduction and everything fresh. What policy itis???

                          R u the bank is only for MILLIONAIS ??? I am just a salaried person, working in a legal firm.

                          Respected Sir,
                          I am Shekh Abdul an account holder of your branch. My Account Number is [protected]. I had done a transaction of 5000/- from PNB Gali no- 3 Main Sagar Pur New Delhi 110046 ATM at 8:00 AM to 8:30 AM on 13th Dec 2012. But at that moment the server has down. So I am unable to do any of the transaction.
                          After that I went to the bank for cash withdrawal. But after making the Entry in Passbook, I found there was transaction of 24000/- in the separation of 15000/- and 9000/-. But we don’t receive any of the cash till then. So on the suggestion of Branch Manager; I had registered a complaint (Complaint Number:[protected] on Customer Care. But as a reply of that complaint, Customer Care rejected that complaint without giving any prior notice to me on 21-Dec-2012. After that they told me to contact to the branch regarding the CCTV Footage.
                          After that I met with the Branch Manager Mr. A.K. JAINl. They told me very rudely that he cannot help me out in this concern. He denied to provide any CCTV Footage to us. Till now we are unable to find the Main Branch of that particular ATM. Address of that ATM is RZ-48A Gali no-3 Main Sagar Pur Nearby Lovely Sweet. New Delhi 110046.
                          Nobody is helping me out in this concern. I am really very frustrated and upset regarding the concern. From last 11 Days I have not got any appropriate resolution regarding this concern.

                              Dear Sir,

                              Ankur kumar Srivastava an account holder of the bank - PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK, ALLAHABAD CONELGANJ BRANCH, ALLAHABAD ACCOUNT NO. "[protected]" wished to withdraw in MUMBAI Rs. 1500/- (fifteen hundred ) fromed an ATM MACHINE of the HDFC bank in DAKC Thane Belapur Road Navi-mumbai on 1st APRIL 2009 . While withdrawing the money the machine displayed timed out while the transaction was in process and so i followed the procedure again to withdraw but again the machine displayed timed out while the transaction was in process so i cancel the transaction and then i make withdraw of 1500/- from IDBI bank ATM Machine in Koparkhairane on 1st APRIL 2009.At that time my Account balance is Rs. 6315/- (Six Thousand Three Hundred Fifteen).Again on 5th APRIL 2009 i witmhdraw from my PNB Bank Account Rs. 1500/- (fifteen hundred) from the IDBI bank ATM MACHINE at Koparkhairane. I surprised to see that at that time my Account Balance was 1815/- (One Thousand eight Hundred fifteen) only.But when i checked my Account Balance on 7th APRIL 2009 its showing 315 /-(Three Hundred Fifteen) only.So i run to PNB ATM MACHINE at VASHI. When i checked MINI-STATEMENT it showing THREE withdrawal of Rs 1500/- each on 2nd APRIL 2009 which i did't make.Out of THREE transaction TWO were showing from HDFC BANK ATM MACHINE located in DAKC & ONE is fromIDBI BANK ATM MACHINE located in Koparkhairane.
                              So Total Rs. 4500/-(Four Thousand Five Hundred) is debited from my saving account.Moreover i rushed to the nearest branch of PNB at VASHI and they told that the account doesn't belong to their branch and so i should go to the respective branch . But curently i am in mumbai so this is not possible for me to go ALLAHABAD and complain there.Leave aside the case of mine i saw more than 100 complaints registered with the bank that means the bank or the software which they use in atm machines transaction is the cause of all this and the bank uses the money without paying the interest to the owner of the account, they have made this their business . Nobody is helping me right now and i urgently need your help in this matter . Moreover i am providing u detail of three transaction as per mini statement made on 2nd APRIL 2009.

                              I wanted to withdraw Rs. 1500/- from my SBI account (No.[protected] through SBI ATM debit card from PNB ATM ( ID D1494200) on 29.03.09 at 18:01with TXN No. 2041, but I received an amount of Rs. 300/- and the amount of Rs. 1500/- has been debited from my account.

                                Check List

                                While applying for the loan, the borrower is required to furnish the following information/papers:


                                Loan application on Bank's format.
                                Passport size photograph
                                Proof of Address(Permanent) / ID Proof.
                                Proof of Age.
                                Proof of having secured pass marks in last qualifying examination.
                                Letter of admission in professional, technical or vocational courses.
                                Prospectus of the course wherein charges like Admission Fee, Examination Fee, Hostel Charges etc. are mentioned.
                                Details of Assets & Liabilities of parents.
                                In case loan amount is above Rs.4.00 lacs :
                                *. Detail of Assets & Liabilities of parents/co-obligants/ guarantors.
                                *. In case loan is to be collaterally secured by mortgage of IP, Copy of Title Deed, Valuation Certificate and Non Encumbrance Certificate from approved Lawyer of the Bank to be obtained at the cost of the borrower.
                                Photocopy of Passport & Visa, in case of study abroad.
                                Any other document/information, depending upon the case and purpose of the loan.


                                after securing my admission in POST GRADUATE DIPLOMA IN MANAGMENT [BANKING AND FINANCIAL SERVICES ], AICTE approved, and depositing RS.1, 30, 000 as first fees instalmenrt on 12th march, 2009 in ASIAPACIFIC INSTITUTE OF MANAGMENT, plot no. 3and 4, Institutional area, Jasola vihar, New Delhi-25,
                                in PNB, Brij vihar branch, ghaziabad.
                                But, application was rejected from the PNB hub, Ghaziabad, due to submision of incomplete documents send by branch manager SH. MAHINDER SINGH as we already submited all our documents stated above. On 23rd march, 2009 we again filled an application with complete documents.
                                ON 1stAPRIL, 2009 my father visited Ghaziabad hub, where Mr. RAVINDER told our application have been rejected due to reasons
                                1)my institute is not in Bank's list.
                                2)and I am not a maritorious student.

                                AND same i found on a report written by the hub while getting my documents back from branch manager on 4thAPRIL2009. AS i demanded written report as mentioned on PNB WEBSITE ( with link - http://pnbindia.com/Fair%20practices%20code.htm )

                                c) Wherever possible, the main reasons, which have lead to rejection of the loan applications of all categories of loans irrespective of any threshold limits, including credit card applications, shall be conveyed to the applicant.

                                But i didnt get written report by the manager.
                                As far as reasons are considered for rejection of my application. following are cleared as under:-
                                1)my institute is not in Bank's list.
                                My institute as well as my course is AICTE approved.It is clearly mentioned on my institutes website (link - http://www.asiapacific.edu/admission.html#loan) that college have tie up with PNB for education loans.
                                And even PNB is selling college prospectus and i purchased my prospectus from PNB branch Mayur vihar phase 2.
                                Nearly 90% of my college students are studing by loan and nearly more than half have sanctioned their loan from PNB.


                                2)and I am not a maritorious student.

                                ie. MAT with 85%. Cleared merit based selection process ie. cleared GROUP DISCUSION and PERSONAL INTERVIEW.
                                After clearing all these processes, am i not a meritorious student?

                                well, regarding the case of Mr.Latit tyagi, its all irresponsibility of the bank manager and showing some absurd reason regarding rejection.
                                And if he is not eligible for the loan than the manager should give him the written proof, stating his the rejection of appilication.

                                Due to such irresponsible behaviour of few bank managers the career of student suffer.

                                why proper action is not taken aganist such culprits?

                                  I have posted a complaint on[protected] on this site but i have neither got any complaint id or any call from consumer forum. The issue is still not solved by the Punjab National Bank (PNB) officials. The brief details of the case was as under:
                                  I, dated 20th June 2008 deposited a cheque of amount Rs. 5010.38 to Peera Garhi, New Delhi branch of PNB vide cheque No- 069037 dated[protected] but the said amount till date has not been credited to my account. However, I have loged several verbal request to the customer care of PNB vide complaint no- PA0166 dated 11-09-08 to customer care excutive Shri Prem Nath, again to Miss Preeti vide Complaint id No-8619949 dated 23.09.2008, again to Shri Sandip on[protected], whereas Shri Sandip has refused to register my complaint and not given any complaint id and intimated me that PNB has closed this chapter without resolving the issue. Apart from this, I several time met & spoke to the Peera Garhi Branch Officials as well as Branch Manager Mrs Kamlesh Tyagi but till date matter has not been resolved.
                                  Keeping in view of the above, I request consumer forum to kindly look into the matter and deal strictly with the PNB official, so as to I can get my amount credited in to my Account with all interest and compensation for inconvenience, harassment and expenditure incurred till date in the matter.                                   Dear Sir,

                                  I received a dividend of Rs.5010.38 in the form of check of citi bank from kotak mutual fund against my investment in the month of march 2008, which i deposited to my banker that is Punjab National Bank (PNB) at it's branch office in Punjabi Bag, New Delhi, for which i don't have any details right now, and the amount was not credited in to my account and the same check was lost by the bank officials. On inquiry, I was advised to make/ get issued a duplicate check from kotak mutual fund. At this, I got issued a duplicate check from Kotak M F after spending a sum of Rs 600/- from my pocket. This check which again was issued from citibank vide check no was 069037 dated[protected] of Rs.5010.38, which I again had deposited to Punjab National Bank at it's branch office at Pira Garhi, New Delhi on 28 July 2008 and this time again the amount, even after a lapse of 08 months, has not been credited to my account. In this regard thrice, I lodged a complaint to the customer care unit (on tel No-[protected]) of PNB vide complaint id no-PA0166 dated[protected] to shri Premnath, who was attending my call, but the matter was not resolved so again I called to the same call center and this time the attender was Ms Preeti, who again given me a new complaint id vide No-8619949 dated 23.09.2008, but this time again the amount was not credited to my A/c, so again I called up to the call center on[protected] and this call was received by Mr Sandeed who told me that this case has been closed from their end and he will not entertain further neither lodge any fresh complain in this regard and you go wherever you want to lodge complaint. In the meantime I also spoke to the Pira Gari, New Delhi branch officials as well as My parent branch officials of PNB at Station Road, Arrah, Bihar, but till date the issue has not been reconciled and since i lost the hope for any further co-operation from Punjab National bank side, I wanted to register my complain with Consumer Forum to get the issue settled as well as to compensate me adequately as i have incurred my monetary expenses as well as mental and physical agony in this regard. PSU Banks are charging for every facility - deposting, withdrawing, pass book entries being made in other branches of same bank. If one has to go to his own bank then what is the purpose of CBS facility. A minimum of six transactions per quarter should be free.
                                    because all bank doing this way first make free after customer habitual they start charging and RBI happy that how their sub.bank making money.
                                    Yes You are right .It seems that now the Pnb is not a common man bank.The PNB management is totally money minded which is not thinking of a common man.Bank should not put any charges for depositing cash in any CBS branch OR there should be some limit and some free transactions in a month.It is difficult to have an account in every branch.
                                    This is the best way to send the cash to our dependents for their necessities.
                                    This is the request from a common man to the bank that kindly do not force such charges on the bank customers and also there should not be any time limit in any branch for depositing cash.
                                    Generally bank staff send the customers back rudely and ask them to come at the time which is kept for other branch customers.
                                    I hope the bank will take appropriate action and do the needful for a common man.

                                      Yet i have not got my Internet banking user id and password.
                                      i was submitted the form for internet banking on "13-March-2009"
                                      but still i have not got my internet account.
                                      i was enquired this thing in branch, they told me that we already send u r request for processing,

                                        Sir,
                                        1. I am holding a savings account no. [protected] at Punjab National Bank CME(Bhopkhel) Pune, (BRANCH CODE 1209).
                                        2. On several occasions varying amounts have been debited from my account through ECS which do not have any connection with me. On my reporting some of the amount was credited back to my account, however, the following transactions which have no concren to me still are pending:
                                        a) to ECS - IILECS-SBI MUTUAL for a sum of Rs 1000/ dtd[protected]
                                        b) to ECS-TP bAJAJ auto FN for a sum of Rs 980 dtd[protected]
                                        c) to ECS-TP bAJAJ auto FN for a sum of Rs 980 dtd[protected]
                                        3. Despite various visits to the concerned branch and also to PNB RCC Pune the amount has not been credited to my account. It is a serious lapse as the credibility of the bank is questionable even if the amount may appear to be small.
                                        4. Rather than accepting their fault the bank authorities are delaying the matter even after the lapse of more than 4 months.
                                        5. I want my money back with interest before I close my account and the association with the bank as I feel my money is not safe with this particular bank.
